Welcome February weather this last week of January:
Forecast Discussion: The trough to the west is bearing down on Arizona bringing the overcast skies that we are currently seeing. We are confident that most of the state will receive a fair amount of precipitation, which will help improve air quality the next couple days. The Phoenix area will likely receive between a quarter to a half inch of rain with some areas getting even more. Rain should begin late tonight and last most of Friday with scattered showers continuing through Saturday as well. Conditions should begin clearing out late on Saturday with mostly sunny skies expected for Super Bowl Sunday. While the weather is looking good for the Super Bowl, the Phoenix Open will have to contend with wet conditions and temperatures in the lower 60's on Friday and Saturday. Remember, with all the festivities going on the next few days there will be more cars than usual on the road, so be safe while driving in the rainy conditions. Check back on Friday for a closer look at the weekend's weather and air quality.

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. "Consumer" means any person who purchases, leases, contracts for or otherwise agrees to pay consideration for goods or services not for resale in the ordinary course of the person's trade or business for one of the following purposes:
(a) The person's use or benefit.
(b) The use or benefit of the person's household or a member of the person's household.
(c) In connection with the operation of a farm whether or not the farm is conducted as a trade or business.
(d) The use or benefit of a person's business or in connection with the operation of the person's business.
2. "Enzyme" means a protein that catalyzes chemical reactions of other substances without itself being destroyed or altered on completion of the reactions.
3. "Food" means food intended for human consumption.
4. "Genetic engineering" means a process by which a food is produced from an organism or organisms in which the genetic material has been changed through the application of one of the following:
(a) In vitro nucleic acid techniques, including recombinant DNA techniques and the direct injection of nucleic acid into cells or organelles.
(b) The fusion of cells, including protoplast fusion, or hybridization techniques that overcome natural physiological, reproductive or recombination barriers, in which the donor cells or protoplasts do not fall within the same taxonomic group and in a way that does not occur by natural multiplication or natural recombination.
5. "In vitro nucleic acid techniques" means techniques, including recombinant DNA or ribonucleic acid techniques, that use vector systems and techniques involving the direct introduction into the organisms of hereditary materials prepared outside the organisms such as micro-injection, chemoporation, electroporation, micro-encapsulation and liposome fusion.
6. "Manufacturer" means a person who does any of the following:
(a) Produces a processed food or raw agricultural commodity under its own brand or label for sale in or into this state.
(b) Sells in or into this state under its own brand or label a processed food or raw agricultural commodity produced by another supplier.
(c) Owns a brand that it licenses or licensed to another person for use on a processed food or raw commodity sold in or into this state.
(d) Sells in, sells into or distributes in this state a processed food or raw agricultural commodity that it packaged under a brand or label owned by another person.
(e) Imports into the United States for sale in or into this state a processed food or raw agricultural commodity produced by a person without a presence in the United States.
(f) Produces a processed food or raw agricultural commodity for sale in or into this state without affixing a brand name.
7. "Organism" means any biological entity that is capable of replication, reproduction or transferring of genetic material.
8. "Processed food" means any food other than a raw agricultural commodity and includes any food produced from a raw agricultural commodity that has been subjected to processing, including canning, smoking, pressing, cooking, freezing, dehydration, fermentation or milling.
9. "Processing aid" means a substance that is any of the following:
(a) Added to a food during the processing of the food but that is removed in some manner from the food before the food is packaged in a finished form.
(b) Added to a food during processing, is converted into constituents normally present in the food and does not significantly increase the amount of the constituents naturally found in the food.
(c) Added to a food for its technical or functional effect in the processing but is present in the finished food at levels that do not have any technical or functional effect in that finished food.
10. "Raw agricultural commodity" means any food in its raw or natural state, including any fruit or vegetable that is washed, colored or otherwise treated in its unpeeled natural form before marketing.
41-2072. Labeling of food produced with genetic engineering; requirements
A. Except as set forth in section 41‑2073, food that is offered for sale by a retailer shall be labeled as produced entirely or in part from genetic engineering if it is a product that is offered for retail sale in this state and is entirely or partially produced with genetic engineering.
B. If a food is required to be labeled pursuant to subsection A of this section, it shall be labeled as follows:
1. In the case of a packaged raw agricultural commodity, the manufacturer shall label the package offered for retail sale with the clear and conspicuous words "produced with genetic engineering".
2. In the case of any raw agricultural commodity that is not separately packaged, the retailer shall post a label appearing on the retail store shelf or bin in which the commodity is displayed for sale with the clear and conspicuous words "produced with genetic engineering".
3. In the case of any processed food that contains a product or products of genetic engineering, the manufacturer shall label the package in which the processed food is offered for sale with one of the following phrases:
(a) "Partially produced with genetic engineering".
(b) "May be produced with genetic engineering".
(c) "Produced with genetic engineering".
C. Unless exempt under section 41‑2073, a manufacturer of a food produced entirely or in part from genetic engineering shall not label the product on the package, in signage or in advertising as "natural", "naturally made", "naturally grown", "all natural" or any words of similar import that would have a tendency to mislead a consumer.
D. This section and the requirements of this article do not require:
1. The listing or identification of any ingredient that is genetically engineered.
2. The placement of the term "genetically engineered" immediately preceding any common name or primary product descriptor of a food.
41-2073. Exemptions from food labeling requirements
The following foods are not subject to the labeling requirements of section 41‑2072, subsection A:
1. Food consisting entirely of or derived entirely from an animal that has not itself been produced with genetic engineering, regardless of whether the animal has been fed or injected with any food, drug or other substance produced with genetic engineering.
2. A raw agricultural commodity or processed food derived from a raw agricultural commodity that has been grown, raised or produced without the knowing or intentional use of food or seed produced with genetic engineering. Food is deemed to comply with this paragraph only if the person otherwise responsible for complying with the requirements of section 41-2072, subsection A with respect to a raw agricultural commodity or processed food obtains, from the person that sold the raw agricultural commodity or processed food to that person, a sworn statement that the raw agricultural commodity or processed food has not been knowingly or intentionally produced with genetic engineering and has been segregated from and has not been knowingly or intentionally commingled with food that may have been produced with genetic engineering at any time. In providing the sworn statement, a person may rely on a sworn statement from the person's own supplier that contains the affirmation set forth in this paragraph.
3. Any processed food that would be subject to section 41‑2072, subsection A solely because it includes one or more processing aids or enzymes produced with genetic engineering.
4. Any beverage that is subject to title 4.
5. Any processed food that would be subject to section 41‑2072, subsection A solely because it includes one or more materials that have been produced with genetic engineering if the genetically engineered materials in the aggregate do not account for more than 0.9 percent of the total weight of the processed food.
6. Food that an independent organization verifies has not been knowingly or intentionally produced from or commingled with food or seed produced with genetic engineering. The department of weights and measures, after consultation with the department of health services, shall approve the independent organizations from which verification is acceptable under this paragraph.
7. Food that is not packaged for retail sale and that is either:
(a) A processed food prepared and intended for immediate human consumption.
(b) Served, sold or otherwise provided in any restaurant or other retail food establishment that is primarily engaged in the sale of food prepared and intended for immediate human consumption.
8. Medical food as defined in 21 United States Code section 360ee (b)(3).
41-2074. Retailers; immunity
A. A retailer is not liable for the failure to label a processed food as required by section 41‑2072 unless the retailer is the producer or manufacturer of the processed food.
B. A retailer is not liable for failure to label a raw agricultural commodity as required by section 41‑2072 if the retailer within thirty days after any proposed enforcement action or notice of violation obtains a sworn statement in accordance with section 41‑2073, paragraph 2.
41-2075. False sworn statement; penalties; unlawful practice; enforcement
A. It is a violation of this article for a person knowingly to provide a false sworn statement under section 41-2073, paragraph 2 that a raw agricultural commodity or processed food derived from a raw agricultural commodity has not been knowingly or intentionally produced with genetic engineering and has been segregated from and has not been knowingly or intentionally commingled with food that may have been produced with genetic engineering at any time.
B. A person that violates the requirements of this article is liable for a civil penalty of not more than one thousand dollars per day per product. The calculation of the civil penalty may not be made or multiplied by the number of individual packages of the same product displayed or offered for retail sale. Civil penalties assessed under this section shall accrue and be assessed per each uniquely named, designated or marketed product.
C. The director shall conduct investigations and bring enforcement actions to enforce this article.
D. An act or practice in violation of this article is an unlawful practice under section 44‑1522 and is subject to enforcement through private action and prosecution by the attorney general. The attorney general may investigate and take appropriate action as prescribed by title 44, chapter 10, article 7.
41-2076. Genetically engineered food labeling fund
A. The genetically engineered food labeling fund is established in the department to pay the costs and liabilities incurred by the department in implementing and administering this article. The department shall administer the fund. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation. The fund shall consist of legislative appropriations of settlement monies received by the attorney general's office.
B. The director may accept and spend federal monies and private grants, gifts, contributions and devises to assist in carrying out the purposes of this article. These monies do not revert to the state general fund at the end of a fiscal year.
Sec. 2. Rulemaking
The director of the department of weights and measures may adopt by rule requirements for the implementation title 41, chapter 15, article 2.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, including both of the following:
1. A requirement that the label required for food produced from genetic engineering include a disclaimer that the United States food and drug administration does not consider foods produced from genetic engineering to be materially different from other foods.
2. Notwithstanding section 41-2072, subsection B, Arizona Revised Statutes, a requirement that a label required under title 41, chapter 15, article 2.1, Arizona Revised Statutes, identify food produced entirely or in part from genetic engineering in a manner consistent with requirements in other jurisdictions for the labeling of food, including the labeling of food produced with genetic engineering.
Sec. 3. Effective date
This act is effective from and after June 30, 2016.
Sec. 4. Severability
If a provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this act are severable.

The State of the First Amendment: 2014 is a report about how Americans view the entire First Amendment, if some of them knew what that was.
When asked to name the five specific freedoms in the First Amendment, 68% of Americans name freedom of speech, followed by 29% who say the freedom of religion, 14% mention the freedom of the press, 7% mention the right to assemble, and 1% name the right to petition. Twenty-nine percent of those surveyed cannot name any of the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment.
Those who could name freedom of speech and freedom of religion increased this year from 59% to 68% and 24% to 29% respectively. Meanwhile, the knowledge of right to petition and right of assembly decreased from 4% to 1% and 11% to 7% respectively. The percentage of Americans who can’t name any First Amendment rights dropped from 36% to 29%.
The deprogramming of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness must be working, but to combat this limited perspective, here is the First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The military is doing exercises to get ready for the big game. Today at 2pm, Channel 5 reported on last night's news that two fighters from Luke AFB will be doing a low and loud flyby of the Stadium.
During the game fighters from Tucson will be on guard.
The FAA asked that the 162nd Wing Arizona National Guard, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other agencies work together during the Super Bowl to enforce strict flight restrictions around the stadium.
All this hubbub for a game? Dysart School District is laying off over 100 teachers after this spring's semester because the school district does not have the funds. After residence voted down a bond, the teachers have now gotten their pink slips. People cannot afford any new taxes.
Do you hear me Governor Ducey?
Of course not. The fighters must already be buzzing his office.
So have fun oooing and awwing at the sight of the jet fighters and realize the money to keep football safe is more important than our public school system.

Uncovering Hidden Pop Culture Imagery and Cracking Cinema Symbolism

Writer and Historian Robert Sullivan uses his vast knowledge of Masonic rituals and symbols to decode hidden imagery in some of Hollywood’s most successful movies.
He says he began to closely look Masonic symbols and themes appearing in films during 2003-2004. While working on his book Cinema Symbolism, he discovered many hidden themes and imagery that kept appearing in blockbuster films including The Exorcist, Back to the Future and The Matrix.
“If you pay attention to The Da Vinci Code, you’ll notice the number 13 popping up all over the place – and this is deliberate in my opinion,” he said about the movie based on the Dan Brown bestseller. “And it ties into again this Royal Arch of Enoch ceremonial or ritual – the restoration of Antediluvian Wisdom.”
Sullivan says there are reasons the symbols are placed in film, such as advancing certain necessary plot objectives.
“You’ll find this in The Da Vinci Code, wherever a clue is needed, or knowledge is needed the number 13 pops up on screen. You’ll find this paralleled precisely in National Treasure 2, when they need information about the secret book – the president’s secret book.”
He also reveals some of his conclusions about the many hidden symbols discovered in the 1985 sci-fi film Back to the Future.
“You have the concept of the Egyptian solar family being retold and you have a lot of solar iconography,” he said. “You really have a whole Egyptian retelling of the Assyrian Cycle, with the solar family. George McFly being sort of this Assyrian sun god. The family lives at Lion Estate, which is Leo the Lion, the sole house of the sun. Then you’ve got Isis – his wife Lorraine.”
Sullivan addresses one of America’s most iconic motion pictures, The Wizard of Oz, which he says contains three levels of symbolism going on. He says he views the film’s themes as a political allegory. “That the Wizard of Oz is an allegory – politically, from 1895 to 1905 – of the United States of America.”
It is pointed out that the author of the children’s book (The Wonderful Wizard of Oz) the movie is based on, L. Frank Balm, dabbled in a mystical organization headed by Russian philosopher and occultist Madame Blavatsky. “It’s essentially neo-gnosticism, for lack of a better term.”
When asked whether the symbols seen in film and literature are intentionally placed or just occur by chance, or through the collective unconscious, Sullivan said he believes in most cases, they are intentionally placed. “I believe these movie makers are masters with this stuff. I agree with you that a lot of them are very well-versed in arcane mythology.
“In the heart of the movie making industry, we have Manly Palmer Hall’s Philosophical Research Society literally a stone’s throw from Burbank – the heart of the Hollywood movie making machine, and television making machine – because you’ll find some of this in TV shows as well,” he said.

Unfortunately the U.S. government has turned that terror into a control and fear commodity to sell as they wish around the world, but who are the real people to blame and hold accountable? Let's see:
9/11 gave us the Patriot Act, NDAA indefinite detention, and torture.
Now with the alleged Sony hacks and the attack on Charlie Hebdo, Americans are faced with CISPA to take more of their rights away in the name of combating "terrorism."
So who is benefiting from all this perceived "terror?" The CIA, NSA, military contractors... nowhere are Americans getting anything but lies to promote false narratives:
The so-called War Against Terrorism has been going on for quite a long time. At the same time the Islamic terrorists seem to be able to transfer millions of U.S. dollars unhampered by any significant interference from the U.S. government.
Every wire transfer in U.S. dollars anywhere in the world goes through the U.S. Federal Reserve. It's all in the Fed's computer system. At the same time, the National Security Agency has the computer capacity to record every conversation, email and text message in the world, but can't trace any dollars that fund Islamic terrorism.
Oil contracts throughout the world are carried out in U.S. dollars. How is it the Islamic State can be selling millions of dollars of oil a month? How can Iran be selling oil? Who is facilitating the transactions, all of which are in U.S. dollars? What happened to the billions of U.S. dollars of cash that the Army seemingly lost in Afghanistan and Iraq? All that cash got deposited someplace by somebody who is then spending it.
It appears the more the U.S. government passes laws to criminalize the ordinary American, the more that same government does to support and grow terrorism.
Iran has seen much of the CIA's terrorism tactics:

His claims were backed by Fred Burton, a former US state department counter-terrorism agent, who said: "The latest attacks inside Iran fall in line with US efforts to supply and train Iran's ethnic minorities to destabilise the Iranian regime."
Here's some food for thought:
Why is the U.S. government promoting all of these wars? Supporting terrorism? Then installing a police state at home?
One quote that rings true: All wars are banker's wars.
Isn't it about time we took back our banking system from the Central Bankers, created and backed our own money with real assets, and imprisoned the real terrorists? Or don't you mind that the bankers are funding both sides of terrorism, regime change, and leaving you footing the entire bill?

Connecticut: Go for the Sex and Driver's License but Not for Medical Care

We all have basic human rights. In the past few decades, the government has seen fit to infringe on these rights and supplant freedom with privileges. No more has this overreach been felt more but in the radicalization of doctors, hospitals, and child protective services.
Justina Pelletier lived through this invasion with Boston Hospital for over a year. Phoenix Children's Hospital has been engaging in this type of criminal conduct with Melissa Diegel's children: Kayla and Hannah.
Now the state of Connecticut has decided to imprison and medicate a 17-year old because she did not want to treat her cancer with chemotherapy but by more beneficial means through natural adjuvants.
“It’s a question of fundamental constitutional rights–the right to have a say over what happens to your body–and the right to say to the government ‘you can’t control what happens to my body,'” said Cassandra’s mother’s attorney, Michael S. Taylor. Taylor represents Cassandra’s mother, while a state public defender represents Cassandra.
What this young woman endures is beyond anything a state, hospital, or doctor should have the power to do to another human being.
In September, Cassandra was diagnosed with late stage Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Doctors recommended she undergo chemotherapy as treatment, but the teen refused. Her mother supported her in her decision and told the hospital that they were going to seek a second opinion – but doctors weren’t satisfied and reported the family to DCF under charges of “medical negligence.” The state held a hearing in November, and granted DCF temporary custody of the teen. The court ordered that Cassandra’s mother, Jackie Fortin, “to provide and cooperate with medical care under DCF’s supervision and as recommended by her doctors.”
Under DCF custody, Cassandra was forced to undergo chemotherapy treatments at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. After her first two treatments, Cassandra ran away from home in order to avoid further treatment.
However, her attempt to avoid treatment – treatment that she did not want – only increased DCF’s grip on the case. Cassandra was subsequently removed from the home.Her mother is now allowed to visit only twice a week for two hours. All her visits are supervised by DCF, and the state agency has been granted authority to make all medical decisions concerning the teen.
According to her mother, Cassandra has even been strapped down to a hospital bed for some of these procedures. She has not been permitted to leave her hospital room for approximately four weeks.
This type of behavior from authorities is unacceptable. It is literally legalized torture.
After two weeks of forced chemotherapy mandated by the state, the 17-year old ran away. Now the Connecticut Supreme Court states that that means the young woman is too immature to make her own decisions. Really? Who wouldn't run away after being treated like this young woman has been?
Which Connecticut Supreme Court Justice would agree to be tied down, imprisoned, and force fed poison? Everyone else, as long as it is not them:

The Connecticut legal Age of Consent for sexual contact is 16 years old. There are a total of A total of thirty one states have set their age of consent at 16, the lowest age of consent in any state.
The age of consent in Connecticut is raised to 18 in certain scenarios, such as when the older partner is in a position of power such as a non-School teacher, athletic coach, or some other position of power.
Finally, minors UNDER the age of 16 and at least 13 years old can consent to sex with anyone no more then 3 years older then they are.
So in Connecticut a teenager has the legal right to have sex, produce children as well as be given a license to drive a deadly weapon, but cannot make their own medical decisions? Smells like hypocrisy to me.
Maybe if she commits a capitol crime, Connecticut would hold her accountable as an adult and no longer use her as their guinea pig?

The Connecticut Supreme Court needs to reevaluate itself as well as doctors' and hospitals' behavior. The state should only be called in for extreme cases of person or persons who are in need of assistance. Case in point, Child Protective Services should save children from abusive situations, not in cases where the doctors want to override parental consent or decisions, especially for filling their pocketbooks instead of understanding that barbaric allopathic medicine is not the answer to everything.
Information on alternative medicines is widely available with a plethora of studies and positive outcome cases. One such case happened twenty years ago. He too ran away from chemotherapy, but the action turned into a blessing:
From the bits and pieces of media coverage since the time Billy ran off, one gets the impression that Billy wound up in California. And from there he discovered cancer-healing protocols for his Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But actually, he never reached California. That was his Greyhound bus destination originally, but he wound up in Houston, TX.
Instead of roaming the streets as many run-away teens do, he was fortunate enough to meet up with fellow skateboarders who helped house him. Billy had no idea of there was a nationwide hunt for his return. His parents had contacted several national news outlets out of concern for his whereabouts and health.
But one day, the father of one of Billy’s skateboarder buddies said he saw Billy on one of the TV shows featuring his runaway from home after five chemo treatments. So Billy decided to return home with one provision: no chemotherapy.
Instead, he would decide on alternative methods. His nationwide exposure had elicited many suggestions from which he could choose.
Billy used 714-X and Essiac tea (recipe) for the same cancer the Connecticut 17-year old has and cured his cancer.
So why is the young woman in Connecticut being forced to take treatments that poison the body instead of using known healing modalities? Money. Power. Control. Diseases of our judicial, medical, and child protective services systems that need to be cured of their hubris with a lawsuit of epic portions when the Connecticut 17-year old turns 18.
There are non-pharmaceutical treatments for cancer, but that would cut into corporate, hospital, doctor, and now state profits. Many such effective treatments are banned in lieu of the more expensive and toxic chemotherapy treatments.
So Connecticut who are you really protecting? A young woman old enough for sex, procreation, and a driver's license? Or the pharmaceutical and hospital industries that do not actually cure anything?

A 44 year veteran of meteorology and professor at University of Augsburger in Germany gave an interview about climate change, carbon taxes, carbon dioxide, and global warming people should take notice of.
Klaus Hager told the Augsburger Zeitung that people around the world are being deceived. The 0.9C temperature rise since the mid 1990's can be accounted for by the new instrumentation introduced, not CO2.
Human influence is very small.
So why are we being forced into carbon taxes and a smaller carbon footprint? Ask who is benefiting from this con job. Who is getting paid?

In the article, Extrasolar Storms: How's the Weather Way Out There?, the University of Arizona describes how NASA's telescopes can combine their data to observe and catalog the weather on distant worlds:

CISPA Returns Because the Terrorists Hate Your Freedoms

That is right, the men and women of the United States Congress hate that you are free. Besides the fact that all the surveillance you and the rest of the world are under has not stopped a terrorist attack, Congress wants to make sure that they can spy on you more anyway.
Even though CISPA 2015 was introduced last Thursday, for some reason, the text of the bill has not appeared on Congress.gov. Earlier today, I called Representative Ruppersberger’s office to get a copy of the bill.
Under CISPA 2015 (HR 234), the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence, and the Secretary of Defense would create the cyber threat information sharing program and also provide oversight for the program’s civil liberties protections. This is akin to allowing the foxes to guard the hen house. CISPA 2015 also mandates privacy and civil liberties reports, but allows government agencies to classify the annexes to the reports. In other words, CISPA 2015 does not intend to have any real oversight for civil liberties and privacy. Cyber threat information shared with the government would also be exempt from the Freedom of Information Act and would be a serious blow to transparency in government. Perhaps the worst thing about the CISPA 2015 bill is that it would give immunity from criminal prosecution and lawsuits to anyone sharing cyber threat information with the government. CISPA 2015 would provide for an even cozier relationship between Silicon Valley and the US government at the detriment of civil liberties and privacy for everyone else.
CISPA 2015 has now been referred to the House Committees on the Judiciary, Armed Services, Homeland Security, and Intelligence.
Why do the American people have to give up their rights to serve the paranoia of government officials?
Who are the terrorists anyway? Ordinary citizens? The "rebels" the U.S. government funds and supplies with weapons? Or Congress itself?

This month’s RSS temperature plot pushes up the period without any global warming from 18 years 1 month to 18 years 2 months (indeed, very nearly 18 years 3 months). How the US Is Fueling World Human Trafficking and Modern-Day Slavery

The increasing problem of human trafficking around the globe is examined by Deborah Sigmund – president and founder of the nonprofit child advocacy organization Innocents at Risk.
Sigmund says the main goal of her organization is to educate the public – and particularly people in America – about the widespread problem of human trafficking, and provide avenues for them to join the fight against it.
“There are over 27 million women, children and men who are in slavery today. Each year, over 18,000 foreign nationals are trafficked within the United States.”
She adds that within the U.S. borders, there are 200,000 children who end up in the sex trade each year, in what is now “the fastest growing criminal industry in the world” – second only to drug trafficking.
“The average age of a child who is trafficked is 12 – but they certainly take younger ones as well, and that’s what’s so terribly heartbreaking.”
Sigmund addresses the issue that the problem of human trafficking is typically viewed by Americans as being a issue in other countries, rather than right at home.
“It certainly happens here… and these are not just runaway children. Girls are lured online, and girls from good families – they can be kidnapped from a mall, it is just horrendous.
She brings up the Liam Neeson movie Taken – which is based on a true story – that was very instrumental in educating the public that human trafficking was a reality that could happen to anyone.
Sigmund said the profiles of children who end up falling victim to the sex trade are varied, although many escape lives spent in the U.S. welfare system, or troubled family situations at home.
“There are systems out there and there are people who can help,” she said about the resources that her organization helps to promote.

The Elites' New Year's Resolutions for the World in 2015

If you are wondering what the elites have in store for us but did not get an invitation to the Bilderberg Group meeting last June, fret no longer.
The Economist has released its cryptic and symbolic forecast for 2015.
So what is symbolism? According to the online Merriam-Webster dictionary:
1: the art or practice of using symbols especially by investing things with a symbolic meaning or by expressing the invisible or intangible by means of visible or sensuous representations: as
a : artistic imitation or invention that is a method of revealing or suggesting immaterial, ideal, or otherwise intangible truth or states
b : the use of conventional or traditional signs in the representation of divine beings and spirits
2: a system of symbols or representation
Now for the breakdown:
The Economist spreads its elite-brand of symbolism into politics, religion, entertainment, police, terrorism, the monetary system, economics, food as well as art and literature.
Politics. World leaders dressed in their official regalia of their office and persona. Each one's skin is in black and white. Juxtaposed against the rest of the world. Even Winston Churchill has gotten in on the action in the background. Russian President, Vladimir Putin is dressed in a charcoal suit, not as vibrant in color like the rest of the world leaders' attire. This color differentiation may imply that Putin no longer is playing by the elite's rules and with his Terminator 3 sunglasses on, are the viewers to assume that Putin will fall in line like a good robot politician this year?
Hillary Clinton is right behind Putin. Is the Russian Leader her new best friend?
Love how the U.K.'s Prime Minister, David Cameron, has a flying piggy bank coming out of his suit pocket. He has been stealing from his constituency for the benefit of the wealthy elites. Bail-ins steal from the bank accounts and pensions of the people so that corporations and banks can gamble on the stock market and with derivatives. Looks like more of the same in 2015 for British citizens.
German Chancellor, Angela Merkel flashes the Eye of Providence with her hands and button, with rays of light as part of her suit wrinkles adorning her pose. This symbol has many interpretations. First, economic as Germany joins the BRICs nations, the U.S. Dollar is refuted as the world's reserve currency. As a religious icon, the Eye of Providence symbolizes:
Providence means divine guidance. By the 18th century, many Europeans, particularly educated Europeans, no longer believed specifically in the Christian God, although they did believe in some sort of singular divine entity or power. Thus, the Eye of Providence can reference the benevolent guidance of whatever divine power might exist.
The Eye of Providence in Merke's hands "implies that God looks favorably upon whatever endeavor is utilizing the symbol." It appears that the elite condone Merkel's switch to the BRICs and have abandoned the U.S. Dollar for the more wealth-laden China.
Terrorism. In the sky a two face Earth hovers above a nuclear mushroom cloud, a terrorist with a semiautomatic gun, a launching spy satellite/missile, and a drone making a package delivery. All the while Churchill is flashing a V sign with his fingers.

In her highly regarded encyclopedia of symbols entitled Masonic and Occult Symbols Illustrated, Dr. Cathy Burns explores the meaning of the "V" sign. She explains that the two fingers upward relate to the Masonic and Gnostic Law of Opposites, exactly as the case for the Masonic Lodge's black and white checkerboard floors.
This is the doctrine of bringing order out of chaos, of reconciling the two opposites, evil and good, with Satan reigning over both heaven and hell.2 The "V" sign is also a sign of the Horned God of witchcraft, often called Pan; or Baphomet, the androgynous (male and female) goat God (again illustrating the Law of Opposites).
With the drone in the sky with a package, is the elite admitting they fund and support terrorism? Since the terrorist has black and white skin the same as the rest of the world leaders, the assumption is hardly a figment of someone's imagination.
The terrorist is also encapsulated by air bubbles and an officer (or Surgeon General) is moving people away with a surgical mask and white gloves on. Is ISIS or other terrorist organizations going to play with biological weapons this year courtesy of our elite ruling class? Why not, air deliveries of weapons are already being made.
Above in the natural cloud sky, funny how there are no persistent contrails (geoenginering trails), lies a two faced Earth. On one side, the West's face is discontent. The other side is an angry East countenance. Eurasia appears to be caught in the middle of this push and pull. Or the world is being deceived by two faced liars on both sides who are in reality working together to achieve the same goals.
Over on the left hand side, we have Napoleon, Confucius, and a Singapore protester with a militarized police officer on the look out near two Americans. The over weaponized police has been protested in the United States this year. By the look of happiness on the American woman and man, are we to assume some horrible episode will be staged so people will love being dominated by their local police force? Napoleon lost his bid to take over Europe and he also got swept away in his own delusions of grandeur.
Do all of these to the left back and side symbolize the quote by Confucius:
By three methods may we evolve: First, by reflection on being, which is noblest; Second, by imitation of spirit, which is easiest; and third by bodily experience in life, which is the bitterest.
Is the world coming into wisdom of mind, body, and spirit?
As we draw to the front on the left, we meet the Pied Piper. Dictionary.Reference.com defines this symbol as:
Also called the Pied Piper of Hamelin. (in German legend) a piper who rid the town of Hamelin of rats by luring them away with his music and then, when he was not paid for his services, lured away its children
and
a person who induces others to follow or imitate him or her, especially by means of false or extravagant promises.
The symbols most interested in listening to the Pied Piper are the Japanese Koi fish. Fukushima has not been dealt with properly, fish and other ocean life have been dying in the Pacific Ocean at an alarming rate to the stunned silence of the world leadership.
The koi fish of Japanese and other Asian cultures symbolizes "noble qualities and ideals." The color of the koi: gold, is also a currency and economic symbol. Could the Japanese government be led astray in not backing their currency with gold and allow their native gold reserves to be plundered by the elite? Makes you wonder.
The bottom left corner a drum kit sits without a drummer, a 50th banner, and a guitar thrown through the top. It seems that someone at the Economist is commemorating the British rock invasion tour: British Invasion 50th Anniversary Tour Hits East Coast in February & March (2015).

A football shaped globe with Africa and Eurasia front and center are sitting in the foreground. Rugby cup? It is the second time that the eastern hemisphere is shown in a prominent position over the rest of the world. What is behind that symbol of a game is but another game. This time an unsuspecting boy playing with his toys sees how another economic crisis is headed our way. The boy symbolizes everyone who has to stand by and watch the Stock Market and other elite gambling casinos play out on the news without any power to stop it.
The Federal Reserve and China sit next to each other on the top end of the Panic game. Crisis and green light are waiting the falling red and gold star. This symbol could indicate "a gold-colored star displayed, as on a service flag, to indicate that a
member of one's family, organization, or the like, was killed in war as a
member of the armed forces." As the bankers lose money, the only way they can recoup their economic losses is to fund both sides of a war, hence the death of someone in the armed forces.
The world is nothing but game to the elite.
For instance the giant Panda wearing a Chinese flag speedo and the Sumo wrestler showing that the power centers of the world are changing to the East, just like the elites want. There are no accidents.
GMO's and the food supply. A Crop-O-Dust helicopter is over a Chinese boy eating a packaged food item and right under Putin's nose. GMOs take many, many applications of pesticides to keep weeds and pests at bay. Does the helicopter and child show how China will eventually allow biotech companies to ruin their food like these companies have done in the West?
Behind the left shoulder of the speedo wearing Panda, sits a ghost reading a holiday magazine. The ghost is between the United States and Germany. Since Americans go on vacation and Europeans go on Holiday, could this be a sign that a world leader is about to die on their time off? With airplanes dropping out of the sky lately, especially in Asia, who would ever suspect an assassination with two hundred other casualties?
On the other side of American President, Barack Obama, the Cheshire cat lays on a tree branch. The symbol for him is:
The Cheshire Cat is unique among Wonderland creatures. Threatened by no one, it maintains a cool, grinning outsider status. The Cheshire Cat has insight into the workings of Wonderland as a whole. Its calm explanation to Alice that to be in Wonderland is to be “mad” reveals a number of points that do not occur to Alice on her own. First, the Cheshire Cat points out that Wonderland as a place has a stronger cumulative effect than any of its citizens. Who would know when there is a turtle in the roadway, but this is no ordinary turtle. The turtle in this case symbolizes:
The Fabian Society is a very old group originating in England in 1884, with the purpose of forming a single, global socialist state. They get their name from the Roman general Fabius, who used carefully planned strategies to slowly wear down his enemies over a long period of time to obtain victory. “Fabian Socialism” uses incremental change over a long period of time to slowly transform a state as opposed to using violent revolution for change. It is essentially socialism by stealth. Their original emblem was a shield with a wolf in sheep’s clothing holding a flag with the letters F.S. Today the international symbol of the Fabian Society is a turtle, with the motto below: “When I strike, I strike hard.”
The Fabian Society is very much into Darwinism, socialism, and creating a perfect society but not in a good way:
Fabian Society members founded the British Labour Party, the London School of Economics, the International Court of Justice at The Hague, and were largely involved in the creation of the UN and the League of Nations before it. They have enormous influence in global matters, yet hardly anyone knows who they are and what they stand for. They are very strong advocates for the Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming pseudoscience because they are the types of people who have hijacked the environmental movement in order to use it to their political advantage. Their intent is to use environmental issues as a means to cause people to unite and demand that the issues be fixed, intending us to demand a global government that has the authority to ‘fix’ global warming because sovereign national governments lack that ability. The UN’s Agenda 21 is an example of a Fabian Society program that sets international requirements for how people must live, learn, travel, eat and communicate. Its sole purpose is control of people, not protection of the environment.
Fabian Society members have infiltrated national and regional governments worldwide, some of them control governments. Local Fabian Societies will often describe themselves as ‘left-leaning think tanks’ and the like, to try and deceive people as to their true beliefs. Understandably, many members are often reluctant to admit their affiliation.
Socialist is too soft a word to use for these people, their idea of a perfect world more resembles a system “fascistic at its core and administered through a form of scientific socialism.” The result is a ‘communitarian’ society where individualism must be relinquished for the betterment of the state. I think most of us don’t want to live in a world like that, but our leaders have made up their minds and will not stop striving for it regardless of what the public thinks.
As a model wears elite chic, virtual reality gamer, and Spiderman seek to keep the masses entertained, a bus comes up behind another world leader's legs as Alice in Wonderland looks on. The tension of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland emerges when Alice’s fixed perspective of the world comes into contact with the mad, illogical world of Wonderland. Alice’s fixed sense of order clashes with the madness she finds in Wonderland. The White Rabbit challenges her perceptions of class when he mistakes her for a servant, while the Mad Hatter, March Hare, and Pigeon challenge Alice’s notions of urbane intelligence with an unfamiliar logic that only makes sense within the context of Wonderland. Most significantly, Wonderland challenges her perceptions of good manners by constantly assaulting her with dismissive rudeness. Alice’s fundamental beliefs face challenges at every turn, and as a result Alice suffers an identity crisis. She persists in her way of life as she perceives her sense of order collapsing all around her. Alice must choose between retaining her notions of order and assimilating into Wonderland’s nonsensical rules.
Summation.
The world is mad. We who are awake see just how mad the world truly is. Those individuals wise enough to see the puppeteers' strings are the Alices of this Wonderland.
The people of the world are dominated by a singular elitist thought: world government under socialist domination. This push is seen all around from the United Nations to Agenda 21, Global Warming/Climate Change, education, medicine, transgenic food, and spying on everyone.
At the forefront of all the madness is the Fabian society and its influence over the world. Members create disharmony and discord as Alice watches the chaos as the puppet theater commences.

What does 2015 hold for the world? More terrorism, more fear, more eugenics, and more chaos, because if all else fails, at least the mad elite ruling class is consistent.

Eta Carinae Brought to LIfe by NASA

NASA has set its sights on extrasolar suns and planets in the article, NASA Observatories Take an Unprecedented Look into Superstar Eta Carinae.
"Changes in the X-rays are a direct probe of the collision zone and reflect changes in how these stars lose mass," said Michael Corcoran, an astrophysicist with the Universities Space Research Association headquartered in Columbia, Maryland. He and his colleagues compared periastron emission measured over the past 20 years by NASA's Rossi X-ray Timing Explorer, which ceased operation in 2012, and the X-ray Telescope aboard NASA's Swift satellite. In July 2014, as the stars rushed toward each other, Swift observed a series of flares culminating in the brightest X-ray emission yet seen from Eta Carinae. This implies a change in mass loss by one of the stars, but X-rays alone cannot determine which one.

Eta Carinae is a binary system containing the most luminous and massive star within 10,000 light-years. A long-term study led by astronomers at NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland, combined data from NASA satellites, ground-based observing campaigns and theoretical modeling to produce the most comprehensive picture of Eta Carinae to date. New findings include Hubble Space Telescope images that show decade-old shells of ionized gas racing away from the largest star at a million miles an hour, and new 3-D models that reveal never-before-seen features of the stars' interactions.
Located about 7,500 light-years away in the southern constellation of Carina, Eta Carinae comprises two massive stars whose eccentric orbits bring them unusually close every 5.5 years. Both produce powerful gaseous outflows called stellar winds, which enshroud the stars and stymy efforts to directly measure their properties. Astronomers have established that the brighter, cooler primary star has about 90 times the mass of the sun and outshines it by 5 million times. While the properties of its smaller, hotter companion are more contested, Goddard's Ted Gull and his colleagues think the star has about 30 solar masses and emits a million times the sun's light.
At closest approach, or periastron, the stars are 140 million miles (225 million kilometers) apart, or about the average distance between Mars and the sun. Astronomers observe dramatic changes in the system during the months before and after periastron. These include X-ray flares, followed by a sudden decline and eventual recovery of X-ray emission; the disappearance and re-emergence of structures near the stars detected at specific wavelengths of visible light; and even a play of light and shadow as the smaller star swings around the primary.
During the past 11 years, spanning three periastron passages, the Goddard group has developed a model based on routine observations of the stars using ground-based telescopes and multiple NASA satellites. According to this model, the interaction of the two stellar winds accounts for many of the periodic changes observed in the system. The winds from each star have markedly different properties: thick and slow for the primary, lean and fast for the hotter companion. The primary's wind blows at nearly 1 million mph and is especially dense, carrying away the equivalent mass of our sun every thousand years. By contrast, the companion's wind carries off about 100 times less material than the primary's, but it races outward as much as six times faster.
