Who is watching the Watchers?
A valid question when the conversation comes to the incestuous world of voting machine manufacturers, programmers, and testing agents. All the voting machines use the same software in their machines, so if Dominion has created irregularities, then the irregularities are across the board, not just in Maricopa County, but the entire state of Arizona.
When the Arizona Senate investigates into the potential voter and election fraud in the State of Arizona, many levels of reasonable critical inquiry must be used: county policies and adherence to Arizona Revised Statues (A.R.S.), Secretary of States’ political alliances, adherence to A.R.S., and maintaining the 12th Amendments’ One Person; One Vote, and if the counties, Secretary of State, and Governor knowingly certified fraudulent results. Those legal inquiries are separate from the fact that the voting machines currently deployed to Arizona and throughout the United States are fraught with political entanglements, questionable foreign inventions/interventions, and systematic failure to protect One Person One Vote.
Don’t believe the hype of the mainstream media or their political commentators. None of them have done the studies into this past election as this disabled, albeit upset, disenfranchised voter. I have been so disgusted by our own elections officials and other elected public servants that I removed myself from the Democrat Party (1/23/21) and am now a voter without a political preference. I have voted Democrat, Republican, Green, and other parties throughout my lifetime. So I am not beholden to an extreme ideology, only one of “Truth, Justice, and the American way.”
The November 2020 Presidential and down ballot election has proven that election/voter fraud is rampant within our system. The voting system in the United States is setup to be manipulated either from the server or by individuals. With the research I have conducted, I will make this case apparent.
Let’s take a moment to understand how involved each of the “separate” voting machine systems are. Take for instance, the software "Clarity Analytics." This software is used in each counties registry. Clarity is owned by Scytl Secure Electronic Voting, based in Spain. So there is no deviation between machines because there is a corporate monopoly of the integral software used.
Also voting machines, no matter their manufacturer, use software that calculates votes in percentages. It is called fractional voting. The software creates the discrepancies we see by assigning each candidate a portion of the vote. Candidate A can receive 125% while their competitor Candidate B can receive 75% of the votes tabulated. This shows how the 12th Amendment is ignored for a user-modified voting adjudication at the site level.
At any given time a voting machine can by modified especially by a USB or other type of flash drive so that a machine produces a win for Candidate A instead of Candidate B, as to the wish of the user.
However adjudication can also be used to modify the results in other ways. Let’s hypothesize that mail-in ballots are more heavily to favor one political party over another as does in-person voting favor another political party. So if in-person ballots are marked with let’s say Sharpies instead of regular ball point pens as did mail-in ballots, then those ballots can be found in error of the system to where individual polling place managers can either forget to add those ballots to the system or adjudicate those ballots at a later time and revise the votes as one so wishes because the ballot is now in digital form where it is out of view of scrutiny and easily manipulated without a paper ballot comparison.
Do you really believe your vote counted the way you voted? As a disabled woman who uses Absentee voting because of my extreme disabling illness of a collapsed immune system, I doubt my vote happened or counted the way it was intended.
Why would I say such a horrible comment? Why wouldn’t I?
On my Secretary of State’s personal Twitter feed, her negative comments and attitude toward President Trump and any of his supporters suggests that she is too emotionally involved with her extreme political leanings to be professional and objective about any one voter’s particular vote:

Then there is a question of her professional behavior when she decided to create her own rules about verifying and registering voters outside the perimeters of our state laws:
2.a. ***ELECTION ISSUE*** On Monday, the Governor’s Office received a complaint from the Yuma County Recorder expressing concerns about election policies recently prescribed by the Secretary of State's office that violate state law. 1/
2.b. The Recorder stated: "I feel strongly that the recommendations diminish security and integrity and I do not feel I'm able to accommodate any such requests for the recommended procedures." Read the entire email. 2/

2.d. Next, @DougDucey wrote a letter to Secretary Hobbs outlining these complaints and asking that these practices “be suspended immediately so that Arizonans can continue to have confidence and faith in the integrity of our election system.” See attached. 4/
2.e. It’s also worth noting: these concerns have since been echoed by other County Recorders -- including concerns that these changes are being implemented outside of the statutorily prescribed election procedures manual process. 6/

Coupled with Ms. Hobbs political leanings and her unlawful disregard for Arizona Revised Statues, I am more than compelled to question the validity of the November 2020 election on her emotionally biased and unlawful direct actions against my legal rights as a voter alone. To me, because of her unprofessionalism makes me question my vote integrity, she should be impeached as to never hold office again.
If you believe this misguided behavior and misconduct is because of one sole unhinged individual, think again. This divisive sentiment is nationwide from extremist ideologues in both parties who have allowed open election fraud. From certifying elections without investigation at the governor’s level to refusing voting machines to be forensically audited at the county level, bias, discrimination, and disenfranchisement has become the hallmark of Arizona’s election system. If someone wants to research election/voter fraud, the information is out there for anyone to find, but no one wants to find this reality because they are too wrapped up in their little world of media spin to realize: you took my voice away.

Vote Tabulators
The State of Arizona uses at least three different tabulators: Dominion, GEMS, and ES&S. Though different manufacturers, all use the same software program(s) with additional foreign hard/software. That means even though Dominion is in the news, each manufacturer should be checked for the same “glitches.”
For example about foreign software, the software "Clarity Analytics" is used in each county’s registry. Clarity is owned by Scytl Secure Electronic Voting, based in Spain.

She sets forth facts she can confirm about Dominion including the foreign relationships in the hardware used by Dominon Voting Systems and its subsidiary Sequoia and explains specifically that port that Dominons uses, which is called Edge Gateway and that is a part of Akamai Technologies based in Germany and Spain.
This witness also explains and sets forth the evidence for “injection” of votes using an algorithm, which can be seen from the data feed on November 3, 2020 for Maricopa and Pima counties, where spikes can be seen when a large number of votes got injected into the total. (See R. 58, L. 25-27).
She furthers states, in a sworn declaration, that on the morning of “November 4, 2020, the algorithm stopped working, therefore another “block allocation” was used to remedy the failure, which was done manually when all the systems shut down to avoid detection.” (R. 59, L. 15-19).

Now we take all the above information and head straight back to Arizona’s elected officials and their unprofessional capacity as political agents instead of being objective public servants:

Thanks to the mishandling of this situation by our Secretary of State, not only is anyone elected in the state of Arizona illegitimate, but has not been [legitimate] since 2017. And, why not? So far most of those individuals entrusted with the power to do the right thing haven’t done anything but claim there is no election/voter fraud. It is a sad day when politicians are upset that the People got in the way of their political monopolies and alliances. The People voted. You are supposed to uphold OUR WILL.
This terrible realization also gives rise to impeaching the Maricopa Board of Supervisors for obstruction, and then every Arizona County Recorder as well as the Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and Governor Doug Ducey for malfeasance, dereliction of duty because each one committed perjury certifying the vote tabulations and thus the Electors for the State of Arizona, November 30, 2020.
Maybe instead of playing politics, our elected officials should have called an emergency session of the Arizona State Legislature and heard what the Trump team had to say. It is not about who I may or may not have voted for. This situation is about the integrity of our elections, which at this point there is none.

And, you cannot tell me I am wrong. There is no factual evidence to back up an opposing viewpoint to my assessment of the situation at this time. If someone has more information, then that information needs to come forward and ALL sides need to be heard in front of the Arizona State Legislature now.
Not only that, but your two companies that are supposed to service the Dominion Voting Machines are incapable of certifying the machines, unable to root out the algorithm, or give a cyber professional’s review of such systems because the assessment is above their pay grades. In addition, their rudimentary review of the machines is unequal to the task because these two companies rely on services to voting machine companies like Dominion to ever state a contrary belief. This case is one of analyzing one’s own work. Would you rely on someone to tattle on themselves? I don’t.
I just did that for them.
There are those individuals capable of determining what happened with the Dominion machines but our elected officials are again unprofessional and skew to the extremist ideologies to ever allow anyone affiliated with the Trump campaign to show people what has been done to our elections.

In Conclusion
Just from what I have discovered thus far, the Arizona vote totals could not have been certified legally by our counties or the Secretary of State of Arizona as they currently stand, let alone the Governor.
Because this situation constitutes fraud at best, and since Arizona’s Electors were erroneously confirmed for Joseph R. Biden and thus has installed him in the Oval Office, treason at worst, the Supreme Court’s assessment in prior cases determines that Arizona’s elections are null and void:
First legality: “FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING,” United States Supreme Court.The only way to know for certain how Arizona should have cast its electoral votes is to do a manual forensic audit by the Trump team as well as another independent analysis in order to verify registrations, signatures, dates, and the vote totals since the machines cannot be relied upon to do any sort of casting, adjudication, or tabulation.
“Vitiates” in a legal context means negates, quashes, annuls, invalidates, revokes and abrogates.
A special session of the Arizona State Legislature should be called in a public forum for all to hear evidence, witnesses, and have the ballots and machines assessed in accordance with the law, and not the extreme ideologies plaguing our election system from the right and the left.
RESTORE MY VOICE, MY VOTE, AND ELECTION INTEGRITY.
Arizonans need to see the true cost of personal vendettas while in public office. Public servants serve the public, not themselves, political parties, or donors. Political operatives should be impeached as to warn future ideological acolytes of the cost to harming the public trust. When someone takes taxpayer money to do a job, then the official should be objective and impartial. Every elected official needs to start acting like it because I am going to disseminate this information to independent news agencies, state and federal law enforcement, and as well as other elected officials.
I make no threats. I make no promises save one: to clean out Arizona’s election system so we can be proud to be Arizonans again. I as a disabled voter in the State of Arizona have been betrayed by the people who are in positions of trust. Therefore I demand the Arizona legislature take steps to restore not only my vote, but everyone else’s as well.
In lieu of the problems I have found with our past election, I believe Arizona’s two Democrat party Senators, Sinema (2018) and Kelly (2020), both lost to Martha McSally. Beyond that, they are illegitimate and cannot stay in the offices they hold from this day forward. Sinema and Kelly must be recalled and new Senators appointed until such time that Arizona can hold a fair and free election.
In that understanding I also state that it is my educated determination that Joseph R. Biden did not win Arizona’s state Electors or the presidency of the United States of America, but in fact he should be removed and Donald J. Trump should be sworn in instead.
