After most of March 2016 was inundated with lines in the sky and blotting out the midday sun, the El Nino pattern kicked in and relieved our scorching desert with some rain. 

The United Nations, NATO, and the Joint Chiefs of Staff are the usual suspects when it comes to climate engineering, and therefore, this article names these entities for the destruction of Earth's ionosphere, ozone layer, general messed up weather patterns, droughts and destructive storms. 

Yesterday afternoon, Phoenix, AZ was again hit by climate engineering that sinks down into our breathable air column and poisons us all: 

This morning began another round of our modern governmental and industrial ecoterrorism:

All the while our local and state officials remain quiet on this destruction. Our beautiful blue skies that used to reach across the Valley of the Sun are once again damaged. Even the local weather personalities are mum as our skies are sprayed nonstop throughout the seasons.

If you want our blue skies to return, then start complaining from our local city governments to the Governor's Office as well as the news stations. I would also suggest contacting the Air Quality people and the EPA. 

Global Warming has failed to grip humanity in fear so organizations and entities seek to create Climate Change instead.  Ever wonder why some people are going out of their way to create problems? To destroy?

The Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) has established this site according to the requirements of A.R.S. 13-3827. DPS is responsible for maintaining the site and annually verifying the addresses of all registered sex offenders.

Remember when using this site and contents that it is not who and what you know, it's who you don't.

What would happen if you woke up to hazy skies and little sunshine? 

With all the safeguards on the quality of our air, Arizonans are mandated by laws to have their cars emissions checked, farmers have to water their fields to keep down the dust, and a buearcracy (AZ DEQ) was formed to keep track of air pollutants.

A lot of tax payer money, time, and fees to keep your air clean and safe. 

Or is all the fuss just a ruse? How about Exhibits 1 - 6:

Beautiful blue skies were seen until the planes began making lines, haze in the Phoenix sky this morning for the third straight day in a row. 

If cities, towns, counties, and states do not care about the quality of the air by allowing geoengineering, then why waste everyone's time with bureaucracy upon bureaucracy in trying to control which you do not care about? 

Before the toxic lines in the sky began their assault on Phoenix, Arizona on Sunday, our weather forecast looked like this:

Sunday turned completely overcast instead of just partly cloudy because of the spray in the sky:

With elections for the City of Phoenix slated for tomorrow, Tuesday, August 25th, a curious situation happened: the rain was postponed. As weather forecasters predicted rain Monday night but mostly into early Tuesday morning and afternoon, all of a sudden, that prediction was put on hold.

Where did the rain go? 

After days of blue skies, the lines returned. Coincidence? 

And who is paying for these expensive toxic weather modification days? The City of Phoenix, which is already in financial debt? The State of Arizona, ditto? Or the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who have plenty of budgeted funds thanks to policy papers like PNAC, or it's new name the Foreign Policy Initiative? 

Tomorrow's Propositions are full of United Nation's funding for Climate Change policies that are destructive to Americans, the environment, and government budgets. 

One thing is certain: GeoEngineering is making a mess of our skies, ozone layer, and weather. 

Don't let GeoEngineering make a mess of Phoenix more than it already has.

The military is doing exercises to get ready for the big game. Today at 2pm, Channel 5 reported on last night's news that two fighters from Luke AFB will be doing a low and loud flyby of the Stadium.

During the game fighters from Tucson will be on guard.

F-16s from Tucson to enforce 'no fly' zones during Super Bowl game

The FAA asked that the 162nd Wing Arizona National Guard, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and other agencies work together during the Super Bowl to enforce strict flight restrictions around the stadium.

All this hubbub for a game? Dysart School District is laying off over 100 teachers after this spring's semester because the school district does not have the funds. After residence voted down a bond, the teachers have now gotten their pink slips. People cannot afford any new taxes.

Do you hear me Governor Ducey? 

Of course not. The fighters must already be buzzing his office. 

So have fun oooing and awwing at the sight of the jet fighters and realize the money to keep football safe is more important than our public school system.

Phoenix and Tucson's radiation levels increased the week before Thanksgiving. What is going on? When is the United States going to get serious about Fukushima?

U.S. Environmental Protection Agency RadNet radiation monitors have detected renewed surges in air readings of dangerous beta radiation across the country. Over a dozen metropolitan test sites registered four-month highs.

Impacted cities include San Diego, Bakersfield, Phoenix, Amarillo, Montgomery and Madison. Some of these sites recorded beta readings literally going off the chart at 1,000 total beta counts per minute (CPM). EnviroReporter.com and others including experts and manufacturers, consider 100 CPM to be an alarm trigger. Many American cities surpassed this threshold in this latest reporting period.

Sustainability, Smart Growth all great marketing terms for scams. Here is an information article done by the Post Sustainability Institute about the corruption in your state and home town you are not aware of, brought to you by corporations and the United Nations:

Growg Smart Legislative Guidebook Model Statues for Planning and the Management of Change was funded by a grant from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (the lead federal agency); Federal Highway Administration (US Department of Transportation); US Environmental Protection Agency; the Federal Transit Administration (DOT); the Rural Economic and Community Development Administration (US Department of Agriculture). All of these agencies were members of the President's Council on Sustainable Development which ran from 1993-1999.

Private funders included the Siemens Corporation; Henry M. Jackson Foundation; Annie E. Casey Foundation; and the American Planning Association. These private organizations promote smart growth.

Siemens, for instance, benefits from the development of the 'smart grid' and is a key private for-profit corporation for solar, biomass, and other subsidized power generation. This huge multi-national corporation is involved in health care, building systems, financing, communications and more. Siemens is a German company that was nearly bankrupt until Hitler supplied free slave labor and money for technological development. Siemens USA has revenue of over $20 Billion. They also just appointed Michael Kruklinski Head of Siemens Real Estate for the Americas. We suggest that you look carefully at the members of the Funders' Network for Smart Growth and Livable Communities to see where the UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development money trail leads. Money and power flow back and forth along these channels. Enterprise Community Development and LISC, for example, are on the list. They are for-profit affordable housing developers who benefit hugely from subsidies in smart growth and redevelopment (urban renewal) zones. Wal-Mart is a partner. The Orton Family Foundation is a partner. You'll find over 100 foundations and corporations on the list. Take a look. and look at this too, as an example of who funds the Smart Growth conferences.

On the issue of devaluation of property through regulatory means, we find it reprehensible that counties and cities recognize that development rights have value when they're being purchased in conservation easements, but they have no value when they're being taken away through regulations. You won't find many General or Comprehensive Plans that don't embed sustainable communities strategies in their elements. Most states require it by law through their legislation. These policies fund and support UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development.

More and more non-profit organizations are being created, fragmenting from others, spinning off and creating more non-profits. Funding comes from state and federal grants, from your taxes and fees, private grants, donations (tax write-offs), and from lawsuits. You'll find the League of Women Voters advocating for Smart Growth. The Lung Association lobbies for Smart Growth. The National Association of Realtors advocates for Smart Growth. The Chamber of Commerce does too. So does the AFL-CIO. Are your dues or professional fees paying for UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development. Are you volunteering for a group supporting UN Agenda 21/Sustainable Development?

And who builds the Light Rail? Siemens... no conflict of interest there, is there?

After dark did not stop the geoengineering planes from spraying last night. As skywatchers will note, funny wispy clouds obstructed the view of the stars and the sky seemed cloaked with an opaque blanket that further dimmed the constellations. 

First Glimpse of the Day: Lines in the South

This morning as the sun warmed the sky from aquamarine into sapphire, lines to the north and south of the Valley were present. 

The spraying has gotten more intense as the blue sky is now silvery white in many places.

Now it is a little after 11am. Something in the sky caused the sun to reduce in output as if a cloud was interfering with the rays. The Solar Radiation Management chemical clouds are in the way.

Reasons Against

Partly Cloudy or Mostly Cloudy conditions were supposed to hit Phoenix as early as tomorrow and at the end of the week, however at the last moment, the geoengineering activities for this region changed. 

As of 3pm this afternoon, lines in the sky were visibly being created from airplanes.

Climatic conditions are not suitable for normal contrails. CBS Channel 5.2, Chris Dunn, verified that the skies were clear at 106F degrees, low level humidity would be present in Yuma and the Colorado River Valley, and cloudy, stormy conditions near the Utah border later on this evening. Ergo, the Valley of the Sun is clear, even on radar.

So where are these persistent, chemical-laden contrails coming from? The government's Solar Radiation Management project, which exasperates localized warming conditions, eats holes into the ozone, and creates more surface pollution in Phoenix as what was seen about a week ago.

In the article: Geoengineering could have 'catastrophic consequences': Schemes to control climate change could backfire, warn scientists, we are warned that messing with the Earth's atmosphere is a terrible idea. Why keep doing the worst possible action for the worst possible outcome?

In another article: Climate engineering may do more harm than good, according to new research, the writers conclude the same reasoning. Climate engineering is daft and ineffective.

For instance, some solar radiation management techniques rely on spraying aerosols into the atmosphere that could deplete the ozone layer, while ocean alkalinisation can alter the amount of oxygen in the ocean - upsetting its ecosystems. Likewise, afforestation can reduce the salt content of coastal waters, with consequences for marine life and ocean currents.

Both articles come to the same dire conclusion, yet assume falsehoods like Global Warming is real and Climate Engineering has not been deployed. Look up! Ah, there it is! Chemical lines in the sky for carbon dioxide plants breathe in and humans breathe out.

Will the elite ruling class and their military and scientific personnel ever learn not to mess with Mother Nature?

This morning the VDP Gazette took some pictures of GeoEngineering in the Phoenix Metro area. Upon filing the report: GeoEngineering Daily Report, June 2, the sun began to be obstructed. Dimming of the light occurred and the reporter was curious as to why. Up before dawn, there were no indications of a heavily clouded day.

After witnessing the aerial assault and photographing the chemical lines, the reporter realized that the government was employing Solar Radiation Management (SRM) and not just the usual drying up of moisture to move rain into the plains and eastern portion of the United States. Precipitation that could be used in Arizona and California instead is often redistributed east of the Mississippi. 

In the VDP Gazette's weather and air quality article: Excessive Heat, Summer Sun, No Dust, readers will notice that the Weather Channel forecasted 112F today. With the SRM being employed, the new forecast this morning was 111F, as seen here: 

For one degree of cooling, and of course drying up our meager air moisture, residents of Phoenix, Arizona are being told they must breathe in dangerous, toxic heavy metals and other unknown particulates. 

In addition, residents are subject to endure the reduction of solar energy to their solar panels without monetary compensation as well as the health effects of decreased Vitamin D production of their skin.

Why is geoengineering being allowed?
