Presidential Proclamation on the Suspension of Entry of Immigrants Who Will Financially Burden the United States Healthcare System

Healthcare providers and taxpayers bear substantial costs in paying for medical expenses incurred by people who lack health insurance or the ability to pay for their healthcare. Hospitals and other providers often administer care to the uninsured without any hope of receiving reimbursement from them. The costs associated with this care are passed on to the American people in the form of higher taxes, higher premiums, and higher fees for medical services. In total, uncompensated care costs — the overall measure of unreimbursed services that hospitals give their patients — have exceeded $35 billion in each of the last 10 years. These costs amount to approximately $7 million on average for each hospital in the United States, and can drive hospitals into insolvency. Beyond uncompensated care costs, the uninsured strain Federal and State government budgets through their reliance on publicly funded programs, which ultimately are financed by taxpayers.

Beyond imposing higher costs on hospitals and other healthcare infrastructure, uninsured individuals often use emergency rooms to seek remedies for a variety of non-emergency conditions, causing overcrowding and delays for those who truly need emergency services. This non-emergency usage places a large burden on taxpayers, who reimburse hospitals for a portion of their uncompensated emergency care costs.

While our healthcare system grapples with the challenges caused by uncompensated care, the United States Government is making the problem worse by admitting thousands of aliens who have not demonstrated any ability to pay for their healthcare costs. Notably, data show that lawful immigrants are about three times more likely than United States citizens to lack health insurance. Immigrants who enter this country should not further saddle our healthcare system, and subsequently American taxpayers, with higher costs.

The United States has a long history of welcoming immigrants who come lawfully in search of brighter futures. We must continue that tradition while also addressing the challenges facing our healthcare system, including protecting both it and the American taxpayer from the burdens of uncompensated care. Continuing to allow entry into the United States of certain immigrants who lack health insurance or the demonstrated ability to pay for their healthcare would be detrimental to these interests.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DONALD J. TRUMP, by the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including sections 212(f) and 215(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(f) and 1185(a)) and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, hereby find that the unrestricted immigrant entry into the United States of persons described in section 1 of this proclamation would, except as provided for in section 2 of this proclamation, be detrimental to the interests of the United States, and that their entry should be subject to certain restrictions, limitations, and exceptions. I therefore hereby proclaim the following:

Section 1. Suspension and Limitation on Entry. (a) The entry into the United States as immigrants of aliens who will financially burden the United States healthcare system is hereby suspended and limited subject to section 2 of this proclamation. An alien will financially burden the United States healthcare system unless the alien will be covered by approved health insurance, as defined in subsection (b) of this section, within 30 days of the alien’s entry into the United States, or unless the alien possesses the financial resources to pay for reasonably foreseeable medical costs.

(b) Approved health insurance means coverage under any of the following plans or programs:

(i) an employer-sponsored plan, including a retiree plan, association health plan, and coverage provided by the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985;

(ii) an unsubsidized health plan offered in the individual market within a State;

(iii) a short-term limited duration health policy effective for a minimum of 364 days — or until the beginning of planned, extended travel outside the United States;

(iv) a catastrophic plan;

(v) a family member’s plan;

(vi) a medical plan under chapter 55 of title 10, United States Code, including coverage under the TRICARE program;

(vii) a visitor health insurance plan that provides adequate coverage for medical care for a minimum of 364 days — or until the beginning of planned, extended travel outside the United States;

(viii) a medical plan under the Medicare program; or

(ix) any other health plan that provides adequate coverage for medical care as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services or his designee.

(c) For persons over the age of 18, approved health insurance does not include coverage under the Medicaid program.

Sec. 2. Scope of Suspension and Limitation on Entry. (a) Section 1 of this proclamation shall apply only to aliens seeking to enter the United States pursuant to an immigrant visa.

(b) Section 1 of this proclamation shall not apply to:

(i) any alien holding a valid immigrant visa issued before the effective date of this proclamation;

(ii) any alien seeking to enter the United States pursuant to a Special Immigrant Visa, in either the SI or SQ classification, who is also a national of Afghanistan or Iraq, or his or her spouse and children, if any;

(iii) any alien who is the child of a United States citizen or who is seeking to enter the United States pursuant to an IR-2, IR-3, IR-4, IH-3, or IH-4 visa;

(iv) any alien seeking to enter the United States pursuant to an IR-5 visa, provided that the alien or the alien’s sponsor demonstrates to the satisfaction of the consular officer that the alien’s healthcare will not impose a substantial burden on the United States healthcare system;

(v) any alien seeking to enter the United States pursuant to a SB-1 visa;

(vi) any alien under the age of 18, except for any alien accompanying a parent who is also immigrating to the United States and subject to this proclamation;

(vii) any alien whose entry would further important United States law enforcement objectives, as determined by the Secretary of State or his designee based on a recommendation of the Attorney General or his designee; or

(viii) any alien whose entry would be in the national interest, as determined by the Secretary of State or his designee on a case-by-case basis.

(c) Consistent with subsection (a) of this section, this proclamation does not affect the entry of aliens entering the United States through means other than immigrant visas, including lawful permanent residents. Further, nothing in this proclamation shall be construed to affect any individual’s eligibility for asylum, refugee status, withholding of removal, or protection under the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, consistent with the laws and regulations of the United States.

Sec. 3. Implementation and Enforcement. (a) An alien subject to this proclamation must establish that he or she meets its requirements, to the satisfaction of a consular officer, before the adjudication and issuance of an immigrant visa. The Secretary of State may establish standards and procedures governing such determinations.

(b) The review required by subsection (a) of this section is separate and independent from the review and determination required by other statutes, regulations, or proclamations in determining the admissibility of an alien.

(c) An alien who circumvents the application of this proclamation through fraud, willful misrepresentation of a material fact, or illegal entry shall be a priority for removal by the Department of Homeland Security.

Sec. 4. Reports on the Financial Burdens Imposed by Immigrants on the Healthcare System. (a) The Secretary of State, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the heads of other appropriate agencies, shall submit to the President a report regarding:

(i) the continued necessity of and any adjustments that may be warranted to the suspension and limitation on entry in section 1 of this proclamation; and

(ii) other measures that may be warranted to protect the integrity of the United States healthcare system.

(b) The report required by subsection (a) of this section shall be submitted within 180 days of the effective date of this proclamation, with subsequent reports submitted annually thereafter throughout the effective duration of the suspension and limitation on entry set forth in section 1 of this proclamation. If the Secretary of State, in consultation with the heads of other appropriate executive departments and agencies, determines that circumstances no longer warrant the continued effectiveness of the suspension or limitation on entry set forth in section 1 of this proclamation or that circumstances warrant additional measures, the Secretary shall immediately so advise the President.

(c) The Secretary of State and Secretary of Health and Human Services shall coordinate any policy recommendations associated with the reports described in subsection (a) of this section.

Sec. 5. Severability. It is the policy of the United States to enforce this proclamation to the maximum extent possible to advance the interests of the United States. Accordingly:

(a) if any provision of this proclamation, or the application of any provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be invalid, the remainder of the proclamation and the application of its other provisions to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby; and

(b) if any provision of this proclamation, or the application of any provision to any person or circumstance, is held to be invalid because of the failure to follow certain procedures, the relevant executive branch officials shall implement those procedural requirements to conform with existing law and with any applicable court orders.

Sec. 6. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this proclamation shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:

(i) United States Government obligations under applicable international agreements;

(ii) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or

(iii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.

(b) This proclamation shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.

(c) This proclamation is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.

Sec. 7. Effective Date. This proclamation is effective at 12:01 a.m. eastern daylight time on November 3, 2019.

21st Century is the Age of Intellectual Dishonesty

People want to hear the lie. The lie that makes their existence validated and meaningful. Lies have gone from the social nicety to save someone from embarrassment to the social, political, and psychological corruption of the entire world. 

This essay is not about religion. That is another lie we tell ourselves. If we are good, do good, and then we can go to heaven. If we don't have a god or dogmatic tomes, then humans cannot be moral, ethical people. That is a conservative group think misstatement.

Liberals are no better. Virtue signaling has taken the place of prayerful piety. If you do not support this or that, then you cannot be socially accepted. If you will not allow certain ideologies to become political dogma, then you are a bigot!

What we have not asked ourselves is: are we being intellectually honest? 

The 21st Century has turned into a mudslinging free-for-all. We have 12 years to live as a species because of Climate Change! The President is a Russian Agent and 17 Intelligence Agencies agree! The only way to save our culture is to put GOD back in the classroom! The Polar Ice Caps are going to melt and we'll never see snow again if we don't get rid of cars! Anyone who doesn't believe in GOD is an evil devil worshiper! Osama bin Laden masterminded 9/11.

The list of dishonest remarks is endless.  

Right, left. Liberal, conservative. Aren't all of you being intellectually dishonest? 

The fervor is so intense that if you state a researched opinion you are open for disparaging commentary about your moral fiber and personage. For example, people with MAGA hats are assaulted wherever they go based on a Mainstream Media narrative. The person is never asked what s/he believes. The apparel causes instantaneous violence on the excuse the person is a "Nazi," "White Nationalist," or "White Supremacist," even if that person wearing said item is black. 

The social constructs of our society that determine moral fiber and ethical behavior are being lost for the instant gratification of an emotional outburst. A crumb to feed someone's ego. A profit made by pundits and political parties.

In America, if you disagree, then disagree that is your right. It is not your right to physically harm another person. It is not your right to defame someone's character because you disagree with their point of view. It is not your right to "dox" someone and make them a target. 

These scenarios have played out in American society, but that is not our inherent cultural norms and mores. So where are people getting the idea that having a temper tantrum is a legitimate form of discourse and debate? 

In high school our class had a debate session for history, no one threw a chair, yelled expletives, or cried needing a hug. So where is this intellectual dishonesty stemming from? Common Core? Colleges and University curriculum? Protest groups? Political parties?  Media bias?

No, this aberrant behavior was going on before President Trump took office. We had protesters during the Obama Administration lighting cars on fire and jumping up and down on other vehicles. We had groups of people stop traffic on freeways.

Do we lay the blame squarely on our educational system? Or do we confront the ideology head on? 

The laws in our Constitutional Republic are based on the rights and responsibilities of the individual against that of mob rule (democracy). The good of the one outweighs the good of the many. So our laws are not skewed toward the more socialistic arenas of our society, but are not also abusive toward others in reciprocation.

In addition, those laws are based on two distinct factors: the spirit and the letter of that law. So we could have a very stern law, but the circumstance for which it was written (spirit) lessens its intensity. Thus the spirit and letter of the law creates a liberal/conservative composition. Our laws are right and left brained simultaneously.  These sides are equal in measure. Equal in weight. Equal in application. 

Our liberal media wants to bias all context of law and etiquette toward only the emotional responses. Talk radio wants to prejudice their audience to only facts and figures. Both sides are right and both sides are wrong. Just like when someone omits information, data points, social parameters will always be incorrect.

It's called: intellectual dishonesty. 

The scientific theory of make a statement, test that statement, and come to a conclusion based on the outcomes is a good way to determine if a piece is being intellectually honest. As readers, the audience, and as voters, Americans have to weigh the pros and cons of every detail presented to them. 

But we have gatekeepers in media, technology platforms who skew data, bias algorithms, and omit details in order to further an agenda. That is intellectual dishonesty. 

How can we root out intellectually dishonest gatekeepers? We put our belief systems to the test because if we do not have all the facts, figures, and spirit of the discussion then are we not being intellectually dishonest with ourselves? If we are dishonest by choice or circumstance, then how do we ever hope to have an honest conversation about anything?

A few criticisms that has come this editor's way... let's test them. 

VDPG doesn't believe a woman can become a NavySeaL

• Test: If you are a woman making this accusation: drop everything, enlist in the military, and become a candidate for the NavySeals. The qualifications have to be met as you would if you were a man. There cannot be any changing of the strength requirements, ability and skills sets, mental acuity, or any kind of watering down of the regulations. 
• Outcome: Did you pass as a woman in equal mental and physical measure to your male counterpart? Yes or No?

VDPG is transphobic.

• Test: Has the VDPG ever stopped a Transgender person from being Transgender? 
• Outcome: No. 
• Test: Has the VDPG stopped a man wearing woman's clothing? 
• Outcome: No. Actually the VDPG has written about clothing history. Men used to wear the pumps, stockings, dresses, and attire women have come to emulate these many past centuries. If anyone knows about clothing history, then men wearing makeup and sequins is nothing new. It's really old. There is no news story here. 
• Test: Has the VDPG ever stopped a woman from wearing mens clothing? 
• Outcome. I am wearing mens clothing right now. 
• Test: Has the VDPG contested men in women's bathrooms with woman and underaged girls? 
• Outcome: Yes. A resounding YES! Men in skirts or suits have no business in the bathrooms or shower rooms of women and girls. We have sexually tailored bathrooms in our culture designed for the penis and the vagina. Since the males of the species are the sexual aggressors of the females it is not prudent or wise to invade the sexual privacy or security of the other. It is not warranted. That makes this issue a rape and molestation issue and about respecting women. 
• Test:  Does VDPG contest biological males competing against biological females in sports? 
• Outcome: Yes! Biological males are superior in size, speed, and strength to biological females. There would be no competition in sports, males would dominate over females that is why Title 9 exists to give equity and equality to women in all scholastic and sport arenas without fear or retribution.

VDPG is against immigration.

• Test: VDPG hates refugees. 
• Outcome: The editor's grandmother is a refugee from Belarus circa 1912-17. The Bolsheviks stole their family farm and ran them off their land and out of their home country for the cause of socialism and antisemitism. 
• Test: VDPG hates people of Spanish descent.
• Outcome: The editor is from Spanish descent as a descendant of Emperor Charlemagne through the Chisum and Gyrlyngton family lines.  
• Test: VDPG hates all forms of immigration.
• Outcome: Legal immigration that supports the American way of life is most welcome. Illegal immigration that brings in drug/human/sex trafficking is unwelcome.  

 VDPG is anti-vaccine.

• Test: Has the editor ever had a vaccine?
• Outcome: Yes. All necessary vaccines for a child born in 1972. 
• Test: Has the editor ever had a reaction to a vaccine? 
• Outcome: Yes. The editor had the DTap, Tetanus booster, around the age of 29 on the urging of her oral surgeon before getting her wisdom teeth extracted. Her small arm had a site reaction that ballooned up to the size of a half softball. She ran a fever for a week and had to be placed on an antibiotic. Recent testing reveals the DTap has glyphosate (Roundup) and the editor has been disabled with a collapsed immune system since 2007 (i.e., other factors and other vaccine reactions are also involved in the Editor's status at an Environmental Illness patient.)
• Test: Is the editor anti-vaccine?
• Outcome: The editor is against poisons and toxins in the medical supply. Vaccines have changed from ProImmunity to ProToxcity.  For over thirty years, vaccines have never been tested for efficacy or safety, so until the paradigm shifts back to safety all vaccines should be discontinued. 
• Test: Does the editor believe anti-vaxxers are the cause of the measles outbreaks? 
• Outcome. No. With the unmitigated flood of illegal immigration, the health, cleanliness, and nutrition of immigrants are not being tested or remedied before being set loose into our society, so unvaccinated children cannot be the cause of said outbreaks. They didn't have the disease to begin with so how could they spread it?

So are you intellectually honest? Put yourself to the test before accusing the Editor of the Villa de Paz Gazette of such atrocities. 

If you read every article and essay posited here on the Villa de Paz Gazette, readers will find that VDPG challenges the intellectual dishonesty in media, business, politics, culture, and entertainment. Americans have been emotionally blackmailed to believe over here, over there, up that way, and somewhere around the corner. VDPG breaks through the programming. 

There is a spirit and letter to the boundaries of our society. The individual in this Constitutional Republic is the minority. Yet with the rights of an individual, the individual also must uphold their responsibilities to the national discourse. Americans cannot spew emotions as facts, nor can we enumerate facts and figures as the sole means to resolve our differences. 

VDPG breaks convention and returns its readers back to a time where discourse was intellectually honest. 

Are you being intellectually honest? 

VDPG began by dispelling the lies of corrupt politicians, media, and developers. The Editor has never wavered. In the spirit of the old George Washington legend: VDPG cannot tell a lie.

There are many reasons for Americans to be angry at the political and economic elites and establishment.

Where would you like to begin?

The Kelo Decision. Mass Spying. Out of Balance Checks and Balances. Executive Orders. Agenda 21. Common Core. Multiculturalism. The Affordable Care Act. Economics. The Federal Reserve. Wall Street.

In the past few decades, at an increasing rate, politicos and mainstream media have been feeding Americans what they want them to know and feel. Yet these same people are surprised when Americans revolt against this manipulative conditioning. Americans want to forge their own path, not live someone else’s version of it.

Isn’t that what this nation was built upon? Rugged Individualism?

However, that is what the elites and establishment have tried to admonish Americans about the love of their country and way of life. So much so that the elite and establishment have gone to great lengths to program young Americans through the educational system against Truth, Justice, and the American Way, see the U.N.’s Common Core. Instead of giving the next generations hope and change, the elites and establishment have given them a Post Industrial America with service jobs that do not pay a living wage and higher education that in debts them for the rest of their lives.

It is a lose-lose situation.

Well, not if you are the Global elite and establishment. When you make education too expensive and the alternative unlivable, then you push the younger populations into military service. The military recruits are used and abused until reenlistment is unlikely due to medical or mental infirmary and then the Globalists leave them homeless or dying in our streets.

So if you go into service jobs, you can never afford owning your own home. If you take out loans to afford college, you will never afford to own your own home. If you go into the military, you become a wo/man without a home or country. This policy is acceptable herding of the human populations all over the world so the Global elite always have a new batch of young people to kill off and keep the wars going to fuel more and more military spending. 

The elite and establishment do not care about the human factor in their bid to take over every part of American life and in reality, the globe. To the elite humans can only be of use as cannon fodder or life long renters in a global corporate owned town.

These facts further display themtselves in the global markets and economies to bring all countries in line with globalist austerity policy. None for the masses, all for the elite and establishment. It is not hard to see how first world countries have been inflated and deflated.

Look at how America fares. The Federal Reserve has devalued the dollar so there is no economic buying power. Wall Street has devalued retirement funds so retirees have to continue to work. Corporations are doing everything they can to automate so that workers are unnecessary. Trade deals shove Americans out of competition and small businesses, industry. Monopolies are set up to funnel all the money up and not spread it around. Soon even Americans will be taxed out of their cars. The Affordable Care Act has already priced them out of health insurance with this exorbitant tax scheme.

Humans are being herded into unwinnable situations and under the boot of the elite and establishment. Control. Control. Control.

How would you like Americans to react? Keep voting in the same old same old? Americans have been revolting for over a decade now. What did you expect to happen media? Politicos?

Americans want their rights and freedoms restored. Politicos and media have done nothing to reject the Globalist regime. Politicos and media have not done their jobs to root out totalitarianism but to encourage and support it. That’s a problem.

The political and economic elites and establishment have ignored and demonized Americans year after year when Americans have voiced their concerns about the direction of their country. Americans voted in change from the disappointing Bush years, only to receive eight more horrible military industrial complex overreaching and overbearing Obama spending years that has created the chaos we see in the world today.

The elites and establishment did not listen because they were too busy filling their pockets with campaign contributions from their friends who then receive no bid contracts while telling Americans overspending on defense was for National Security. So America has this mass spying, guilty before proven innocent, fusion center, military apparatus sucking the life out of America.

Just like the PNAC document dictated. Still the establishment did as its white papers outlined with wars, regime change, and nation building all the while using our taxpayer funded military to protect poppy fields that finance radical cults, then using these cults as proxy armies in Syria, and bringing the U.S. to the brink of another war, this time with Russia.

The elite and establishment have also given us: the Patriot Act, which goes against our freedoms, U.N. free speech zones, which is against our Bill of Rights, and instituted U.N. policies and agendas across America at the local level that has overtaxed and overburdened Americans, their economies, and their politics.

The U.N.’s Agenda 21 has taken over property regulations and policies in cities and towns through taxpayer funded Sustainability Offices and short sided city councils. The Supreme Court has aided the stealing of American’s property with their Kelo Decision, where cities and towns decimated by economic downturns, have gone into infilling as well as utilizing eminent domain to seize Americans’ property to sell to large corporate campaign donors, politically called: redevelopment.

And don’t forget the pay to play of Public-Private Partnerships too!

Rural committees and voters are tired of being bullied and pushed out of their areas by the global government. In Scottsdale, we have the city turning off the only water source to rural homesteaders for the U.N.’s Agenda 21 for Strong City Initiatives, America 2030, and other complete and utter globalist nonsense disasters, referred to as climate change policies.

Americans are witnessing that they are being pushed off their land and it has come to pushing back against the corrupt system. The standoff in Nevada at the Bundy Ranch is one. The standoff in Oregon, which the ringleaders were acquitted, is another. One man, LaVoy Finicum, was ambushed and murdered by F.B.I. agents. The land in question is being sold to China and other foreign nations through politicians, see Bundy Ranch and the Bureau of Land Management’s selling of Nevada public lands, by regulating people off their lands.

Why aren’t politicians and city leaders being arrested by the Justice department?

Because the federal government is so corrupt and lawless that there is no such thing as the Justice department, unless you reorganize the letters to say: Just Us. Americans are not welcome in that scenario either.

So rural America is angry at the federal government and local municipalities for going against American interests, laws, and tradition in lieu of greasing palms and creating dead zones where Americans are no longer welcome in their own country.

That is a huge problem being glossed over by the media, politicos who bottom feed at the feet of the elite and establishment.

The elite and establishment are too into believing their own press to realize that their schemes and policies do not work on a wide scale. These regulations only work for them. The rest of us spend our time picking up the pieces of a collapsing world.

France is a great example of elite and establishment policies of Open Borders, refugee showdowns called multiculturalism. Multiculturalism is a failure.

It is not about White Power! Most white people do not sit around wanting to dominate other people or shut them out or belittle them. That thought pattern of White Power! is divisive and illogical and immature. White people are too busy working two and three dead end jobs because of Globalist economic policies to worry about anything else.

The White Power! excuse is used when the media and their politico friends cannot fathom why Americans refuse to fall in line to destroy their own country with Multiculturalism or any of the aforementioned elite or establishment idiocy covered herein. It means you do not have an argument but to call people names as was seen repeatedly last night during election coverage.

White people want what all people want: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Multiculturalism seeks to disrupt the cultural, social, and political balance of a country and plug in other people to suit an agenda. Multiculturalism is not about a melting pot but to stir the pot.

We have a large percentage of Hispanics in this country who believe that America stole their lands from them without regard to historical fact or two treaties. We have political and social organizations on college campuses and in communities encouraging these lies in order to create division and a non-English speaking voting block. These foreign national entities support illegal immigrants to hide in our country.

Illegal immigration costs Americans economic integrity, especially when illegal aliens wire funds to foreign nations instead of buying commodities stateside, and have children they cannot afford so our social services are overburdened in addition to having to maintain bilingual education because their children are not taught English at home, as well as costing rural communities their only hospitals in financial foreclosures near the border because of illegal influxes.

The Open Borders policy has given America an out of control illegal immigration problem that costs Americans around $2 Billion a year.

Do elites pay their fair share of the bill they created for us? Hell no. Elites and the establishment love to tinker but not take responsibility.

Elites are huge social engineers in this way. Social Justice Warriors are being funded by elites to disrupt political rallies, attack attendees, and terrorize people who do not agree with elite or establishment ideology. Political seats and proposition initiatives are propped up with out of state money from these elites. Americans do not want out of state or elite money coming in and telling us what to do and how to vote.

Our state. Our decision. Learn it.

Americans are also tired of being called racists, bigots, liars, thieves, and terrorists when they do not agree with elite’s decisions for the unacceptable direction of our country.

What you have seen on Election Day, November 8, 2016 is the implementation of the Declaration of Independence. Americans have thrown off the shackles of corporatism and globalism that has masqueraded as their government for over four decades. Our basic right is to have the government of our choosing.

This election was a referendum.

Americans have spoken as many people across the globe are doing to stop the endless wars, corporate and government lawlessness, and influx of huge numbers of political pawns called refugees to force social change in nations that do not want to bend to the elite and establishment’s will.

It is called Problem, Reaction, Solution. The elite and establishment create a problem, the People react: what are we to do?, and then the same people who created the issue give you their one and only solution or the sky will fall. Sound familiar?

If you do not agree, you are attacked by media, politicos, social justice warriors, and so-called “experts” that the problem is White Power! Racist. Bigots.

See how the elite and establishment feed on their own problems to create bigger problems? Because to the elites, you push the human herd until the camel’s back breaks and global governance is the only solutions for the corruption, wars, and terrorism to stop.

Or… the People can just say: enough!

Americans are tired of the circular reasoning of Globalism. Most people would call Globalism insanity, but Globalism is a symptom of the overall problem called elite egocentric governance. When you really get down to the brass tacks of the situation, the global elite and establishment are after money, power, and celebrity through destruction, disorder, and duplicity.

If it looks like treason, smells like treason, and sounds like treason… then that duck quacking down the isle of power is probably: treason.

The presidential upset of the status quo global elite and establishment party on election night U.S.A. is about politicos and media as well as globalism. The Fourth Estate is up for sale and the plantation was sold off to the highest bidder.

Journalists where is your integrity? Sold off. Sold out. Sellouts. The referendum last night was also on you.

Our country. Our decision. Learn it.

It is time to rebuild from the clutches of the destruction of NeoCon, NeoLiberal, Globalist, elitist, establishment policies that have shadowed the world in darkness.

Let’s finally wake up to the light of the People’s own personal power and bring peace to our planet once and for all.

If you are not for a better world, you are literally on the side of the terrorists. No pun intended.

The problem is there is no economic stability to accept such an influx in America. There is no full employment within the United States. Graduate and post doctoral students are looking for jobs. How can America welcome competition from outside the country to compete with our own well educated individuals? 

There are many questions to why Americans must be emotionally blackmailed into allowing illegal anyone into our country. Mexico and southward into South America are a host of Spanish speaking countries with the means and ability to take in these refugees. These countries all share a common language, religion, culture, as well as social mores and norms not found in vast quantities in America. 

Why, you may ask? America is a melting pot. An immigrant must adhere and accept the American way, culture, and language in order to have a positive experience in our country. In the last few decades, Americans have seen preferential treatment given to an outside culture over theirs. For instance, Americans have been forced to learn Spanish or not be hired for jobs, English has been relegated to the Press #2  on phone lines.

When an immigrant arrives in America with their government paperwork and new identification, that immigrant is now given the ability to melt in our melting pot. America is comprised of many different and exciting cultures, foods, and languages. It's not perfect but we seem to manage just fine.

Illegal immigration disrupts our social infrastructure. Our culture is competing with an alien culture. Our primary language is being substituted for a new one. Children are being used to make Americans look and feel brutish when we try to hold parents from other countries accountable for their actions. Illegal aliens flood our streets waving their ancestral flags demanding the racist Americans to open their borders and change the laws just for them. 

America does not work that way. We have laws here. Immigrants fleeing lawless countries and governments want America to forget her laws to offer special privileges to accommodate these individuals. Isn't that what type of system they just ran away from? And why travel thousands of miles to the United States border when another Spanish speaking country is a lot closer? 

If these illegal aliens were in fact refugees, wouldn't the United Nations demand other Spanish speaking countries within a stone's throw to accept them instead of hauling children across continents? Isn't that child endangerment and irresponsible otherwise?

Something does not make sense here. The only way illegal immigration comes across our borders is if the United States government allows it. The Federal Government has done a great job not enforcing the laws we have on the books.

Illegal immigration causes strife. Wages are lowered. Corporations receive docile and pliant workers. A slave class is created. The fabric of the American culture is torn apart and if you complain, you are a racist. 

There is no racism going on with illegal immigration. Peoples of Latin and South America are Caucasian in origin, unless their lineage is directly linked to the Native population then they are of Asian descent with no Slavic influence. Indigenous ancestors and native Europeans, North Africans and West Asians "are equally Caucasian regardless of skin tone as race is based on craniofacial anthropometry and morphology not skin pigmentation." So if most of the illegal aliens are of Caucasian descent then the racism card cannot be played against Americans since the majority on either side are Caucasian. 

Sorry, not happening. 

The problem with illegal immigration is that these individuals do not melt into our pot. Our language, culture, society norms and mores are disregarded. As the native people, we are forced into the uncomfortable position to point out that we want rule of law while being screamed at as horrible people. 

Illegal aliens, refugees can be absorbed into their neighboring countries instead of being hauled to our borders. It just does not make sense any other way. If the United Nations really wanted to be of service, the UN would be working with Latin and South American countries to clean up the strife, create rule of law, and take in refugees.

America works. America works when we have immigrants that adapt to our culture and society. America works when we have a common language. America works when we have a solid, cohesive national identity. America works when all people who are here are on equal footing. America works when the rule of law is enforced.

The question is: who does not want America to work?
