Why? I don't believe that organization has helped one black person. These Marxist agitators rake in millions of dollars in sympathy donations but only help themselves and their chosen political party (the progressives in the Democrat Party).

Big Tech Hides Behind the First Amendment While Depriving You of Your Freedom of Speech

The stupidest line in a legal document Facebook could ever have written. 

Facebook will now owe its users for their data since Facebook steals and sells users' information without compensation. 

Worse, than stealing and turning a profit while lying to their users, Facebook is open to 6 USCS § 101:

Facebook has banned individuals under the corporate terminology of: dangerous individuals. Which without due process of law, Facebook has then committed defamation and other speech liabilities. Because of this terminology, Facebook has allowed threats and acts of violence in their community guidelines specifying "dangerous individuals," marking them as targets and placing their lives in danger. Facebook intimidates or coerces a civilian population not to speak certain names or uphold their beliefs in the Second Amendment. The label of "dangerous individuals" has deplatformed and depersoned several individuals from most social media as well as allowed banks, credit card companies, Uber/Lyft, Paypal, and Youtube to name a few to also discriminate against these individuals without cause or due process of law. Without the ability to make a living, that act endangers human life. Facebook has colluded with other social media in racketeering and possible RICO violations of criminal laws to ban people without due process of law as well as become an overall nuisance to our society. Facebook has perjured itself in front of Congress and influenced governmental policies through its censorship by meddling in elections. 

Facebook as well as the other Tech Giants have checked off most of the legal definition of terrorism:

According to 6 USCS § 101, the term terrorism is "any activity that--

(A) involves an act that--

(i) is dangerous to human life or potentially destructive of critical infrastructure or key resources; and
(ii) is a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State or other subdivision of the United States; and

(B) appears to be intended--

(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping."

Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act gave Facebook some measure of protection if the corporation had adhered to the law, but instead Facebook wants to control, censor, and dominate speech and thought. 

Facebook wants the protection of the Bill of Rights while telling the rest of America and the world that their speech does not matter.

Laura Loomer has the tech company in a vice of its own making. Facebook defamed Ms. Loomer as well as countless others. Facebook has also placed her life and livelihood in danger with its policies and guidelines.

If others file suits of their own, Facebook's stocks will drop and the tech giant could see its monopoly be dissolved.

Gender Ideology and Intellectual Book Burning for Political Correctness

In recent Twitter and Facebook posts, the transgender phenomenon has taken on a whole new level of exclusion. Americans should rename gender ideology: gender idealogy. People who believe you do not need societal rules of boy and girl like to hide behind the arbitrary rules of hate speech when someone does not conform to their political correctness. 

The comment that was so awful that people actually reported it for hate has been published here for your consideration:

Transgender is a mental disorder; it is called Gender Dysphoria. For doctors, politicians, and the public to use this small population to run over other people and harm said population is disgusting. I don't support using mental illness to take away the rights of other people. I also do not support using mental illness as a political pawn. I have done research into this phenomenon. That is what it is; it's abuse of the mentally ill. Do some independent research by people who are against abusing people for political and financial gain. I do not support the unprofessional behavior of the medical community to make money on a mental disorder that in most cases would resolve itself over time in a person's life with only a small portion of individuals needing psychiatric support. Transgender individuals are being abused by people supporting a delusion that sets up those individuals to take harmful, carcinogenic chemicals and hormones as well as destructive and unnecessary cosmetic surgeries that will never change the sex of the patient. Do your homework. Do not regurgitate social justice warrior or political correctness. It's mean. It's hateful. It should not be supported by anyone who really cares about individuals with Gender Dysphoria. Stand up to the crowd and save someone's life.

Where was the hate speech? Hateful conduct? Hateful content? 

Nowhere.

People with mental health issues have taken a benign comment and catapulted the statement into the stratosphere of fiction because they were offended by nothing. The paragraph is someone's researched opinion. That cannot be allowed by the gender idealogists. 

For that fact any opinion that counters the gender idealogists' narrative cannot be allowed to exist. That is a problem for our society. That radical, exclusionary stance cripples people's ability to make informed decisions and create educated opinions because the pubic discourse has been parsed down by intellectual book burning. 

In a recent article, 21st Century is the Age of Intellectual Dishonesty, the Editor of the VDP Gazette wrote about how Americans are more interested in believing the lie instead of discovering the reality of the world they live in. 

If you are offended by the above statement, believe it is some form of hate speech/content/conduct, or what have you, then seek some professional help.

You need counseling.

The Sherman Act and Clayton Act define the operating system of the Federal Trade Commission.

The Sherman Act outlaws "every contract, combination, or conspiracy in restraint of trade," and any "monopolization, attempted monopolization, or conspiracy or combination to monopolize." Long ago, the Supreme Court decided that the Sherman Act does not prohibit every restraint of trade, only those that are unreasonable. For instance, in some sense, an agreement between two individuals to form a partnership restrains trade, but may not do so unreasonably, and thus may be lawful under the antitrust laws. On the other hand, certain acts are considered so harmful to competition that they are almost always illegal. These include plain arrangements among competing individuals or businesses to fix prices, divide markets, or rig bids. These acts are "per se" violations of the Sherman Act; in other words, no defense or justification is allowed

The Federal Trade Commission Act bans "unfair methods of competition" and "unfair or deceptive acts or practices." The Supreme Court has said that all violations of the Sherman Act also violate the FTC Act. Thus, although the FTC does not technically enforce the Sherman Act, it can bring cases under the FTC Act against the same kinds of activities that violate the Sherman Act. The FTC Act also reaches other practices that harm competition, but that may not fit neatly into categories of conduct formally prohibited by the Sherman Act. Only the FTC brings cases under the FTC Act.

The Clayton Act addresses specific practices that the Sherman Act does not clearly prohibit, such as mergers and interlocking directorates (that is, the same person making business decisions for competing companies). Section 7 of the Clayton Act prohibits mergers and acquisitions where the effect "may be substantially to lessen competition, or to tend to create a monopoly." As amended by the Robinson-Patman Act of 1936, the Clayton Act also bans certain discriminatory prices, services, and allowances in dealings between merchants. The Clayton Act was amended again in 1976 by the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act to require companies planning large mergers or acquisitions to notify the government of their plans in advance. The Clayton Act also authorizes private parties to sue for triple damages when they have been harmed by conduct that violates either the Sherman or Clayton Act and to obtain a court order prohibiting the anticompetitive practice in the future.

The United States of America through its governance, agencies, and courts has allowed the propagation of monopolies that now seek to stifle freedoms, liberties, and commerce. Some like Apple and Google have interjoined their management with a foreign power, Communist China.

The boards of directors, CEOs, and other top management divisions collude together in private meetings to create The Network of Global Corporate Control.

The structure of the control network of transnational corporations affects global market competition and financial stability. So far, only small national samples were studied and there was no appropriate methodology to assess control globally. We present the first investigation of the  architecture of the international ownership network, along with the computation of the control held by each global player. We find that transnational corporations form a giant bow-tie structure and that a large portion of control flows to a small tightly-knit core of financial institutions. This core can be seen as an economic “super-entity” that raises new important issues both for researchers and policy makers.

Therefore the super-entity of a massive monopoly, which also answers to Communist China through Google and Apple's moves, prompts National Security concerns at the very least. This super-entity now commands a complete umbrella and oversight to change the outcome of future elections under the guise of social justice causes not supported by current US laws such as: censorship, shadow banning, community guideline strikes, and expulsion.   .

The Conspiracy of Dunces is readily admitted: Facebook, Twitter, Google and others to meet about midterm elections, report says. Which begs the question: Is communist China behind Big Tech’s sweeping censorship?

While the VDP Gazette is no fan of asset forfeiture as the act is unconstitutional thanks to the 5th Amendment, a strike against the Globalists running the unelected administrative state (shadow government/deep state institutions) would be nice.

"...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

Yet after the punitive damages the Sherman Act allows for, the taking's clause is all but moot after a jury trial of ten or more victories of injured parties.

Still corporations feel the need to circumvent our Bill of Rights as entities defined as individuals instead of the nonperson governing monopolies this super-entity seeks to become. Perhaps it is time to redefine the greed ridden cancers of our society and hand the halls of power back over to the People by taking away the power of the corporation in our society.

The European Union is dictating what you can and cannot say or type.

If you disagree with authorities you can have your internet "privileges" suspended or revoked. These internet ghettos have become the permission givers of online speech.

We as a human race with rights, not privileges, cannot have Freedom of Expression when there are administrators filtering our speech and disciplining people for not towing the government line.  

If you are an adult, then why put up with this blatant disrespect? It is high time that the European Union be broken up. The world hoped Scotland would leave, but somehow the votes went the other way. Maybe the people of Europe will finally be free of the bureaucratic dictatorship with a Brexit. 

The people of the world can only hope Europeans step up and dismantle their prison one vote at a time.

If you have not kept up on the VDP Gazette's latest news, or our popular articles, then you would not know that Villa de Paz is under attack.

Some developer out of Canada wants to fill our green, wildlife refuge, and 40 year old community golf course with houses.

You read that right: Cookie-Cutter Houses in lieu of Environmental Green Space.

Part of the stipulations put into place by the City of Phoenix during our Annexation in the 1990's were removed. These stipulations were to safeguard our community from just this type of hostile take over. Instead the City removed these zoning regulations without the residents of Villa de Paz's knowledge.

We have two community associates that were viable and available at the time of the initial move to take away these stipulations but these entities were never contacted either. Which leaves many questions as to why the stipulations were removed in the first place and if there has been gross misconduct by the developers, lawyers, and the city itself.

In all reality if a community approved stripping their own stipulations for a new development, wouldn't there have been a group of representatives from Villa de Paz at the City Council meetings? You see our point. 

Villa de Paz wants your help to fight the influx of developments in the West Valley because politicians and developers do not consider the real needs of the community only the lining of their pocketbooks.

It was so nice knowing all of you... No, really. 

A friend posted this link on my facebook page: Play Hardball with Chris Matthews and the President, so I did. This comment is what I left:

I would like to know when are we going to get back to American values? The government routinely ignores the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Journalists are targeted. Protestors and Free Speech Advocates are shot, kettled, and abused by police without cause. Our skies, water, air, and food are poisoned with chemicals, gmo's and more. Education has become laughable. All government agenices are spying on us for no probable cause. Cities and states are getting into treasonist agreements with iCELI (Agenda 21). And, the US Government keeps putting corporations and elite technocrats above the people and Constitution they purport to serve... so the question remains: when are going to get back to American values, the Constitution and Bill of Rights? ... oh, and you cant use 9/11 or Terrorism in your answer since the federal govt now funds those terrorist organizations, so they cannot be used as an excuse for the criminality being perpetrated on the American people... 

I wonder if I am going to get that Secret Service visit before or after the holidays? Hmm, well have a great day and remember, you cannot complain if you are not making an effort to return our Democratic Republic to the way it is supposed to be.
