Questioning SCOTUS about Justice Barrett's Refusal to Hear a Vaccine Mandate Case Against a University

Your editor asking the questions straight to the people who need to explain themselves like you would expect of me. Shouldn't you expect it from other journalists as well?

August 26, 2021

SCOTUS:

As a journalist and legal researcher, why would Justice Barrett deny a request of a student against their university to hear about a vaccine mandate. In what manner can a corporation, albeit a publicly funded one like a university infringe on someone's rights?

Medicine should never be a police power of the state or its subsidiaries.

In my current article: Mandating a Vaccine with an Unknown Biological Agent is Against International Law, the question I would ask of the Justices including Barrett would be: why in the times of uncertainty can states, agencies, and their actors be allowed to circumvent our fundamental rights, international law, and our basic human rights?

No medical treatment should ever be mandated by anyone.

Why does the Court and its Justices disagree?

Thank you,
DL Mullan,

Faking the Moon Landing – Stanley Kubrick & NASA’s Noble Lie with Bart Sibrel

Was the moon landing faked by NASA and Stanley Kubrick in an effort to cover up the failure to execute John F. Kennedy’s bold desire to have a man on the moon before the end of the 1960s? We discuss the theory with Bart Sibrel, who shares unedited NASA footage of the mission, and explains the reasons why the lunar landing was not possible in this uncensored Buzzsaw interview hosted by Sean Stone.

It was so nice knowing all of you... No, really.

A friend posted this link on my facebook page: Play Hardball with Chris Matthews and the President, so I did. This comment is what I left:

I would like to know when are we going to get back to American values? The government routinely ignores the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Journalists are targeted. Protestors and Free Speech Advocates are shot, kettled, and abused by police without cause. Our skies, water, air, and food are poisoned with chemicals, gmo's and more. Education has become laughable. All government agenices are spying on us for no probable cause. Cities and states are getting into treasonist agreements with iCELI (Agenda 21). And, the US Government keeps putting corporations and elite technocrats above the people and Constitution they purport to serve... so the question remains: when are going to get back to American values, the Constitution and Bill of Rights? ... oh, and you cant use 9/11 or Terrorism in your answer since the federal govt now funds those terrorist organizations, so they cannot be used as an excuse for the criminality being perpetrated on the American people...

I wonder if I am going to get that Secret Service visit before or after the holidays? Hmm, well have a great day and remember, you cannot complain if you are not making an effort to return our Democratic Republic to the way it is supposed to be.

Enter your question to the President today!
