Calling All Americans... Time to Take a Stand at Standing Rock

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Private Property / Rights

Standing Rock, North Dakota has become another stand off between corporate profits and individual property rights. If you believe in Climate Change or not, this situation has proven once again that our federal government is lawless and law enforcers are following illegal orders.

Native Lands, First Nations are private lands. No corporation or person should be allowed access to these lands without expressed permission of the people residing there. This stance is not up for debate. Would you want someone coming into your home to build a pipeline or digging up your relatives because it served the purpose of corporate profits?

Americans have a choice: keep watching sports or actually do the right thing.

Militias with the permission of the Sioux tribe should be up there guarding against the destruction of private property.

Everyone else not within driving distance to protest at Standing Rock should be calling their federal representatives about this fiasco. We the People need to demand this pipeline ceased. The Army Corp of Engineers has exceeded its legal authority.

How Americans can rise up against Globalism, Corporate takeover of our resources, and political graft:

Call Your Representatives... The House of Representatives
Call your Senators... The Senate

Call the President himself... The White House
Here you can submit you comments and questions online via this White House form.

Call Supreme Court Justices....  The Supreme Court

Why the Supreme Court, you ask? Without their decisions like Kelo and the Affordable Care Act, we would not be in half the messes we are in today. The Court just like the rest of the government are acting without our consent or authority. They are acting as a dictatorship oligarchy for the elite.

That must end.

Take Action. Take it now. Take it every chance you have.

Until the ire of the People is more powerful than corporate lobbying and graft as well as the elitist power structure's command and control of our politicians, then we have no hope to regain our sovereign rights as a people and as a nation.

The first act is to respect others private property.

End the Stand off at Standing Rock.

TPP: United States Pushes for More Exteme Measures

The Toilet Paper Ponzi-scheme is back in the news thanks to Wikileaks. The pdf's below are from the Salt Lake city meeting held at the end of November 2013:

These documents show that the United States is pushing for extreme internet and copyright regulations.  If the corporate masters of our government had their way, even I could loose access to the internet or be fined or jailed by publishing documentation like the ones above.

Journalists everywhere need to countermand these intrusive infringements of individual rights of public domain and the press. The United States government wants to subvert our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances - See more at: http://constitution.findlaw.com/amendment1/amendment.html#sthash.OUFuoqbs.dpuf

"The security of the freedom of the press requires that it should be exempt, not only from previous restraint of the executive, as in Great Britain; but from legislative restraint also; and this exemption, not only from the previous inspection of licensers, but from the subsequent penalty of laws." James Madison was concerned that authors would be deterred from writing articles that assailed government activity if the government were permitted to prosecute them following release of their works to the public.
So much for the First Amendment if Congress passes the TPP. It's not like Congress isn't trying to license journalistic entities anyway, contrary to the beliefs of James Madison.

All you have to do is look at corporate media and the blockade against Wikileaks to know that the United States federal government is not being run by the People anymore.

Common Core's Epic Fail

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Education / Community Interest
______________________________________

Common Core, it sounds like a new scifi movie or online game, but it is the structure of educational standards for students brought to a school near you by the federal government. Haven't we already learned from No Child Left Behind that the federal government has no business in the sphere of education? I guess not.

Thanks to the Gates Foundation, this epic fail was not only a way to control what students learn but to data mine their entire lives through Microsoft's Cloud system. The system would not stop at just intruding into a student's privacy but also that of their parents and other family members: "Data collected will not only include grades, test scores, name, date of birth and social security number, it will also include parents’ political affiliations, individual or familial mental or psychological problems, beliefs, religious practices and income." Information the government and the Gates Foundation have no business knowing for any reason, especially since the data will contain personal and behavioral profiles that may lead to abuse. There is no law to stop a school from selling student, family information. Nice.

It's a dangerous curriculum that begins programing our youth and to teach "young children to use emotionally charged language to manipulate others and teaches students how to become community organizers and experts of the U.N.’s agenda 21."

What? Children are supposed to be children not spokespersons for the United Nations or use Orwellian news speak. This standards set has gotten out of control. The educational system is supposed to teach and inspire, not train the next generation to be brainwashed, unquestioning automatons.

What makes this debacle even worse is that the standards are crap. Ethan Young stood up against Common Core Standards at his School Board Meeting:

Since states were given federal grants to implement this disaster, the questions become: should states accept any more grants or federal funding for our schools? Should states slowly become more independent from federal mandates?

The answers seem to be "no and yes."

If you haven't read Charolette Thomson Iserbyt's: The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, I would implore you do so. You can find the free online version of her book here.

Then you will begin to see how federal mandates and corporate interests like the Gates Foundation are not trying to educate anyone. To them, stupid people with the inability to critically think are the best people for the future because dumbed down people are easier to control and manipulate from their technocratic thrones.
