Leaked Video Shows How Barack Obama was NEVER My President

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Barack Obama / Treason
___________________________________

I have been down with an illness induced injury and have been mulling the idea of hanging it up because there is little to no support unless you are corporate or male or conservative. I am disabled, woman, and middle of the road, classical liberal.

Then this video came across my desk and now I have a new lease on crankiness. So, if you think your cranky, disabled editor was annoying before, you haven't seen anything yet.
“And for the international order that we have worked for generations to build, ordinary men and women are too small minded to govern their own affairs. Order and progress can only come when individuals surrender their rights to an all powerful sovereign.”  ~Barack Obama
Screw your treasonous rhetoric. Sound like a combination of Loki (Avenger's film), and Darth Vader (Star Wars' film) much?

I will now be changing my party affiliation to INDEPENDENT because I am a Centrist, Independent, well-researched, Classical Liberal.

Watch out Progressives, Socialists, Communists, and Rinos... I have an axe to grind. I am tired of entitled elitists changing laws to make themselves rich and everyone else poor to push socialism and communism as viable solutions when these economic/government philosophies are repeated disastrous failures all across the globe no matter which country implements them.

Independent sovereigns are coming for your terrible new world order. We are going to win through policy and legal means that are nonviolent so much so that it will make your international order and anyone like you bleed from your orifices just for thinking about imposing your vicious, evil will upon the world.

I do not want to hear or see from Barack Obama or Michelle Obama for the rest of my life. That goes for Bill and Hillary Clinton as well.

Obama... was never my President. He is the elite's hand picked traitor.

Spread the word.

Trump Supporters: Maybe We're Just Fed Up with People like Writers for the New York Times

I did not like GW Bush. 911 stinks to high heaven. The PNAC document confirms my suspicions. War after war, and cronyism after cronyism, I voted in Barrack Obama, a Constitutional lawyer and scholar. What I received was GW Bush's third and fourth terms with a few virtue signaling laws thrown in for good measure.

So, I, like tens of millions of Americans took a chance on Donald J. Trump.

The choice was not because we are bad people, but because we want bad people out of office. People who go into public service without two nickels to rub together and come out billionaires. You know... bad people.

Those bad people have stirred up tensions, imploded nations, impoverished continents. All for the sake of ego and greed. We are tired of the bad people having power as unelected bureaucrats and clogging up the system like imperialist goon squads.

Bad people who want to privatize public institutions to profit off them by first undercutting them, then mismanaging their budgets and  pensions, and of course pointing their fingers at the people who they have betrayed and call them incompetent (see education, food stamps, the post office).

We the People have observed these trends for some time now.

We have tried the two party duopolies in hopes a good person would step up and correct the problems the politicians, lobbyists, and their thinktank buddies created. No one surfaced since John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan. But these unelected bureaucrats, as we have named them: The Deep State, Administrative State, and the Shadow Government, killed one and blackmailed the other after they shot him.

The only reason President Trump is ahead of the game is because he hired his own security.

And that should tell you all you need to know about our current state of affairs as a nation.

I am a Liberal Democrat, but I believe in our founding documents- Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights- our Founding Fathers, and this Republic for which it stands. I believe in the power of the individual. The rights of individuals over mob rule.

Democrats have gotten away from the values of our nation. Instead Democrats have sold out to the Progressive and Socialist ideologies. Individualism has turned into communitarianism. The hive mind of propaganda has taken hold to push rugged individualists into collectivism.

One person throws their straw in the street; I get my straws taken away. One person's grocery bag gets taken away by the wind; I get my grocery bags banned. One person shoots up a nightclub; I get my right to bear arms reduced to a privilege.

No, no, no, no... NO.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

Support VDPG
Your rights end where mine begin. My rights end where yours begin. That has been my motto.

In short, my motto means that you are responsible for you and your own actions, but in no way does your rights ever stomp on somebody else's rights.

I am for gay marriage. If you are over eighteen and you want to marry another consenting adult, why not? You can suffer the bonds of marriage like all the heterosexuals. That makes no difference to me...

...however, if a baker does not want to bake a gay couple a cake, that has not infringed on your rights to have a cake made. Why? First you can go to someone else. Second, if all else fails, cake mixes and from scratch ingredients are sold at the local grocer. You still have a right to a cake.

Another illustration, if you have a penis, then you are a man; if you have a vagina, then you are a woman. At no time, is a man a woman or a woman a man. A man does not have a period. I do. I am a woman. Women before me have fought for equality as well as equity in our society. So no man should be allowed in a public bathroom with women. We fought for sexual privacy. Just as no woman can ever be a Navy SEaL. It is physically impossible for a woman.

Get over yourselves already.

The Progressives and Socialists have convinced the younger generations of Americans that their shit don't stink and these drones are stink bombing our Republic. Donald J. Trump is the market correction. If you do not like what We the People are doing then maybe Progressives and Socialists should not been so amoral with their agenda and immoral with our societal norms and mores.
  • What is immoral is treating children like science experiments and calling the trend: Transgender. No, it is called child abuse. So-called medical and psychological professionals should lose their licenses to practice.
  • What is immoral is allowing hospitals to medically kidnap children. That is custodial interference and well, kidnapping. People need to start going to jail over this crap.
  • What is immoral is having laws changed to favor corporate monopolies and governance. That has led to: Too Big To Fail; Big Ag; Big Pharma; Big Tech. All against American laws and values, which all need to be prosecuted and broken up. Laws should be rewritten to put We the People first ahead of profiteering.
  • What is immoral is opening our border, especially after 911, and depleting our system so greatly that a disabled person like myself has no services. Zero. Zippo. Zilch. My friends help me out. I have not received a food box in over five years. I do not qualify for jack... I am housebound, bed bound thanks to my employer's negligence.
  • Another immoral point of our corrupt collectivist system: no lawyer would take my case, even my EEOC right to sue for pro bono because I was out of a job after my employer made me too sick to work.
Democrats headed by the Progressives and Socialists have lost their collective minds. Instead of championing the plight of the working class, these numbskulls have decided illegal aliens, the United Nations, and neoconservative chickenhawk wars are some how a better platform than Americans, the United States, and the rights of individuals.

No wonder the Democratic party is losing its membership because the party has lost its way.

Our future is not Hillary Clinton, Kamala Harris, or Corey Booker. Frankly, people are tired of the blame-game, social justice warrior, progressive/socialist nonsense.

Progressives and Socialists are not Democrats. They're players. Pozers. Lackies. The Democratic party needs to remove these distractions from the platform and realign with the American people. Or the party is lost forever.

I may have a voter registration card that says: Democrat, but I do not feel like one. I believe in privacy, free speech, and private property (of the mind, body, and land ownership). You know, Rights.

But I do not see the Democratic party owning up to and correcting party corruption. I do not see the Democratic party of, for, and by the People, but instead parading around like a Globalist propaganda machine and puppet. Things need to change with the Democratic party, as well as the media.

The liberal and conservative media should not exist. We should have the media. Independent of government, corporate, and political party agendas, or we do not have a free press at all. Can we have difference of opinion? Of course, but not as the mainstream media propagandizes the People as it does at the present.

That also means no praying, Bible recitation, or preaching while being a media outlet. That is not being an objective media source. That is being a church.

Media has to distinguish itself from the extremes of our society.

All I hear and read is about racism and White Nationalists... you know, crap. Democrat dog whistling... here, here, Social Justice Warrior. Fetch. Sit up. Riot when you don't get your way.

And if someone disagrees with you... well, they must be a racist or White Nationalist!

So tired of it.

I hear: but Trump is a racist because he hates immigrants. Those caravan individuals are not immigrants; those people are invaders. America has 30-40 million people who are either not legally in this country or are not American society members. People are not apart of our society if those individuals reject assimilation into our culture and/or refuse to speak English.

This place is my country. I should not have to press 2 to get an English speaking operator. I should not have to read Spanish subtitles in the sales circulars, or see Spanish first over English on coupons.

We need to dissociate ourselves with this Third World Globalist takeover. We need a wall. We need to set a healthy boundary with the rest of the world.

I can hear it now: walls are racist!

Do you own a home? Do you have a fence around your pool? Your backyard? Would you call the police if someone broke into your home or jumped your fence? How about stole your car?

American society has boundaries. We have borders of towns and cities. We have fences around our yards.

The microcosm reflects the macrocosm. If you have a fence, or would protect your private property, then you believe in borders. You believe in self protection.

I keep wondering when the media, opinion writers, and political parties will wake up before they destroy themselves completely? The only apologists are those puppets who try to sell me immoral agendas and the failed policies of Globalism.

Support VDPG
Donald J. Trump did not set up the destruction of the world. The Globalists did. Donald J. Trump did not set up the Third World to fail. The Globalists did. Donald J. Trump did not set up America to fail. The Globalists did.

A good portion of the American public woke up to the Globalist agenda. We do not have to agree with everything President Trump stands for. President Trump does not have to be a perfect man. He just has to navigate America back onto its original course heading.

But until the Democratic party matures, half the nation will wallow in self pity and scream at the sky like idiots.

Maybe the only apologists are people who write distasteful and disrespectful op-eds because they are too busy believing propaganda instead of being present with knowledge. Progressives and socialists have had their way for far too long. It is time real Democrats regained control of our party.

Then we could have real discourse in our country.

Wouldn't discussions benefiting Americans be the change that implemented a natural course correction? I know I am tired of watching the Progressives and Socialists drive us into an iceberg. I did not sign up to be on the Titanic.

I guess that is why I feel like I am in a party all by myself.

1776 to 1478: How the Evangelical Right has taken Women back to the Inquisition

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Women's Rights / Religion
________________________________

The alternative right and conservative media proclaim a return to the ideals of 1776, but that group has hidden their extreme views to get their candidate elected. Articles and radio shows from the right have characterized their point of view as the Renaissance for all. Comparisons of their religion versus other religions has been used to highlight the right's commitment to freedom and rights for all.

It has all been a lie.

When the alternative right and conservatives' control of the United States Congress and Presidency happened, their behavior changed. Now shows are full of making fun of and demeaning women as well as using their religious ideology to pass laws condemning women and eliminating their health choices.

In reality, the Religious Right is no better than the other patriarchal religions on Earth. Man made deities and dogma seek to undermine society through manipulation of girls, young women, and adult women. That leaves the quality of women's lives below being subpar.

That was more apparent when President Donald Trump signed an executive order gagging healthcare providers across the world from mentioning the word: abortion. In extreme poverty, there is extreme sexual violence. Unintended pregnancies are forced upon women and their only recourse is to terminate the pregnancy. Now with the burden of reality even heavier than before, women will have to resort to other means, which will end up killing women and children alike.

Children will be abandoned at orphanages. Some children will be left to die because their mother cannot take care of them. Others will be neglected and abused.

Instead of ending suffering, the Religious Rights' interference in basic reproductive medical needs will now lead to a growing humanitarian crisis. To the pro-birth agenda, a child born is a success no matter the pain that will afflict that life. Hunger, war, and rape are acceptable to the patriarchy since that experience is a woman's concern.

This negative attitude toward other people's belief systems is reminiscent of a bygone era, though not of the Renaissance, but of a darker time ruled by the unfeeling, uncaring vision of the patriarchy.

It was 1478. The year the Spanish Inquisition began. This religious witch hunt led to even more egregious historical events.

Who can forget the religious purity movement of the Reconquista in the 15th Century? With the alternative right and conservative agenda to purify America of women's rights, liberation, and equity, has the American electorate ushered in another age of submission by torture?

At first, the Spanish Inquisition sought to convert or expel Spanish Jews. Then the state set its sights on ridding their land of Muslims.
At Torquemada’s urging, Ferdinand and Isabella issued an edict on March 31, 1492, giving Spanish Jews the choice of exile or baptism; as a result, more than 160,000 Jews were expelled from Spain. Francisco, Cardinal Jiménez de Cisneros, promoted the suppression of Muslims with the same zeal that Torquemada had directed at Jews. In 1502 he ordered the proscription of Islam in Granada, the last of the Muslim kingdoms in Spain to fall to the Reconquista. The persecution of Muslims accelerated in 1507 when Jiménez was named grand inquisitor. Muslims in Valencia and Aragon were subjected to forced conversion in 1526, and Islam was subsequently banned in Spain. The Inquisition then devoted its attention to the Moriscos, Spanish Muslims who had previously accepted baptism. Expressions of Morisco culture were forbidden by Philip II in 1566, and within three years, persecution by the Inquisition gave way to open warfare between the Moriscos and the Spanish crown. The Moriscos were driven from Granada in 1571, and by 1614 some 300,000 had been expelled from Spain entirely.
As the state's uncontrollable hunger for religious justice continued more and more ideologies were attacked:
When the Reformation began to penetrate into Spain, the relatively few Spanish Protestants were eliminated by the Inquisition. Foreigners suspected of promoting Protestant faiths within Spain met similarly violent ends. Having largely purged the country of Jews and Muslims—as well as many former members of those faiths who had converted to Christianity—the Spanish Inquisition turned its attention to prominent Roman Catholics. Saint Ignatius of Loyola was twice arrested on suspicion of heresy, and the archbishop of Toledo, the Dominican Bartolomé de Carranza, was imprisoned for almost 17 years. Nominally Christian groups that diverged from the Inquisition’s orthodoxy, such as the followers of the mystical Alumbrado movement and adherents of Erasmianism (a spiritualized Christian belief system influenced by the teachings of humanistDesiderius Erasmus), were subjected to intense persecution throughout the 16th and into the 17th century.
This religious intolerance spread across into Christian nations like a wave of fear and hatred. This fervor led to the infamous Salem Witch Trials, that arrested 200 and killed 20. The religious justice happened all in the name of religion. It happened all in the name of GOD.

Except in the United States of America, our founding principles are not Christian based. Nowhere in our Constitution or Bill of Rights claim any Christian values, morality, or ethics. Yet year after year, Christians have demanded the Ten Commandments be placed in the People's court houses, their religion be given national holidays, and the Nativity scene honored on public lands.

If you question the religious favoritism, then the Religious Right screams: the War on Christmas!!!

All the while, the Evangelist preachers and celebrities try more manipulations to make America a One God, One Religion nation, but those individuals lie for profit and power.

So how can the Religious Right claim superiority over other Abrahamic practices with their dubious track record of deceit and tantrums? America is not for one ideology. What cannot be argued is what our founders outlined for this nation:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The First Amendment of the Bill of Rights is clear: there can be no establishment of religion, but the Evangelicals try and try. The Religious Right elect their selected politicians in hopes of changing our Constitution to establish their very own theocracy.

However the Religious Right's Era of Evangelical Inquisition has met with the ire of the People. Namely, women have risen to meet history to derail the plan to overthrow our government. Protests commenced around the world. The largest was the Women's March on Washington.

The seed of equity was planted, no matter by whom, and women are taking responsibility for their government in ways the Religious Right has never taken responsibility for destroying our economy, finances, soldier's lives, or welfare of its citizens.

But women face an uphill battle as alternative media celebrities dismiss women and their concerns as that time of the month or just needing a daddy. When verbal tirades from talk show hosts and article writers depict real life issues as the old-standby hysteria (a woman's uterus problem: hysterectomy) excuse, that disingenuous mockery shows the true nature of the patriarchy: contempt.

As one alternative radio show host ended his broadcast yesterday to the effect that Soros brainwashes women who do not have a man. Most women have never met George Soros. The marches are not about George Soros but a failing patriarchy that yells about women needing a daddy like the state to live off but then the same men jump in exuberance that "Daddy's Home" when President Trump was elected.

Smell the transference? It's the extreme far right who needs a male role model to lead as an alpha male because the rest are incapable of being mature. The rest of us expect honor, honesty, and equity out of our government as any adult should. We don't need a daddy. We certainly do not need the patriarchal inquisition.

As women in America brace for the next wave of religious extremism to wash over the halls of political power, only time will tell how far and how unethical the Religious Right will be in condemning women into sexual slavery like that of the 1940's. Whatever the religious zealots have planned, women will bide their time to reclaim their rights.

Religion like other communitarianist regimes always place privileges on others for social control. That leads to groups to form against such hypocrisy. The Woman's March will be the next Tea Party, except to strip power away from the religious elite and back into the hands of the meek, the women... the People.

Religion was never supposed to rule in America.

As Thomas Paine wrote:
“All religions are in their nature kind and benign, and united with principles of morality. They could not have made proselytes at first by professing anything that was vicious, cruel, persecuting, or immoral. Like everything else they had their beginning; and they proceeded by persuasion, exhortation, and example. How is it then that they lose their native mildness, and become morose and intolerant? . By engendering the Church with the State, a sort of mule-animal, capable only of destroying, and not of breeding up, is produced, called The Church established by Law.”( Rights of Man, pg. 16

Mr. Olbermann and the Act of Treason

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
The Republic / Belief Systems
____________________________________

No, Mr. Olbermann, that is Not Treason.

In the last forty to fifty years, treason against the United States has become a game of whodunit or who will catch us! The same players are always involved: Republicans and Democrats. So, when are we going to begin the arrests?

Treason is defined by the Constitution is Article 3, Section 3:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
We have plenty of witnesses and confessions on the behalf of the Neo Conservative / Liberal caste of our society who openly commit treason against the People.

The United States of America is a Republic. In a Republic, individual rights are assumed greater and more precious than a belief system, economic theory, or ideology.  Here is a summary of what a Republic is:

Here’s how it works: in democratic or republican systems, there is a kind of majority rule. In democracies, the 51% rules over the 49% and has total control. The 51% can do whatever it wants, because in democracies there are not structures in place to protect individual rights.
If 51% vote to steal your bike, you are without a bike. If 51% vote to kill you, you are out of a life. It does not matter if it is right or not, what the majority says is what happens.
A republic is different though, and it operates for the protection of the individual against the majority when they get out of control. It is very important to protect the rights of the individual in a political system, for that is how governments are limited in their power and scope.

So let’s take Gender Ideology. Some will argue that individuals choosing whatever gender or façade s/he would like to present to the world is an individual right. Correct so far.

Then these gender ideologies are pushed into the public arena as politics to change how society functions. Men dressed as females as part of their gender identity therefore have the individual right to use women’s public restrooms. That would be false.

When your belief system is your own private Idaho, you are protected under the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Once you take your privately held beliefs to change your persona and force that belief onto others, well, you have now infringed on other people’s individual rights. Women have the right to a safe, secure area in public for which to use the restroom without fear or challenge.

Just like public restrooms had to be changed for individuals in wheelchairs, that supported people’s individual rights for sexual privacy in restrooms in business, government, or other establishments.

Gender ideology does not secure sexual privacy; it eliminates it. Add to the fact that men are most likely to commit sexual crimes against women, and the individual right to force gender ideology onto an unsuspecting public all but dissolves.

You have the right to dress like a tart. Men have been dressing like tarts for thousands of years. Look at all the oil paintings of monarchs and learned men: tart, tart, tart.

But that does not give Transgender individuals the right to override other people’s individual rights. It’s called personal responsibility. We have somehow lost that individual philosophy while looking for instant gratification.

Another example would be the economic theory of Trickle Down Economics. What a scam. This “theory” proposed that if you give all the economic profit to the wealthy they would create jobs and buy, buy, buy! as their own economic stimulus.

Trickle Down Economics was another term for Highway Robbery. The wealthy as they do and continue to do is stash, stash, stash! they’re wealth. The money is therefore taken out of circulation and the economy worsens because there is no way to loosen the monetary purse strings.

The theory was aptly named because the very, very rich peed on the rest of America. This economic theory showed how and when you take the economic engine away from the individual that the economy dies. Everyone in a society has the individual right to compete and participate in the economy as an equal.

The bulk of the money in an economy should be concentrated in the lower half of the economic sphere. That means the 50% of the society making less should have a more fluid availability of money. This fluidity allows for motility and market volatility. The money made at the bottom will then filter through the rungs above them: Middle Class, Upper Middle Class, and into the affluent caste.

The rich will always receive the money at the end of the day, but Trickle Down Economics did not even allow for the bottom classes to even compete or participate in the market. The market was essentially closed off for the profiteering of a few.

That is against our individual rights. That is favoritism, corruption, and a monopoly. That is why Trickle Dawn Economics does not work: it’s against our Anti Trust philosophy.

So is the TIPP, TPP, NAFTA, and other economic packages that parse down economics into a corporate governance that rules over the servant classes, which is everyone else who is forced to spend their money on corporate agendas, fads, and products. A corporatocracy is nothing but living in a global corporate town where the profits go up and nothing comes back down: no competition, no motility, no individual rights are protected. Welcome to minimum wage living in coffin apartments where you can only ride the light rail and go nowhere else in life.

That would define monopolies, Too Big To Fail, Agenda 21, and other nonsense as direct threats against our founding principles and individual rights. Treason comes in all forms. Economics has been used as a weapon ever since the Central Banks took over our economy and money supply. The Federal Reserve Act of 1913 is unconstitutional and dare we say; Treason. The People are supposed to be in control, not a foreign corporation.

For the last distinction between a personally held belief versus individual rights, we have belief systems. A belief system is a religious dogma, or practice. The First Amendment protects individuals from intrusion against the majority forcing them to stop their worship. If you worship a rock or an imaginary person/god/ghost/alien being, then the government and others cannot force you to stop believing and worshiping as you wish.

However… we have had a movement in this country since Goldwater, called the Right, Evangelism, and other conservative names, who believe that right is might. This use of religion in politics is a way to make the United States of America into a Christian theocracy.

Since not every Christian believes in the same tenets of the religion and still others in this country who are not Christian at all, we have a huge problem with religion taking over the government one seat at a time and forcing that belief system on the rest of America. That would be called: treason. A religion, a belief system, is overthrowing the values and freedoms of the Republic.

An individual has the right to worship as they see fit. A religion does not have the right to make laws in this country that interfere, abolish, or subsume other American’s individual rights. That would be the crux of religion being used as an act of treason because it is overthrowing individual rights for the rights of a group’s view of the world.

So Mr. Olbermann, you wanted to know what treason is happening in our country? The above summation should give you a great head start.

The United States of America is a Republic being hit on all sides with acts that erode our Constitution and Bill of Rights with ideologies that do not protect, promote, or support individual rights against a majority view.

We are NOT a democracy. We are a Republic. Maybe it is about time we shrug off the immaturity of ideologies and beliefs for a bigger prize: freedoms and rights as promised by our Founding Fathers.

Anything else to subject individuals to a fad or fringe or belief against their rights is nothing more than a stark failure of the People to run their government as it was intended.
“Congress has no power to make any religious establishments.”
~Founding Father Roger Sherman, Congress, August 19, 1789
And neither does the Supreme Court…

If you are an adult, then why put up with this blatant disrespect? It is high time that the European Union be broken up. The world hoped Scotland would leave, but somehow the votes went the other way. Maybe the people of Europe will finally be free of the bureaucratic dictatorship with a Brexit.

The people of the world can only hope Europeans step up and dismantle their prison one vote at a time.

LGBT Community Tramples Women's Rights for Transgender Outcomes

Staff Writer,DL Mullan
Transgender / Public Law
_______________________________________

Women’s race for equality among the sexes took another blow as men in certain states across the nation are allowed indiscriminate access to women’s public restrooms and locker rooms. This division between the sexes is not only about safety from abuse, rape, and molestation; the division allows for sanitary conditions because women have menstrual cycles and become pregnant with children.

I guess facts are considered discrimination and bigotry as I have been called numerous untrue adjectives so that transgender men and women can claim a moral high ground that these individuals do not have.

I am liberal. I am not religious. I believe in equality. I also believe in common sense. To that end, I am persuaded if you have a good, coherent, logical, and factual argument.

I have not seen anything but overemotional people who sling mud and throw tantrums over the transgender public restroom issue.

It is time to put the boycotts away and for people to grow the hell up. We have a social contract exhibited as agreed upon boundaries in our society. Full grown men in women’s bathrooms or locker rooms is one of those prohibited forays unless there is an emergency or some other unforeseen circumstance.

If you are a man and feel like you are really a woman, then you need medical and mental help because there are only two sexes in the genus Homo sapiens sapiens. We have males. We have females.

On occasion there is a problem in the uterus and some children are born as hermaphrodites.

The Intersex Society of North America lists the diverse conditions connected to being born with medically determinable sexual and genetic issues as well as defining the difference between intersex individuals against that of transsexuals and transgenders.

Transgender individuals base their gender on how they feel. That is not how gender is determined in the human species. XX and XY are how females and males are denoted. Feelings are psychological.

Every human is faced with challenges in their lives. Coping with gender identity issues is one of these areas. Unfortunately we have out of control social justice, psychological, medical, and pharmacological institutions in our nation that feed individuals with fantasies of becoming someone else, something else altogether.

We see these body dysmorphic delusions played out on the small scale with botox and breast implants. On a larger stage, men and women with psychological disturbances are not being treated for their emotional, cognitive, and nutritional issues, but instead are paraded around as a protected minority group called transgenders.
Johns Hopkins Psychiatrist: Transgender is ‘Mental Disorder;' Sex Change ‘Biologically Impossible’ and he would be correct.

“’Sex change’ is biologically impossible,” said McHugh. “People who undergo sex-reassignment surgery do not change from men to women or vice versa. Rather, they become feminized men or masculinized women. Claiming that this is civil-rights matter and encouraging surgical intervention is in reality to collaborate with and promote a mental disorder.”
When you look into how transgender men and women are treated by the medical community is the real discrimination. Instead of correcting the imbalances, transgender individuals are convinced only gender reassignment surgery is the answer. How much money does a person waste with pharmaceuticals, surgery, doctor’s visits, psychologist and psychiatric appointments over a lifetime?

Follow the money and discover the truth.

On the legal front, transgender people are not being discriminated against when it comes to public restroom usage.  If transgender individuals were not allowed to use public restrooms at all, I would stand up and say that is discrimination.

With my chronic health condition, I am discriminated against because Environmental Illness is treated in a manner that is inconsistent with heavy pharmaceutical use and therefore the prevailing medical mindset is that Environmental Illness must be a mental condition, when it is not. So I am the first person to stand up when discrimination is evident.

Men wearing women’s clothes do not bother me. Look up costume history. That is the apparel men and women have worn since the advent of fashion. Men were the first to wear dresses, leggings, pumps, jewelry, and yes, even cosmetics. If you have a problem with the old attire being new again, well some men are just regressive that way.

With laws like in North Carolina, even though I do not agree with everything outlined in the law, the public restroom issue is not about discrimination against people with a form of body dysmorphic disorder.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. That fact is true in physics as well as public discourse when people have taken their social justice too far and trample other people’s rights.

What has happened is people want to protect the most vulnerable in society by reiterating our agreed upon social norms and mores. If you have a penis, you use the men’s restroom. If you have a vagina, you use the women’s restroom. Simple, right?

The LGBT community sees that declaration of such obvious information as blatant discrimination, but it is not.

In fact until a man has surgery to change him into a biologically accurate representation of a women, vagina and all, he should not be allowed to use the women’s restroom legally or otherwise.

Point of fact, rape and molestation victims have rights too. Women and girls who have been sexually abused may not want to have a man in such a small, enclosed, and unsecured room away from prying eyes. I know I don’t.

Another fact, men are slobs. I have been a custodian in an office with men’s and women’s restrooms as well as cleaned private homes. Men leave the seat up. Men urinate on the seat, down the sides of the toilet bowl, and on the floor.

As a woman who has a menstrual cycle, I do not want to be in a public restroom having to deal with the above unsanitary conditions. Do you? It is difficult enough to find public restrooms with a place to hang your purse. Think on that visualization.

Now I have had conversations with transgender men via social media and the excuse for invading my private space is that a transgender male has never raped a woman.

Really? How long has statistics been kept on this group and that particular situation? The fact is that transgender man’s argument is not an entirely truthful statement.

The prison system has transgender individuals incarcerated for crimes against society. The Federal Bureau of Prisons cites these statistics of male and female prisoners: Gender, (notice there are no statistics on transgender individuals so how would one find numbers on rapes?)
Tranequality's numbers say:

Nearly one in six transgender people (16%) (including 21% of transgender women) have been incarcerated at some point in their lives—far higher than the rate for the general population.
In reality, transgender individuals have an increased chance of breaking the law. Time will tell what transpires in the women’s restrooms and how women are respected in such a confined, intimate space.

Oh wait, it already has:
College Allows Transgender Man to Expose Himself to Young Girls:

“Little girls should not be exposed to naked men, period,” said David Hacker, senior legal counsel with the Alliance Defending Freedom. A group of concerned parents contacted the legal firm for help.

In another report, Man Undressing in Women's Room Cites Transgender Rule. A Washington state man went in and out of a girl’s restroom twice, the second time while little girls were changing into their swimsuits for practice. The employees could do nothing to protect the children because of the intrusive and socially unjust law against women.
It’s not like all men are honorable examples of the other half of the species:
These reports start from 1997 and the list continues without end online detailing how certain adult human males are sexual predators to the females of the species.

What do women possibly have to be concerned about? Maybe history, facts, and reality.

If the LGBT community respected other people’s rights, especially women’s rights to privacy and safety, then demanding rectification for an imagined injustice would not happen let alone be the reason for boycotts, name calling, or other ignorant outbursts.

Women have fought beside the gay and lesbian community in the LGBT’s pursuit of equal rights, marriage rights, and the right to adopt children. Instead of that community knowing healthy boundaries and the difference between right and wrong, women’s rights are being intruded upon instead by these same people who throw tantrums about their legal rights. Isn’t time for some people to show the rest of us the respect we deserve?

In 2012, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) removed transgender from the list of mental health issues plaguing humans. Sounds like this organization needs to be sued on behalf of transgender individuals who are now not receiving the mental health care they need and the rest of us for being terrorized by the political correctness that changed their precious diagnostic book.

Why would the APA do such an irresponsible act? Follow the money.

How much money will the doctors, lawyers, and court system make forcing others to accept a discounted mental health condition as a minority group with fake rights and demands? How about the politicians and non profit organizations. How much will each of those individuals receive in donations and funding?

To me, the transgender issue comes down to a few points: creating division among voters for political gain, ignoring a serious mental health issue to produce lifelong medical and pharmaceutical customers, inciting social unrest, and allowing the sexual deviants and predators of our society access to little girls.

All of which are becoming to the forefront of media fodder.

For a man, even a transgender, to push himself onto a woman be it sexually, physically, or legally, is rape. Emotional and mental rape occurs, but make no mistake: it is still rape.

So going back to the earlier transgender man’s argument that “no transgender man has ever raped a woman…” Well, you just did.

      Let the hate comments begin…

Restoring the Rule of Law with States Leading the Way

      Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Rule of Law / Constitutional Convention
      ____________________________________

The Governor of Texas, Greg Abbott,  unveiled a proposal for restoring the balance between the federal and state governments as well as define each role respectively and set forth a check and balance system to restore the rule of law that has been lacking in this country to the point of nullifying the Republic for an rich man's oligarchy.

The Texas Plan of 2015 is calling for a Constitutional Convention to correct this imbalance. The VDP Gazette has read the tenets proposed and wholeheartedly agrees. The plan is well thought out and resolved to create balance and order.

You can read the plan here:

Executive Cabinet Veto of R50-70: Flags and decoration adjustment for inclusivity

      Staff Writer, R. Patrick Chapman
      Flags / Higher Education
      ______________________________________

The University of California a few days after the passage of Resolution R50-70 vetoed the measure.
      Executive Cabinet Veto of R50-70

We the Executive Cabinet of the Associated Students of the University of California, Irvine convened on March 7th, 2015 to officially veto ASUCI Legislative Council legislation R50-70, “Flags and decoration adjustment for inclusivity”. We engage in this action to veto under the constitutional authority granted to us under Article V, Section B, Sub-Section 2 of the ASUCI Constitution stating:

“Vetoing, as seen fit, any measures adopted by the Legislative Council, provided such an action be exercised only once per measure, and within six (6) days from the date of the measure being passed, after which time, the measure shall become legislation with or without the Executive Cabinet’s approval.”

We fundamentally disagree with the actions taken by ASUCI Legislative Council and their passage of R50-70 as counter to the ideals that allow us to operate as an autonomous student government organization with the freedoms of speech and expression associated with it. It is these very symbols that represent our constitutional rights that have allowed for our representative creation and our ability to openly debate all ranges of issues and pay tribute to how those liberties were attained.

As students in an academic institution we encourage all students on campus to participate in open debate about a wide array of issues and to actively engage in academic curiosity, which lies at the backbone of a preeminent academic research institution. It is this freedom to be able to navigate and explore topics on a wide range of issues that we see at risk if we begin to engage in a particular form of regulation of free speech and its expression through symbols in any space associated with our organization.

We as well want to reaffirm our commitment to diversity as a campus in all aspects and ideals associated with it. The concept of inclusion and diversity is a core pillar in the mission of University of California system and we wish to continue to work to have these important discussions of what our campus is doing to make this a priority.

      Signed:

      ASUCI Executive Cabinet
Even the Administration of the University had this statement:

The statement below is from the UCI Administration
Earlier this week, six undergraduate members of the UCI’s student-government Legislative Council passed a bill that bans hanging a flag from any nation in the common lobby area of the student government offices.

This misguided decision was not endorsed or supported in any way by the campus leadership, the University of California, or the broader student body. The views of a handful of students passing a resolution do not represent the opinions of the nearly 30,000 students on this campus, and have no influence on the policies and practices of the university.

The American flag is still proudly flying throughout our campus and will continue to do so.

Student-body president Reza Zomorrodian has publicly opposed the legislation. The Executive Cabinet of the student government will meet today to discuss a veto. A motion to veto and a second are on the table. One more vote is needed for a veto. We encourage the student government to veto this legislation and abandon any further efforts to pursue it.

We hold the value of intellectual inquiry and the free and rigorous exchange of ideas as bedrock values of institutions of higher education. And yet, we are constantly reminded that those values we cherish are in part, guaranteed by the sacrifices made and the struggles waged to secure the freedom and democracy that the flag symbolizes. UCI never takes that for granted.

      R50-70
Flags and decoration adjustment for inclusivity
      March 3rd, 2015

Whereas flags are a symbol of a nation, are used as decorations and have a wide range of cultural significance.

Whereas flags are typically viewed as patriotic symbols of a single nation, are often associated with government and military due to their history and have a wide variety of interpretations.

Whereas the traditional patriotic interpretation of a flag is a result of a nation and/or persons who encourage a nationalistic understanding of the flag.

Whereas traditional understandings and ideologies, as encouraged by the national government, include liberty, democracy, constitution values and are up for interpretation on constituents.

Whereas flags not only serve as symbols of patriotism or weapons for nationalism, but also construct cultural mythologies and narratives that in turn charge nationalistic sentiments.

Whereas flags function specifically for a nation and

Whereas people are assimilated into national ideologies by deployment of this cultural artifact.

Whereas flags construct paradigms of conformity and sets homogenized standards for others to obtain which in this country typically are idolized as freedom, equality, and democracy.

Whereas symbolism is interpreted differently by different groups or persons based on individual unique experiences.

Whereas a common ideological understanding of the United states includes American exceptionalism and superiority.

Whereas the American flag is commonly flown in government public service locations, military related entities, at homes, in foreign lands where the US government has a presence.

Whereas the American flag has been flown in instances of colonialism and imperialism.

Whereas symbolism has negative and positive aspects that are interpreted differently by individuals.

Whereas displaying a flag does not express only selective aspects of its symbolism but the entire spectrum of its interpretation.

Whereas designing a culturally inclusive space is taken seriously by ASUCI

Whereas designing a culturally inclusive space aims to remove barriers that create undue effort and separation by planning and designing spaces that enable everyone to participate equally and confidently.

Whereas the removal of barriers is the best option at promoting an inclusive space.

Whereas it is a psychological effect for individuals to identify negative aspects of a space rather than positive ones.

Whereas whenever public spaces are produced and managed by narrow interests, they are bound to become exclusive places and

Whereas the planning process must be inclusive in such that designers are advised to forget about the ‘average’ user or themselves and instead begin the open space designing process with ‘deep knowledge’ of the preferences of the actual communities who are likely to use those spaces

Whereas designers should be careful about using cultural symbols as the symbols will inherently remain open for interpretation.

Whereas once an open space is created, it is important to employ continual evaluation in order to understand changing use patterns and needs over time.

Whereas a high-quality culturally inclusive spaces is essential in any society that embodies a dynamic and multifaceted culture

Whereas freedom of speech is a valued right that ASUCI supports.

Whereas freedom of speech, in a space that aims to be as inclusive as possible can be interpreted as hate speech.

Let it be resolved that ASUCI make every effort to make the Associated Students main lobby space as inclusive as possible.

Let it further be resolved that no flag, of any nation, may be hanged on the walls of the Associate Student main lobby space.

Let it be further be resolved that if a decorative item is in the Associate student lobby space and issues arise, the solution will be to remove the item if there is considerable request to do so.

The State of the First Amendment: 2014

      Staff Writer, R. Patrick Chapman
      Bill of Rights / Polls
      ______________________________________

The State of the First Amendment: 2014 is a report about how Americans view the entire First Amendment, if some of them knew what that was.
When asked to name the five specific freedoms in the First Amendment, 68% of Americans name freedom of speech, followed by 29% who say the freedom of religion, 14% mention the freedom of the press, 7% mention the right to assemble, and 1% name the right to petition. Twenty-nine percent of those surveyed cannot name any of the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment.
Those who could name freedom of speech and freedom of religion increased this year from 59% to 68% and 24% to 29% respectively. Meanwhile, the knowledge of right to petition and right of assembly decreased from 4% to 1% and 11% to 7% respectively. The percentage of Americans who can’t name any First Amendment rights dropped from 36% to 29%.
The deprogramming of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness must be working, but to combat this limited perspective, here is the First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Memorize it, there might be a quiz later.

Connecticut: Go for the Sex and Driver's License but Not for Medical Care

      Staff Writer, J.J. West
Age of Consent / Medical Rights
      ___________________________________

We all have basic human rights. In the past few decades, the government has seen fit to infringe on these rights and supplant freedom with privileges. No more has this overreach been felt more but in the radicalization of doctors, hospitals, and child protective services.

Justina Pelletier lived through this invasion with Boston Hospital for over a year. Phoenix Children's Hospital has been engaging in this type of criminal conduct with Melissa Diegel's children: Kayla and Hannah.

Now the state of Connecticut has decided to imprison and medicate a 17-year old because she did not want to treat her cancer with chemotherapy but by more beneficial means through natural adjuvants.
“It’s a question of fundamental constitutional rights–the right to have a say over what happens to your body–and the right to say to the government ‘you can’t control what happens to my body,'” said Cassandra’s mother’s attorney, Michael S. Taylor. Taylor represents Cassandra’s mother, while a state public defender represents Cassandra.
What this young woman endures is beyond anything a state, hospital, or doctor should have the power to do to another human being.
In September, Cassandra was diagnosed with late stage Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Doctors recommended she undergo chemotherapy as treatment, but the teen refused. Her mother supported her in her decision and told the hospital that they were going to seek a second opinion – but doctors weren’t satisfied and reported the family to DCF under charges of “medical negligence.” The state held a hearing in November, and granted DCF temporary custody of the teen. The court ordered that Cassandra’s mother, Jackie Fortin, “to provide and cooperate with medical care under DCF’s supervision and as recommended by her doctors.”

Under DCF custody, Cassandra was forced to undergo chemotherapy treatments at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. After her first two treatments, Cassandra ran away from home in order to avoid further treatment.

However, her attempt to avoid treatment – treatment that she did not want – only increased DCF’s grip on the case. Cassandra was subsequently removed from the home. Her mother is now allowed to visit only twice a week for two hours. All her visits are supervised by DCF, and the state agency has been granted authority to make all medical decisions concerning the teen.

According to her mother, Cassandra has even been strapped down to a hospital bed for some of these procedures. She has not been permitted to leave her hospital room for approximately four weeks.
This type of behavior from authorities is unacceptable. It is literally legalized torture.

After two weeks of forced chemotherapy mandated by the state, the 17-year old ran away. Now the Connecticut Supreme Court states that that means the young woman is too immature to make her own decisions. Really? Who wouldn't run away after being treated like this young woman has been?

Which Connecticut Supreme Court Justice would agree to be tied down, imprisoned, and force fed poison? Everyone else, as long as it is not them:
The Connecticut Supreme Court has ruled that state officials aren't violating the rights of a 17-year-old girl by forcing her to undergo cancer chemotherapy she doesn't want.

Justices ruled Thursday in the case of the girl known in court documents only as Cassandra C., who will be free to make her own medical decisions when she turns 18 in September.
Yes. You are violating her rights. Let's talk about Connecticut's Age of Consent Law:
The Connecticut legal Age of Consent for sexual contact is 16 years old. There are a total of A total of thirty one states have set their age of consent at 16, the lowest age of consent in any state.

The age of consent in Connecticut is raised to 18 in certain scenarios, such as when the older partner is in a position of power such as a non-School teacher, athletic coach, or some other position of power.
      and
Finally, minors UNDER the age of 16 and at least 13 years old can consent to sex with anyone no more then 3 years older then they are.
So in Connecticut a teenager has the legal right to have sex, produce children as well as be given a license to drive a deadly weapon, but cannot make their own medical decisions? Smells like hypocrisy to me.

Maybe if she commits a capitol crime, Connecticut would hold her accountable as an adult and no longer use her as their guinea pig?

The Connecticut Supreme Court needs to reevaluate itself as well as doctors' and hospitals' behavior. The state should only be called in for extreme cases of person or persons who are in need of assistance. Case in point, Child Protective Services should save children from abusive situations, not in cases where the doctors want to override parental consent or decisions, especially for filling their pocketbooks instead of understanding that barbaric allopathic medicine is not the answer to everything.

Information on alternative medicines is widely available with a plethora of studies and positive outcome cases. One such case happened twenty years ago. He too ran away from chemotherapy, but the action turned into a blessing:

From the bits and pieces of media coverage since the time Billy ran off, one gets the impression that Billy wound up in California. And from there he discovered cancer-healing protocols for his Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But actually, he never reached California. That was his Greyhound bus destination originally, but he wound up in Houston, TX.

Instead of roaming the streets as many run-away teens do, he was fortunate enough to meet up with fellow skateboarders who helped house him. Billy had no idea of there was a nationwide hunt for his return. His parents had contacted several national news outlets out of concern for his whereabouts and health.

But one day, the father of one of Billy’s skateboarder buddies said he saw Billy on one of the TV shows featuring his runaway from home after five chemo treatments. So Billy decided to return home with one provision: no chemotherapy.

Instead, he would decide on alternative methods. His nationwide exposure had elicited many suggestions from which he could choose.
Billy used 714-X and Essiac tea (recipe) for the same cancer the Connecticut 17-year old has and cured his cancer.

So why is the young woman in Connecticut being forced to take treatments that poison the body instead of using known healing modalities? Money. Power. Control. Diseases of our judicial, medical, and child protective services systems that need to be cured of their hubris with a lawsuit of epic portions when the Connecticut 17-year old turns 18.

There are non-pharmaceutical treatments for cancer, but that would cut into corporate, hospital, doctor, and now state profits. Many such effective treatments are banned in lieu of the more expensive and toxic chemotherapy treatments.

So Connecticut who are you really protecting? A young woman old enough for sex, procreation, and a driver's license? Or the pharmaceutical and hospital industries that do not actually cure anything?
