Magnetic Storm, Fire, STARWATER

The sun is at rest, but our magnetic shield is a little prickly.

Forest fires are running amok. Sink holes forming in the UK. More tropical development is at hand in the Gulf and Atlantic.

And, volcanoes.

Magnetic Instability, Storm Collision?

It is going to be quieter around Arizona today. Tomorrow has more potential for storms, but without energy from a filament eruption or solar flare, the weather should be calm.

CME Impact, Volcano Alert Iceland

Staff Writer, Nathaniel Diaz

The CME that hit Earth was a bit of a dud. Still the energy ramped up earthquakes and volcanic activity across the globe, not to mention this morning's monsoon outburst. Did that wake you about 6am too?

Fukushima is making more impacts in the Pacific Ocean. Now fish are dying in Alaska. When will the international community finally step in?

A gamma ray burst was taken last night and our sun went back to sleep.

Watch out for more monsoon action tonight and tomorrow. A Flash Fllod Watch has been issued for the Greater Phoenix Ara. Yeah, that means everyone. An inch of rain fell in many areas this morning alone.

Earthquake Hits, Proton Spike

Earthquake Hits, Proton Spike

Our sun has quieted again. Not much activity to begin with however we have seen an upsurge in earthquakes thanks to that last CME.

Arizona saw some of that energy in its returned monsoon last night. Today looks to be just as active.

Jupiter and Venus are converging behind the sun and adding some energetic instability to our planet.

Nighty night, sun. Solar activity is still headed to a minimum.

Jupiter and Venus will be a sight to see for the next few days in the early morning before conjoining the sun later next week.
