1984: Grace Commission Report 

This report was done under Ronald Reagan and showed the IRS is a fraud that collects taxes for the Banking Dynasties.

Ronald Reagan was promptly shot after he dared to criticize the Fed, on the same day that the Pope was shot. After recovering, he changed his mind and praised the Fed. About seven US Presidents have been assassinated for not cooperating with the Transatlantic Banking Dynasties (William Henry Harrison, poisoned, in 1841, Zachary Taylor, Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley and John F. Kennedy 1963; 7 if FDR's poisoning is counted). Most of us feel sick when we realize that “Not one dime of IRS money goes to the US Gov't”, according to Reagan's Grace Commission: it all goes to pay interest on a bogus debt to the Private Federal Reserve (FED), just to allow paper money to circulate as "Federal Reserve Notes". The Federal Reserve is a private Corporation eventually owned by the Rockefellers and Rothschilds Dynasties through intermediary agents, designed to suck the capital dry from the U.S., as the Rothschilds do in Europe.

Leask v Commonwealth [1996] HCA 29 (5 November 1996) "In determining whether a law is 'with respect to' a head of power in s 51 of the Constitution, two steps must be taken. First, the character of the law must be determined. That is done by reference to the rights, powers, liabilities, duties and privileges which it creates[64]. Secondly, a judgment must be made as to whether the law as so characterised so operates that it can be said to be connected to a head of power conferred by s 51. In determining whether the connection exists, the practical, as well as the legal, operation of the law must be examined[65]. If a connection exists between the law and a s 51 head of power, the law will be 'with respect to' that head of power unless the connection is, in the words of Dixon J[66], 'so insubstantial, tenuous or distant' that it cannot sensibly be described as a law 'with respect to' the head of power."

I'm sure you've gathered enough from the headline that it is an April Fool's Joke. 

Jesus is not here. He was an ordinary man who wanted people to learn their own personal power. Until the Church messed it all up and took that power unto themselves to deceive people. Alas, no one would ever believe me, so I better stick to the jolly of the day. 

So what is April Fool's Day?

It has different names in other parts of the world, but the idea of April Fool’s Day (also called All Fool’s Day) is essentially the same wherever you go, which is to try to trick someone with a good-natured prank before labeling them as a fool. You have to be careful, though, as in many parts of the world it is you who will become the fool if you don’t deliver that prank before noon.

Across the world, April Fool's Day is celebrated in unique fashion according to one's home country or culture: 

In Scotland, for instance, April Fool's Day is devoted to spoofs involving the buttocks and as such is called Taily Day. The butts of these jokes are known as April 'Gowk', another name for cuckoo bird. The origins of the "Kick Me" sign can be traced back to the Scottish observance.

In England, jokes are played only in the morning. Fools are called 'gobs' or 'gobby' and the victim of a joke is called a 'noodle.' It was considered back luck to play a practical joke on someone after noon.

In Rome, the holiday is known as Festival of Hilaria, celebrating the resurrection of the god Attis, is on March 25 and is also referred to as "Roman Laughing Day."

In Portugal, April Fool's Day falls on the Sunday and Monday before lent. In this celebration, many people throw flour at their friends.

The Huli Festival is celebrated on March 31 in India. People play jokes on one another and smear colors on one another celebrating the arrival of Spring.

So give the gift that keeps on giving and play a joke on your friends and family today. 

No, literally: today.

The government and corporations are out of control. These corrupt entities are working in concert to devalue the dollar and crash our monetary and economic systems. Corporate directors and councils sit on each others leadership boards and fix the markets.

When are you going to stand up against them and take your Republic back? If two lawyers from two different countries can do it, then so can you.

MICHAEL C.H. McKUBRE is currently principal scientist in the Materials Research Laboratory at SRI International. He began his undergraduate studies at George Washington University and completed his B.Sc., M.Sc. (with honors) and Ph.D. in Chemistry and Physics at Victoria University, Wellington New Zealand. During his Ph.D. studies he taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Electrochemistry, Surface Chemistry and Electronics for Scientists. On completing his Ph.D., Dr.McKubre was granted a two year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Southampton University, England. There he: undertook research into the electrochemical kinetic processes involved with flow-through electrochemical reactors; researched, designed, constructed and employed a novel ac impedance device to characterize flow-through reactors; assisted with the supervision of Ph.D. and M.Sc. students working on related and derivative projects.

Dr. McKubre joined SRI as an Electrochemist in 1978 and was appointed Manager of the Electrochemistry Program in 1982 and Director of the Energy Research Center in 1992.

In the last two decades as Director of the Energy Research Center, Dr. McKubre has applied himself to the discovery and application of potential new energy sources, specifically those associated with the deuterium/palladium system. He is recognized internationally in this field as an expert in the areas of PdH and PdD electrochemistry and calorimetry. Dr. McKubre has consulted for governmental agencies and private corporations on issues relating to advanced rechargeable batteries, fuel cells and stationary power generation systems on potential futures for novel energy sources.
