Because people want other people to take responsibility instead of taking that responsibility themselves. The levels of drugs in Mr. Floyd's system gives reasonable doubt for the officers to be acquitted under the premise of excited delirium. So stating that Mr. Floyd was the victim of his own choices seems appropriate. Yet we have cult members making an educated opinion a reason to incite rebellion. This lynch mob mentality that has manifested in the black community as a means of retaliation is beginning to backfire. What will happen if the black community does not get ahold of this attitude and denounce the riots is that the public will start turning their backs on any type of protests, riots, or rage no matter the justification. That is why when someone cries: we've been protesting for twenty years! That they don't realize they did that to themselves. There is a certain breaking point when the public just has had enough, and they won't listen to whining any longer. It's time to call out the black leadership to their faces who have failed the community for decades. Or trends in violence will continue into the future. People want to see others work within the system for change. Holding signs and fists in the air are not proactive change agents; it's just to satisfy groups and it's not a real redress of grievances. Misguided individuals do not know the difference. The angst is real but the frustration is blamed on the system these rioters have never fully engaged so they are left feeling disenfranchised. When all they had to do is educate themselves and act like respectable adults. Change takes time and patience. No one ever said it would be easy.

The Freeing of Slaves is Already a Paid National Holiday

Politicians are clamoring for your votes. It is an election year and it is time to make racism a focal point. So Juneteenth has come to the forefront of that racism discussion and a national holiday is being promoted.

What the politicians will not tell you... is that the freeing of slaves is already a paid federal holiday. 

On September 22, 1862, President Abraham Lincoln issued the preliminary Emancipation Proclamation, which declared that as of January 1, 1863, all enslaved people in the states currently engaged in rebellion against the Union “shall be then, thenceforward, and forever free.”

Juneteenth is a product of the Emancipation Proclamation and therefore is a secondary celebration, not the main one. Cities and states who wish to celebrate it can. That is why we have freedom in the United States.

But there are media outlets that cast doubt on Lincoln's merits like Time:

There is a common misconception among Americans that Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves with a stroke of his pen. Yet the Emancipation Proclamation, which went into effect on Jan. 1, 1863, did no such thing — or, at least, it didn't do a very good job of it. Two and a half years later, on June 19, 1865, Union soldiers sailed into Galveston, Texas, announced the end of the Civil War, and read aloud a general order freeing the quarter-million slaves residing in the state. It's likely that none of them had any idea that they had actually been freed more than two years before. It was truly a day of mass emancipation. It has become known as Juneteenth.

Media forgets that without the Emancipation Proclamation to begin with there would have been no legal authority to free slaves anywhere in the United States including Galveston, Texas on June 19, 1865.

So yes, Lincoln made that possible. The proclamation created that legal road map. It is propaganda like Time's website that creates the misperception of American history and legal documents.

As the proclamation was made enforcable as of January 1, that is a national, federally paid, holiday being that the day is New Years.

Why are we being blackmailed into a new national holiday again?

To show black people politicians care when they do not care to clean up Detroit, Chicago or anywhere else black homicides are at record highs due to bad education, nonexistent employment, and societal neglect.

You like to point your finger and lay the blame on someone else. That is all you do. So stop using the race bait or the police brutality card. You are responsible for Mr. Floyd's death and you are going to have to come to grips with this reality.

How police conduct themselves is a direct representation of the communities they serve. Are the police in your area assholes? Well, are you? Are the police using more and more aggressive tactics against you? Well, are you becoming more and more of a behavior problem?

The way police handle situations are by the laws that are passed and the policies of the police department. Do you know them? Have you went through the laws that govern your state to see if specific prone positions that cause death have been outlawed? How about your police department's policies on such restraints?

Or, are you going to protest and protest, then demonstrate, and then riot because instead of changing the climate of how police can manage people who have been arrested, you do not do anything but act up, act out, and act like a child? 

Protesting for twenty years? Oppressed for 200... 400 years? Have you really been around that long... 

You complain no one hears your voice but you refuse to speak the language of the law.

The United States of America is a Constitutional Republic. Learn the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Read the Declaration of Independence. So when you speak, you do not need a translator. You speak the language of the nation. Then you can change the way the nation speaks.

Change comes when you choose to change. Change is within, not without. You cannot change the outside until you change the inside.

It's time to put away childish things... like signs and posters. It is time to get educated, gain experience, and become the change you have been looking for. No one else can do it but you. Become a lawyer. Become a doctor. Become a lawmaker. Just, become something other than a useless, cry baby Social Justice Warrior.

The Rule of Law is our justice. It is the language of the People. It is our culture.

Social Justice is for children who cannot cope with the realities of life.

So the next time you see an injustice, then change it through your education and experience. America does not need another person so selfish and apathetic to jump ahead in line with a sign believing change comes with a fist in the air. That particular change is nothing but servitude of the people to ruthless dictators. The People are never served by those individuals who only serve themselves.

Change comes with a price more dear: your actual participation in the system of life as an adult responsible for your actions, and your inactions. George Floyd is dead because of your inactions. Your inability to take responsibility as a member of our Constitutional Republic.

When you do point a finger at someone to blame the next time an injustice happens, remember to point that digit straight at yourself.

Conservative Whine: The Original Social Justice Warriors

In the age of your rights end where my feelings begin Social Justice crapola, we get another example of the hypocrisy from the patriarchy. The message is clear that freedom is when conservatives do not have to take responsibility for living in a Republic but demand all of the protections created by it.

The Religious Right is the birth parents of Social Justice tantrums and look what it has gotten us. Women are sacrificed on the alter of whaaa! Conservatives defund birth control and abortions citing religious exemptions and morality.

Except birth control reduces the number of abortions, so what is immoral, unethical, or impractical about making sure birth control is available to all young women? The problem is not having control of women. Control of anyone is slavery. Isn't the Religious Right against that too? 

In an article on LiveScience called Free Birth Control Cuts Abortion Rate by 62 Percent, anyone can see that proper medical care counters the number of unintended pregnancies.

Among women in the free contraceptive program, the teen birth rate was 6.3 per 1,000 women, a huge difference from the national teen birth rate of 34.3 per 1,000 women.

Likewise, the abortion rate among women in the program was 4.4 to 7.5 per 1,000 between 2008 and 2010. Nationally, there are 19.6 abortions per every thousand women, a 62 percent to 78 percent difference. In the St. Louis area, the overall abortion rate in that time frame was between 13.4 and 17 abortions per 1,000 women.

So shouldn't that study be lauded by conservatives of the Religious Right to protect women's' health initiatives? That would be a resounding: no. One quote garnered from a conservative, alt right radio host is: "I don't want to have to pay for it!"

But in reality, no legislation has ever had to be passed to force employers or insurance companies to cover erectile dysfunction treatments, most types of male reproductive prescriptions are covered by insurance. In 52% of the human population that is female, why are women paying for that cost when women's protection from unwanted pregnancies are refuted, if conservatives want to be petty about it?

Conservative men have no problem having sex with women and creating babies. Yet, these same men who help create the problem of abortion refuse women the opportunity of not having one.

Problem Reaction Solution.

Sounds like conservative men do not understand that women are not pleasure bots. We are feeling human beings who want to find a balance between family and self-fulfillment. Without birth control or abortions, especially for the life of the mother, genetic abnormalities, or worse, women become nothing but sexual toys burdened by antiquated theology. 

In the light of fairness, freedom, and equity, the conservative argument against preserving women's reproductive health services including birth control loses all credibility. 

To take the reality further, many neglected and abused children live as prisoners in foster care.

Over 400,000 American children are in foster care, taken away when their families are in crisis and can’t take care of them.

How many of these children were unintended pregnancies?  We have to wonder. We are also left to wonder where all the conservatives are to adopt these children? 

These children and their families are directly effected by the "let someone else care" philosophy of the Religious Right. The Right has no problem dictating economic, political, and religious policies to the rest of America. The question remains: can America afford to keep entertaining these religious tantrums? Anyone with a moral or ethical conscience would be remiss to do so.  

Still the cry for religion to be exalted in society is prevalent as preachers interfere with politics, push their religion in public schools, and never pay a dime in  property taxes. 

On the website called Christianity an interesting point was made:

I find it fascinating that certain groups on the Right want pastors to "speak up." What they mean by this, of course, is to more overtly endorse their preferred candidates and/or moral issues. But what they don't understand is that pastors are speaking up, it's just that what pastors are speaking up about may not be the taking points of the current season.And, the Bible cuts against both parties, against all political persuasions....So some would say the Bible is very conservative. And yet that would be incomplete, because you will also find in Scripture many texts on justice, the plight of the poor, treatment of the immigrant. And who Jesus' chief antagonists were in the gospels? The Pharisees, the Religious Right of their day.  

Should pastors speak about in the pulpit about contemporary issues? Yes, but only when the texts of Scripture clearly articulate it. They shouldn't bow to any party's talking points. They shouldn't slant their sermons to fit a political profile. They shouldn't become wannabee pundits in the pulpit. They should preach the Word and let it do it's work in the hearts of the people, who will then go influence their communities. 

And, the argument from the Founding Fathers of the United States would say: No. Religion should not be apart of our political or justice systems. The simple fact of swearing on the Bible is hypocrisy. 

 

In the article, 10 Founding Fathers Quotes That Will Make Conservatives’ Heads Explode, we can read of list of statements made by Alexander Hamilton, Thomas Jefferson, and others that contradict the political, social, and religious edicts demanded by the Religious Right in our country. Statements such as

“The power of all corporations ought to be limited, […] the growing wealth acquired by them never fails to be a source of abuses.”
— James Madison

Corporations were never intended to become megaconglomerates or transnationals. The fact that corporations bribe our politicians and write their own laws supports Madison's assertion. America needs to break up monopolies as well as make corporations less influential.

Another concern: a conservative radio show host has also expressed his intolerance for worker's protections under the law.

Conservatives under the banner of Globalism have murdered millions of people and destroyed the environment for the sake of controlling other people's natural resources.

Religion was not the foundation of the American Dream. The subtraction of religion was the impetus. Freedom and rights cannot be weighed in the fantasy of a god.

Just ask women.

A certain level of taxation is necessary for the sake of our society, yet taxes are cut for the wealthiest time and time again with the promise of jobs and prosperity that never come. 

Conservatives cry: taxation is theft, but when everyone else not making a living wage is forced onto social services because the taxes for that segment of society are too high and the good paying jobs were outsourced to the Third World to make Share Holders rich, conservatives scream: "laziness!," "you waste your money on junk food!," and, of course: that women are sluts for having children or feminists for divorcing their abusive husbands.

Conservatism has been a bane to freedom and rights since the beginning of history. Our forefathers wrote of such concerns and repudiated religious exercise in politics. Today, conservative radio shows, celebrities, and writers want to rewrite history and revert back to a stifling theocracy for anyone who is not white, male, and Christian.

Those days are over. The patriarchy needs to understand that the rest of us live here too. Time to grow up, stop flailing your tantrums on television and radio, and finally realize that you cherry pick ideals to stand behind all the while negating your duties to this Republic.

There are many reasons for Americans to be angry at the political and economic elites and establishment.

Where would you like to begin?

The Kelo Decision. Mass Spying. Out of Balance Checks and Balances. Executive Orders. Agenda 21. Common Core. Multiculturalism. The Affordable Care Act. Economics. The Federal Reserve. Wall Street.

In the past few decades, at an increasing rate, politicos and mainstream media have been feeding Americans what they want them to know and feel. Yet these same people are surprised when Americans revolt against this manipulative conditioning. Americans want to forge their own path, not live someone else’s version of it.

Isn’t that what this nation was built upon? Rugged Individualism?

However, that is what the elites and establishment have tried to admonish Americans about the love of their country and way of life. So much so that the elite and establishment have gone to great lengths to program young Americans through the educational system against Truth, Justice, and the American Way, see the U.N.’s Common Core. Instead of giving the next generations hope and change, the elites and establishment have given them a Post Industrial America with service jobs that do not pay a living wage and higher education that in debts them for the rest of their lives.

It is a lose-lose situation.

Well, not if you are the Global elite and establishment. When you make education too expensive and the alternative unlivable, then you push the younger populations into military service. The military recruits are used and abused until reenlistment is unlikely due to medical or mental infirmary and then the Globalists leave them homeless or dying in our streets.

So if you go into service jobs, you can never afford owning your own home. If you take out loans to afford college, you will never afford to own your own home. If you go into the military, you become a wo/man without a home or country. This policy is acceptable herding of the human populations all over the world so the Global elite always have a new batch of young people to kill off and keep the wars going to fuel more and more military spending. 

The elite and establishment do not care about the human factor in their bid to take over every part of American life and in reality, the globe. To the elite humans can only be of use as cannon fodder or life long renters in a global corporate owned town.

These facts further display themtselves in the global markets and economies to bring all countries in line with globalist austerity policy. None for the masses, all for the elite and establishment. It is not hard to see how first world countries have been inflated and deflated.

Look at how America fares. The Federal Reserve has devalued the dollar so there is no economic buying power. Wall Street has devalued retirement funds so retirees have to continue to work. Corporations are doing everything they can to automate so that workers are unnecessary. Trade deals shove Americans out of competition and small businesses, industry. Monopolies are set up to funnel all the money up and not spread it around. Soon even Americans will be taxed out of their cars. The Affordable Care Act has already priced them out of health insurance with this exorbitant tax scheme.

Humans are being herded into unwinnable situations and under the boot of the elite and establishment. Control. Control. Control.

How would you like Americans to react? Keep voting in the same old same old? Americans have been revolting for over a decade now. What did you expect to happen media? Politicos?

Americans want their rights and freedoms restored. Politicos and media have done nothing to reject the Globalist regime. Politicos and media have not done their jobs to root out totalitarianism but to encourage and support it. That’s a problem.

The political and economic elites and establishment have ignored and demonized Americans year after year when Americans have voiced their concerns about the direction of their country. Americans voted in change from the disappointing Bush years, only to receive eight more horrible military industrial complex overreaching and overbearing Obama spending years that has created the chaos we see in the world today.

The elites and establishment did not listen because they were too busy filling their pockets with campaign contributions from their friends who then receive no bid contracts while telling Americans overspending on defense was for National Security. So America has this mass spying, guilty before proven innocent, fusion center, military apparatus sucking the life out of America.

Just like the PNAC document dictated. Still the establishment did as its white papers outlined with wars, regime change, and nation building all the while using our taxpayer funded military to protect poppy fields that finance radical cults, then using these cults as proxy armies in Syria, and bringing the U.S. to the brink of another war, this time with Russia.

The elite and establishment have also given us: the Patriot Act, which goes against our freedoms, U.N. free speech zones, which is against our Bill of Rights, and instituted U.N. policies and agendas across America at the local level that has overtaxed and overburdened Americans, their economies, and their politics.

The U.N.’s Agenda 21 has taken over property regulations and policies in cities and towns through taxpayer funded Sustainability Offices and short sided city councils. The Supreme Court has aided the stealing of American’s property with their Kelo Decision, where cities and towns decimated by economic downturns, have gone into infilling as well as utilizing eminent domain to seize Americans’ property to sell to large corporate campaign donors, politically called: redevelopment.

And don’t forget the pay to play of Public-Private Partnerships too!

Rural committees and voters are tired of being bullied and pushed out of their areas by the global government. In Scottsdale, we have the city turning off the only water source to rural homesteaders for the U.N.’s Agenda 21 for Strong City Initiatives, America 2030, and other complete and utter globalist nonsense disasters, referred to as climate change policies.

Americans are witnessing that they are being pushed off their land and it has come to pushing back against the corrupt system. The standoff in Nevada at the Bundy Ranch is one. The standoff in Oregon, which the ringleaders were acquitted, is another. One man, LaVoy Finicum, was ambushed and murdered by F.B.I. agents. The land in question is being sold to China and other foreign nations through politicians, see Bundy Ranch and the Bureau of Land Management’s selling of Nevada public lands, by regulating people off their lands.

Why aren’t politicians and city leaders being arrested by the Justice department?

Because the federal government is so corrupt and lawless that there is no such thing as the Justice department, unless you reorganize the letters to say: Just Us. Americans are not welcome in that scenario either.

So rural America is angry at the federal government and local municipalities for going against American interests, laws, and tradition in lieu of greasing palms and creating dead zones where Americans are no longer welcome in their own country.

That is a huge problem being glossed over by the media, politicos who bottom feed at the feet of the elite and establishment.

The elite and establishment are too into believing their own press to realize that their schemes and policies do not work on a wide scale. These regulations only work for them. The rest of us spend our time picking up the pieces of a collapsing world.

France is a great example of elite and establishment policies of Open Borders, refugee showdowns called multiculturalism. Multiculturalism is a failure.

It is not about White Power! Most white people do not sit around wanting to dominate other people or shut them out or belittle them. That thought pattern of White Power! is divisive and illogical and immature. White people are too busy working two and three dead end jobs because of Globalist economic policies to worry about anything else.

The White Power! excuse is used when the media and their politico friends cannot fathom why Americans refuse to fall in line to destroy their own country with Multiculturalism or any of the aforementioned elite or establishment idiocy covered herein. It means you do not have an argument but to call people names as was seen repeatedly last night during election coverage.

White people want what all people want: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Multiculturalism seeks to disrupt the cultural, social, and political balance of a country and plug in other people to suit an agenda. Multiculturalism is not about a melting pot but to stir the pot.

We have a large percentage of Hispanics in this country who believe that America stole their lands from them without regard to historical fact or two treaties. We have political and social organizations on college campuses and in communities encouraging these lies in order to create division and a non-English speaking voting block. These foreign national entities support illegal immigrants to hide in our country.

Illegal immigration costs Americans economic integrity, especially when illegal aliens wire funds to foreign nations instead of buying commodities stateside, and have children they cannot afford so our social services are overburdened in addition to having to maintain bilingual education because their children are not taught English at home, as well as costing rural communities their only hospitals in financial foreclosures near the border because of illegal influxes.

The Open Borders policy has given America an out of control illegal immigration problem that costs Americans around $2 Billion a year.

Do elites pay their fair share of the bill they created for us? Hell no. Elites and the establishment love to tinker but not take responsibility.

Elites are huge social engineers in this way. Social Justice Warriors are being funded by elites to disrupt political rallies, attack attendees, and terrorize people who do not agree with elite or establishment ideology. Political seats and proposition initiatives are propped up with out of state money from these elites. Americans do not want out of state or elite money coming in and telling us what to do and how to vote.

Our state. Our decision. Learn it.

Americans are also tired of being called racists, bigots, liars, thieves, and terrorists when they do not agree with elite’s decisions for the unacceptable direction of our country.

What you have seen on Election Day, November 8, 2016 is the implementation of the Declaration of Independence. Americans have thrown off the shackles of corporatism and globalism that has masqueraded as their government for over four decades. Our basic right is to have the government of our choosing.

This election was a referendum.

Americans have spoken as many people across the globe are doing to stop the endless wars, corporate and government lawlessness, and influx of huge numbers of political pawns called refugees to force social change in nations that do not want to bend to the elite and establishment’s will.

It is called Problem, Reaction, Solution. The elite and establishment create a problem, the People react: what are we to do?, and then the same people who created the issue give you their one and only solution or the sky will fall. Sound familiar?

If you do not agree, you are attacked by media, politicos, social justice warriors, and so-called “experts” that the problem is White Power! Racist. Bigots.

See how the elite and establishment feed on their own problems to create bigger problems? Because to the elites, you push the human herd until the camel’s back breaks and global governance is the only solutions for the corruption, wars, and terrorism to stop.

Or… the People can just say: enough!

Americans are tired of the circular reasoning of Globalism. Most people would call Globalism insanity, but Globalism is a symptom of the overall problem called elite egocentric governance. When you really get down to the brass tacks of the situation, the global elite and establishment are after money, power, and celebrity through destruction, disorder, and duplicity.

If it looks like treason, smells like treason, and sounds like treason… then that duck quacking down the isle of power is probably: treason.

The presidential upset of the status quo global elite and establishment party on election night U.S.A. is about politicos and media as well as globalism. The Fourth Estate is up for sale and the plantation was sold off to the highest bidder.

Journalists where is your integrity? Sold off. Sold out. Sellouts. The referendum last night was also on you.

Our country. Our decision. Learn it.

It is time to rebuild from the clutches of the destruction of NeoCon, NeoLiberal, Globalist, elitist, establishment policies that have shadowed the world in darkness.

Let’s finally wake up to the light of the People’s own personal power and bring peace to our planet once and for all.

This morning was a sprinkle filled windfest. 

Even though the winds in the Phoenix area exceeded 30mph in some areas with gusts, the sky remained a silvery gray near the horizon. In the past with gusty wind storms, the air turns a yellowish brown color with the culmination of dust particles in the air.

Current Conditions: 

Windy 25mph with Gusts 33mph+

Milky white in the distance.

Forecast: Very windy. Calmer conditions after sun down and into tomorrow. Sunny conditions return for the next few days. Particulates in the moderate range thanks to the wind but geoengineering spraying appears to be abated until, perhaps, later this week.

Persons, children and elderly or having immune dysfunction, should stay out of the wind and indoors with filtered air for dust, pollens, and molds.

Dear Sir,

We, the American People, thank you for your humble words and service to this great nation. 

Unfortunately, 150 years later we are again embroiled in a civil war. A war of thought, speech, action, and consequence. Our government no longer serves the interests of its people. It serves elites, corporations, banks, and the unilluminated.

The honored dead we sanctify now are liberty, our Constitution and Bill of Rights everything the Civil War fought to uphold. Our own government invades sovereign nations, taxes hard earned wages, spies on our every word, written or uttered, treats everyone as guilty before proven innocent, protects the wealthy from judgment, passes laws that imprison without due process, allows torture and secret charges, and causes Americans to despise the very institutions that are supposed to protect them from such imperialism.

Mr. Lincoln, our Civil War is about the corruption of ideas and words. Anyone who disagrees with the establishment is hounded and arrested. Anyone who is independent of thought is either called names or told to "just die." Anyone who protests is sprayed with poisons and beaten. Anyone who informs the public of government illegalities is exiled into hostile foreign territory or imprisoned.

If you weren't already passed into the next realm, I would be embarrassed to write such provocative and truthful invocations.

This Nation was built on ideas. Ideas that have lasted well into the 21st Century, but with great effort. We have technocratic elitists who believe the human race is unworthy of the Earth, yet these madmen have created the pollution and destruction and disillusionment blamed on the common person. 

Still your words, even these many years later, have resolve. As long as the American people believe and dedicate themselves to that belief, we can heal the wounds of strife.

I only hope that we re-conceive the notion of liberty to integrate all once again under a banner of red, white, and blue. So every man, woman, and child are born knowing that they have the inherent rights bestowed onto them by a greater force than any government. 

For in this knowledge, no matter the law or prison, we are still free. Freedom is why so many have perished for and against one another across the globe. Freedom is our only savior, our only dedicated belief, our only battle cry that no one can take away.
