Editor of the VDP Gazette Asking SCOTUS for Clarification on Planned Parenthood v Casey

Honorable Chief Justice Roberts and Justices, 

In the court case, Planned Parenthood v. Casey, the court has decided to go against case law to interject its religious underpinnings by finding a convenient legal loophole. With that said, when the states infringe on women's medical rights as so many have thus far, what will the Court do when said women use Amendment IX?

"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

Many states hold in their Constitutions that their residents shall not be forced into a medical system, however, the Court has deemed that states can now force women into a not only a medical system championed by the government, but by a theocratic disposition.

How can rights and refusal stand simultaneously? In a Constitutional Republic such as the United States, individuals hold the power and rights. It matters not what other people believe about how someone exercises that right, religion does not enter into the discussion.

Do women have rights or privileges?

Under Amendment IX, the Constitution and our Founders believed that rights are inherent upon the individual. So how can the Court deny the document for which they are supposed to adhere to?

Big Tech Hides Behind the First Amendment While Depriving You of Your Freedom of Speech

“Under well-established law, neither Facebook nor any other publisher can be liable for failing to publish someone else’s message...”
The stupidest line in a legal document Facebook could ever have written. 

Facebook will now owe its users for their data since Facebook steals and sells users' information without compensation. 

Worse, than stealing and turning a profit while lying to their users, Facebook is open to 6 USCS § 101:

Facebook has banned individuals under the corporate terminology of: dangerous individuals. Which without due process of law, Facebook has then committed defamation and other speech liabilities. Because of this terminology, Facebook has allowed threats and acts of violence in their community guidelines specifying "dangerous individuals," marking them as targets and placing their lives in danger. Facebook intimidates or coerces a civilian population not to speak certain names or uphold their beliefs in the Second Amendment. The label of "dangerous individuals" has deplatformed and depersoned several individuals from most social media as well as allowed banks, credit card companies, Uber/Lyft, Paypal, and Youtube to name a few to also discriminate against these individuals without cause or due process of law. Without the ability to make a living, that act endangers human life. Facebook has colluded with other social media in racketeering and possible RICO violations of criminal laws to ban people without due process of law as well as become an overall nuisance to our society. Facebook has perjured itself in front of Congress and influenced governmental policies through its censorship by meddling in elections. 

Facebook as well as the other Tech Giants have checked off most of the legal definition of terrorism:
According to 6 USCS § 101, the term terrorism is "any activity that--
(A) involves an act that--
(i) is dangerous to human life or potentially destructive of critical infrastructure or key resources; and
(ii) is a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State or other subdivision of the United States; and
(B) appears to be intended--
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping."
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act gave Facebook some measure of protection if the corporation had adhered to the law, but instead Facebook wants to control, censor, and dominate speech and thought. 

Facebook wants the protection of the Bill of Rights while telling the rest of America and the world that their speech does not matter.

Laura Loomer has the tech company in a vice of its own making. Facebook defamed Ms. Loomer as well as countless others. Facebook has also placed her life and livelihood in danger with its policies and guidelines.

If others file suits of their own, Facebook's stocks will drop and the tech giant could see its monopoly be dissolved.

Changing the National Conversation: Corporate Spying and Tracking of Americans Needs to End

Americans more than any other time in history are being tagged, tracked, and punished without due process of law. Corporations bribe our Congress to pass laws that undermine our rights to privacy, be secure in our persons, and due process of law. 

A recent development made the Network of Corporate Control all to clear and it is about time the American people disbanded monopolies and regained control of their personal information. 

Back doors into software and security features were created for governments to bypass probable cause and warrants in order to conduct criminal search and seizures for prosecution. Corporations have done this unconstitutional act with contract law. 

Contract law goes: I have a contract with my ISP, so that means I have given up my rights to privacy to not only the ISP but to third party corporations who cry copyright infringement every time you look at something cross-eyed. With the advent of "fake news" to censor our ability to access real information that is not government sponsored, now advertisers pull their revenue sharing and list any real information as fake or tainted or wrong.

Why are Americans putting up with corporate censorship and gatekeeping? Why are Americans allowing their politicians to change laws for corporate profiteering and spying? Why are Americans accepting biased court rulings when our Founding Fathers warned against corporate monopolies, control, and censorship?

When are Americans going to fight back?  

We need judges who are not corrupted by corporate whining and stomping around when it is the corporations responsibility to protect their information, not Joe Public. For example, I do not work for the corporations. I have no reason to protect what is not my responsibility to do so. Even software companies have been handed that responsibility by the courts, Now with the new copyright laws, anyone off the street bares the responsibility of corporate failure to do their due diligence. 

Can you say company town?

We need politicians to work for the People they were elected to represent. We need the People to stand up to this spy grid. Americans need to reestablish corporate and government boundaries when it comes to privacy protections.

So if anyone is out there listening, Americans need to sit down and devise new avenues of communication. We need a new internet that is free from corporate and government spying, tracking, and punishment without probable cause. No corporation should have the power to enter homes by stealth and get away with warrantless search and seizure through a contract. Innocent before proven guilty, yet corporations and governments have forgotten that the American people do not work for them. 

The laws are to protect our privacy and rights; the laws are not designed to do that for souless corporations. Corporations have no breath. Corporations have no life. They are a fiction. A representation on paper, corporations do not have an existence.

Americans will have to demand that corporations become redefined as something other than a person. Corporations are not people. Corporations have become agencies of governments. Corporations have redefined themselves by bribing the People's representatives into enacting unconstitutional laws for power and control of resources. 

Let's stop fighting amongst each other and fight for something more dear: our self respect. 

Americans need to demand the restoration of our basic inalienable rights before corporations become the gods the elite wish them to be.

Welcome to the Republic

Well, what's left of it. 

The United States of America was founded on solid principles of freedoms and rights. In the last 240 years, Americans have been pulled away from this foundation through lies and manipulation. Today, our Republic transformed into a democracy and now is an oligarchy.

A few Americans have taken up the mantle to return the pendulum to the other direction: back to a Republic. In this fight against a worldwide regime called Globalism, the people are standing up against tyranny. Here in the states, our fight has turned from Truth, Justice, and the American Way and into an unwavering theocracy.

A theocracy is a country that is ruled by religious leaders. Does that sound like Americans are being directed back to our founding principles of individual freedoms and rights? When we have politicians in congressional seats, governorships, or even on school boards directing our lives in accordance with their religious belief system instead of following the laws, we do not have a Republic.  

And, you cannot have it both ways.

We have politicians acting in the role of religious leaders who are taking away rights from the People, demonizing medical procedures, preferring one gender over another, and pushing one religion over everybody else.

Houston, we have a problem. Or should I say: Austin?

We have an alternative media that is chalk full of religious zealots that support these political maneuvers. God, this! Jesus, that! To convince listeners, readers, and fandom that if GOD is not placed back into politics and the public sphere that they are all going to hell! The demons will win!

What a bunch of crapola.

Evil happens when good men sit and do nothing. We have a whole bunch of do nothings in this nation. Only the brave are standing up against the Global takeover of the People’s resources and wealth.

God has nothing to do with it. God is the creation of the elite power structure to keep you all slaves. Mental slaves. Emotional slaves. Financial slaves.

I am wrong? Let’s talk this out… So Jesus came to Earth but there is hardly a record of him in ancient times to corroborate the Bible. If he was so groundbreaking wouldn’t everyone be writing about him, good or bad? The first stories of him were written decades after his supposed disappearance and in Greek, not in Aramaic. The Council of Nicea to formulate this newfound power base, I mean religion, did not convene until about 300 years later. Anyone who questioned or argued that Jesus was not divine was excommunicated or killed. The Bible was then created and we are not sure about where these texts derived from or who actually wrote them. Many texts are hidden in the bowels of the Vatican like many ancient manuscripts. Since then the Bible has been rewritten over 200 times. Women are often demonized in Biblical stories and/or made subservient to men.

Do I have that all straight?

When you add comparative mythology/religion into the mix you discover that older religions were stuffed into the Jesus story. The Bible is not original. The Bible steals from other cultures.

That is nothing new. Christians have been stealing pagan traditions for hundreds and hundreds of years. Christmas tree, anyone?

Then the New World was opened up to the peoples of Europe. Tired of the wars between feuding and feudal kings and lords as well as the tyranny of the Catholic Church, people moved away from that system.

Only to set up the exact same oppressive system here!

The Founding Fathers of the United States did not intend for any one religion to reign supreme in this new nation. As a nation that has people, cultures, religions, music and food from around the globe, we can never say we are for only one religion. It is impossible and frankly quite dishonest.

Why the United States of America is a Republic:

There’s a reason why the American founders created a republic, and not a democracy. Republics are the best form of government for protecting the individual from the tyranny of the majority. And there most certainly is a tyranny of the majority that always manifests in democratic style systems.

Here’s how it works: in democratic or republican systems, there is a kind of majority rule. In democracies, the 51% rules over the 49% and has total control. The 51% can do whatever it wants, because in democracies there are not structures in place to protect individual rights.

If 51% vote to steal your bike, you are without a bike. If 51% vote to kill you, you are out of a life. It does not matter if it is right or not, what the majority says is what happens.

A republic is different though, and it operates for the protection of the individual against the majority when they get out of control. It is very important to protect the rights of the individual in a political system, for that is how governments are limited in their power and scope.

Yet we have a religious caste who have separated themselves from the rest of America and voted in their like minded politicians to create this terrible imbalance. Due process has been replaced by bullying the People with Problem Reaction Solution:

  • Abortion laws to take away individual rights from women.
  • Drug testing laws to take away individual rights to the Fifth Amendment.
  • Laws that safeguard polluting corporations and neglectful employers against the health and safety of workers.
  • And, even laws to limit or take away social benefits from individuals even though the religious caste of politicians have moved all our industry and jobs to foreign shores, made higher education too expensive, and created wars to send young people to fight instead of maintain the infrastructure of our own country.
So the religious leaders masquerading as politicians have created poverty, destruction, and the murder of millions and millions of children with their righteous policies of war and conquest.

In this sense, religion has been used to overthrow the very foundations of our government. Treason comes in all forms: Globalism… and right is might. In 1776, our Founding Fathers threw off the yoke of religious based government. The divine right of kings was over.

Yet we have alternative media outlets screaming and yelling about abortion and how their religion is going to fix women… real good.

No abortion. No birth control… next women will have to sacrifice more of their rights for this man made religious cult. Then we won’t be able to own property, have a vote, or be educated at all.

What was that quote from Malala Yousafzai:

"The extremists were and they are afraid of books and pens, the power of education frightens them," Malala said. "They are afraid of women, the power of the voice of women frightens them…”

We have that patriarchal fear in this country too.

The patriarchy is not dead. Patriarchy is when a family, group, or government is controlled by a man or a group of men. When men can do the same acts as women but women are scorned, given the blame, and yet men take none of the responsibility, then you have a patriarchy.

And I did not have to pour pig’s blood all over me in a vain attempt at menstrual reverie and call it art to do it either. I just looked up the definition in the dictionary. Drama queen not included.

If the religious right in this country really wanted to stop most abortions they could, right now, today. They could do it by following their own religious edicts and not by taking away anyone’s individual rights to do it.

Here’s how men could turn abortion around:

  • Abstain from sex, period
  • Do not have sex unless you and your mate want to create a zygote
  • If you have sex against your religious beliefs no matter if it is with a prostitute, one night stand, girlfriend, or wife, a condom must be used at all times
  • After you and your mate are done having children: have a vasectomy
  • When you get diagnosed with Erectile Dysfunction, refuse the little blue pill
In accordance with the conservative views on sex, marriage, and abortion, all men in this group should be adhering to the above rules. Men need to take responsibility for their actions and stop laying it at the feet of women.

If you aren’t abiding by your own religious mandates. then you cannot take the moral high ground on any type of reproductive procedure. A zygote is created with a sperm and an egg… a woman cannot have a child on her own. You are one half of your own problem.

Get a clue.

Conservative mandates and our Republican form of government do not mesh. Religious versus individual rights. In a Republic, an individual’s rights trump religious dogma. But the conservative values are to nullify individual rights and have been trashing our Bill of Rights on a regular basis:
  • Blanket law enforcement laws and militarizing police
  • Blanket intelligence laws; mass spying
  • Illegally invading sovereign countries; regime change
  • Drug testing for employees and food stamp recipients
So much for compassionate conservatives.

But today is about setting the record straight. The United States of America is not a conservative country. It is not a religious country. We are supposed to be a Republic, for which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

The god reference was taken out because it was placed in during the red scare of communism. It is not original to our pledge. So I leave it out because it is religious propaganda and against our founding principles.

A nation under One GOD, a candidate said… here’s what our Founders had to say about that:

So the next time you want to throw the Constitution and Bill of Rights under the bus of the religious fervor, then you better get your facts straight.

The alternative right, right, conservative base, Christianity, and whatever else extreme views are out there to undermine the Republic, remember that the Founding Fathers are NOT on your side. You stand against the Republic when you lecture and promote your religion over American values and individual rights, if you agree with them or not… it is not for you to say.

The alternative right, right, conservative base, Christianity, and whatever else extreme views are out there to undermine the Republic, remember that the Founding Fathers are NOT on your side. You stand against the Republic when you lecture and promote your religion over American values and individual rights, if you agree with them or not… it is not for you to say.

The State of the First Amendment: 2014 is a report about how Americans view the entire First Amendment, if some of them knew what that was.
When asked to name the five specific freedoms in the First Amendment, 68% of Americans name freedom of speech, followed by 29% who say the freedom of religion, 14% mention the freedom of the press, 7% mention the right to assemble, and 1% name the right to petition. Twenty-nine percent of those surveyed cannot name any of the rights guaranteed by the First Amendment.
Those who could name freedom of speech and freedom of religion increased this year from 59% to 68% and 24% to 29% respectively. Meanwhile, the knowledge of right to petition and right of assembly decreased from 4% to 1% and 11% to 7% respectively. The percentage of Americans who can’t name any First Amendment rights dropped from 36% to 29%.
The deprogramming of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness must be working, but to combat this limited perspective, here is the First Amendment:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Memorize it, there might be a quiz later.

How to Take Our Court System Back

Everyday in this country, citizens are ruled against in court. Judges make up their own rules and deny ordinary people their rights under the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Judges believe they are untouchable. Some do not allow you to defend yourself with court cases or with competent legal counsel. Some believe they are allowed to take away your children on the basis of an agency's personnel non-criminal complaint or filing. 

Actions like these are not allowed under the law.

There is a solution. Federal and State legislative branches can impeach any judge that has violated the Federal or State Constitutions. Anyone who has witnessed a judge violate a person's rights, be it yours or another persons, can file impeachment proceedings.

A remedy has appeared to bring judges and the court system back in line. 

If you would like to file charges against a judge, it is not that difficult. Anyone can do it. Here is the educational tool to help you on your way:

The question now is: what is the United States incorporated incarnation after the cancellation of this one?


Many entities are under King's Law in Puerto Rico. Are any of the insurance companies you deal with or pay into on this roster? If so, what does that mean?

What Happened to the Original Thirteenth Amendment?

What? There's another 13th Amendment? So the 13th is actually the 14th Amendment? Hold the phone. 
Amendment XIII
Passed by Congress May 1, 1810 - Ratified December 9, 1812.

"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the united States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."

So why isn't this amendment reflected in our national documents?

There are some excuses and explanations as to why this amendment disappeared after forty years of use. Is there a conspiracy? At this point, who really knows?

The amendment did such:
This Amendment was for the specific purpose of banning participation in government operations by attorneys and bankers who claimed the Title of Nobility of ‘Esquire.’ These people had joined the International Bar Association or the International Bankers Association and owed their allegiance to the King of England.
So make up your own mind. Should Congress reinstate the original Thirteen Amendment? Or should it be cataloged for future reference?

In this video, a Libertarian conference: The Future of Freedom Foundation discussed the state of America, politics, the government and her people with four big names in the liberal movement against unconstitutional government.

@fordfischer of http://news2share.com filmed this panel featuring Academy Award Winning Director Oliver Stone and currently up for an Academy Award documentarian Jeremy Scahill take the spotlight in this full panel on the overbearing use of force in the United States Government. Peter Kuznick, an American University Professor who co-produces "Untold History of the Unites States" with Oliver Stone weighed in as well, offering a historic and academic opinion. "There are not two parties [Republican and Democrats]... there is only the war party, and those who oppose it," they agreed.
If you would like to educate yourself and your family about these and other issues, Oliver Stone's: The Untold history of the United States is an excellent start. This documentary was on paid cable but was also released on DVD and has a book accompaniment.

CNN, Shill-Journalism, and the Security State

CNN has outdid itself this time. In a panel, discussing NSA breaches of protocol, decency, and the law, Jake Tapper makes a stunning assessment: "I think the American people, honestly, want security over freedom."

If you are on crack, maybe. In this video, we can see that not only did Jake Tapper of CNN make this statement but the other commentators agree: "Security over Freedom." 

Wow. Some people live in a black hole of their own design. Only uninformed talking heads would agree with this egregious statement. Talk about government propaganda coming out of the mouths of so-called journalists. 

This report isn't news. It is not even responsible. How can these people possibly be still employed? 

Within a few minutes of researching this topic, one can find the Founding Father's commentary about security versus freedom:

Police Crimes on the Increase

In an article on BenSwann.com, Innocent Man Sues After Cops Beat Him & Pepper-spray The Wounds, it appears that this growing trend of brutality in the peace officer ranks may be linked to the militarization of police departments around the country. 

How else do you explain this negative behavior? 



These statistics are for a five month period in 2009, but we have seen more brutality cases in the news than numbers from four years ago.

Let's make a quick list:

As well as articles about police shooting people's dogs are on the rise, which is despicable. 

What is happening? Are too many war veterans coming home without proper mental healthcare and being unleashed on an unsuspecting public? Or are police more concerned about filling private prisons and their quota of corporate revenue? Or perhaps it is the shiny new tanks given to police departments by the government? 

You tell me.

In another,  Police Brutality Statistics article on CopBlock shows a nineteen month period as well as some good responses from the public like this one:
According to the FBI website, there were about 13,000 murder victims in 2009 (2010 data not available yet it seems). There are about 250,000,000 people in the US. Assuming there was one murderer per victim, the murder rate of all Americans is 0.0052 percent.

Now compare that to police. The chart above indicates 13% were fatality-type misconduct. That comes out to be about 330 misconduct-fatalities. There are 415,000 officers. That’s almost a 0.08% murder rate compared with 0.0052 of the general population (including police officers). That would indicate police are 16 times more likely to murder.

Or, of you add the police killings (330 people) to the 13,000 murders, police account for 2.4 percent of the murders, whereas they account only for 0.2 percent of the population.
So the question remains: are police officers here to serve and protect or cause the crimes they are supposed to stop?

What was this article's complaint about militarizing the local police:  U.S. Police Agencies Receive 165 MRAP Vehicles Cost-Free in 2012.

If you are a police officer and are quite upset with these facts, then return to your captain and lieutenants and begin to clean up this corruption from within.

If any officer is afraid of public filming of their duties, then that officer needs training in the Constitution and Bill of Rights. No officer on the streets should be doing anything against the law. Officers are supposed to be the epitome of good citizenry.

Any of type of police behavior that is contrary to our laws, values, and morals should be punished and the conducted eliminated from service.
