Who Does the Government Want to Raise Your Children?

Staff Writer, R. Patrick Chapman
Government / Parental Rights
________________________________

PURPOSE
The purpose of this policy statement is to provide recommendations from the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Education (ED) on systematically engaging families in their children’s development, learning, and wellness, across early childhood and elementary education settings.
Families are children’s first and most important teachers, advocates, and nurturers. Strong family engagement is central- not supplemental-- to promoting children’s healthy development and wellness, including social-emotional and behavioral development; preparing children for school; seamlessly transitioning them to kindergarten; and supporting academic achievement in elementary school and beyond. Research indicates that families’ engagement in children’s learning and development can impact lifelong health, developmental, and academic outcomes. When families and the institutions where children learn partner in meaningful ways, children have more positive attitudes toward school, stay in school longer, have better attendance, and experience more school success.
Both Departments recognize the critical role of family engagement in children’s success in the early and elementary education systems. As such, both agencies have developed research-based family engagement frameworks to guide the development of effective family engagement policies and practices: HHS’ Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement Framework and ED’s Dual Capacity Building Framework for Family-School Partnerships. This policy statement identifies common principles from the frameworks that drive effective family engagement across the prenatal to age eight continuum, and inform recommendations to local and State early childhood and elementary education systems.
It is the position of the Departments that all early childhood programs and schools recognize families as equal partners in improving children’s development, learning and wellness across all settings, and over the course of their children’s developmental and educational experiences. This joint HHS-ED statement aims to advance this goal by:
1. Reviewing the research base that supports effective family engagement in children’s learning, development, and wellness;
2. Identifying core principles of effective family engagement practices from HHS’ and ED’s frameworks to drive successful policy and program development;
3. Providing recommendations to States, LEAs, schools, and community-based early childhood programs to implement effective family engagement; and
4. Highlighting resources for States, LEAs, schools, and early childhood programs to build capacity to effectively partner with families.
______________________________________________________________________________
1 The term “family” is used to include all the people who play a role in a child’s life and interact with a child’s early childhood program or school. This may include fathers, mothers, grandparents, foster parents, formal and informal guardians, and siblings, among others.
Among others? Do you mean government interference in the raising of someone's child? Identifying core principles is an Agenda 21 principle. So what types of "effective family engagement practices from HHS’ and ED’s frameworks to drive successful policy and program development" are we discussing here?

The agenda to confuse children about their gender and sexuality? Teach kids to masturbate at the age of 9? Or, how about getting the next generation to hate vehicles, carbon, and humans?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

Be sure to read the draft in its entirety.

One day you and your daughters are a poster family for Phoenix Children's Hospital, the next the hospital severs your parental rights without a court hearing.

Is this even the United States?

America has become a breeding ground for corporate greed and corruption. Now that immorality has spilled over from Wall Street to medicine. Hospitals are now legally kidnapping children.

Child Protective Services are aiding in this criminality.

Melissa Diegel watched as Justina Pelletier was removed from her parents care so that Boston Hospital could use Justina for medical experiments while calling her parents' abusive for not putting money before Justina's healthcare.

See, hospitals, doctors, even the state receives kickbacks through grants, federal money, and other mechanisms that make your special needs children all that financially delectable. Especially if you are a single parent and do not have the resources to readily fight back against such insanity. Meet, Melissa Diegel:

Kayla and Hannah Diegel

Petition:

What about medical abuse used against parents in court?
In the most up to date DSM-5 diagnostic manual published by the American Psychiatric Association in 2013, the disorder medical abuse does not exist. In reality if there was evidence of true abuse criminal charges would be pressed against the parents, but this is not the happening, because their is no evidence.

In cases of "Medical Abuse" the state hires specialized Psychiatrists and Psychologists to get involved. They label the parent with a code such as what is listed under 301.51 Factitious Disorder (formerly Munchausen syndrome by proxy.) There are no chemical tests or biopsies preformed, it is strictly an opinion. Amazingly, this same, paid psychiatric biased specialist, (who makes a living off of professionally doing this,) actually gets paid by the state. They can get paid multiple times through out the case as a witness, a therapist, an evaluator and more.

The state of Arizona is known for hiring an out of state specialist to come in and professionally testify against the parents. Legally by statute they are only allowed to work in the state 20 days per year. Brenda Bursch PHD, is a perfect example of somebody who benefits from this type of "set up." She has been known to be used professionally in the state of Arizona on many cases, she is brought in from UCLA, all expenses paid.

The thought occurred to me that if upon watching this video we feel disgusted and distraught, this might just give us some beginning insight as to what it might feel like to be starved like Kayla and Hannah have. Or to be separated from your loving family and be tortured and drugged.

Just watching the first 15 minutes gives you enough information on why we are fighting so hard to save Kayla and Hannah's lives. Along with other children in Arizona and eventually across the country.
This special segment is a prelude to tonight's Movie Night: Psychiatry An Industry of Death.

When you realize what is being done to parents in court and children in experiments for money, the outrage becomes a fervor.

Nothing pisses me off more than using children as pawns in the game of greed and separating loving parents from protecting their children from medical/legal monsters.

Stop the madness. Call Phoenix Children's Hospital today and complain.

Next time, it might be your child...

Vaccines: the Government, Media, Pharmaceutical Coverup

What if... many parents struggle with this question every time they look at their autistic child. What if... vaccines harmed my child? What if... vaccines caused my child's brain damage? In some cases: What if... vaccines killed my child?

Government and mainstream media have long held that there is no scientific study that links vaccines with any undesirable outcomes. What if... that was not true?

In this report by Ben Swann: Truth in Media: Vaccine Court and Autism, we find that legal jargon and media's suppression may be the government's propaganda machine employed into coercing parents to use vaccines without relating the facts of any negative consequences.

Shouldn't everyone be informed of the facts before implementation of a medical procedure? Obviously, this strategy is not one the government, mainstream media, or the pharmaceutical companies want. Then you have to ask yourself: what if? because no one in the know is going to tell you the truth.

Be active. Be informed. Look beyond what someone in the medical field, government, or pharmaceutical industry is going to tell you, because these people/entities are not subject to informing anyone of anything. And they are not held to the legal standards of liability.

Isn't time this conduct changed? What if... it was your child?

Kidnapping by Hospital, Family Ripped Apart for Almost 1 Year

What action is too far? When do hospitals have more rights than parents? Should hospital executives be arrested and sent to jail for gross misconduct and kidnapping?

Meet Justina Pelletier, she is a vivacious, loving 15 year old girl, now being imprisoned by Boston Hospital. Her crime? The hospital staff didn't agree with her doctors' diagnosis of a mitochondrial disorder and instead are treating her for a mental illness that she does not have.

Why does she not have a mental disorder that creates her symptoms instead of the original diagnosis? Well for one thing, Justina has been in the hospital for 10 months without resolution of her medical issues. If she were cured because of her parents or a mental illness, then she would have been released by now and a case against her parents would be apparent.

But there is NO case. Her parents were following the medical advice of her specialist: Mark Korson, M.D. of Tufts Medical Center.
Mark Korson graduated from the University of Toronto medical school and completed his pediatric residency nearby at The Hospital for Sick Children. He came to Boston to do a fellowship in genetics and metabolism at Children's Hospital. Following that, he directed the Metabolism Clinic at Children's until 2000, transferring then to Tufts Medical Center's Floating Hospital for Children. He is currently the Director of the Metabolism Service and an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Tufts University School of Medicine.
So it's not like the Pelletier's were just making up Justina's diagnosis, her parents were following the advice of a prominent specialist in this field.

Yet, that fact is not enough, nor is Justina's medical history. Facts seem to fuel the illegal stance of the hospital, not put it out.

Why not?
A report, written in April 2013 by one of the hospital's staff states how doctors took Justina off many of the medications she was taking at the time she was admitted.

'Due to concerns regarding Justina’s regressive behavior changes around her family, the multiple medical procedures and care episodes she has been through … and both parents’ resistance towards recommended treatment plans for Justina … a child protection team was convened,' it read.
So if you are not neglecting your daughter's medical treatment, then your parental rights are taken away in four days because some other doctor who does not know anything about a case, now takes control over your child's treatment?

The hospital has taken her off her necessary medications and is treating her for mental illness.
'It's the most bizarre situation I've ever been involved with,' said Dean Hokanson, Justina's clinical psychologist.

'They were actually being accused of being too active in pursuing healthcare matters for their child,' said Hokanson who has been involved with the Pelletier family for five years.
Again, the parents are taking all the necessary steps to safeguard their child's physical and mental health and still are treated like criminals. All the while, Boston Hospital has re-diagnosed her, kept her as a prisoner, taken her off the medication she needs, and now treats her as a mental patient?

Who has the Munchhausen syndrome? Control issues? Is too involved with Justina's treatment? Boston Hospital.

Sounds like hospital staff need to be arrested. A hearing on the matter is set for December 5, 2013. Will a judge finally have the courage to set this teenager free?

If the hospital has not cured Justina, then those involved need to do jail time. 10 months away from family (except once a week with two 20 minute phone calls, all supervised), friends, school, and her activities, yes, someone needs to go to jail.

This article has not even begun to discuss the millions of dollars the parents probably now owe Boston Hospital for 24 hour care, 10 months of security and maintenance fees, doctor's bills, treatment fees, pharmaceutical costs... need more be said?

After kidnapping their child without any real investigation into her medical issues, the Pelletier family will be bankrupted by the system that stole their daughter without cause.

Unbelievable.
