Solar Grand Minimum has been studied and a paper released. The prediction is that the next minimum is between 20 and 50 years away. With the climate extremes, count on a sooner than later cool down.
Two storms in the oceans, Pacific and Indian Ocean, have decided to form. The east and southern side of Mexico is now called Christina. As she tracks west and then north, could Arizona see a tropical storm or weak hurricane come up the baja? Depends if the Monsoonal flow will hinder or help the fledgling storm northward.
X Flares on the prowl. Watch for the radio black out in the Atlantic Ocean. An X 2.2 was observed this morning along with an X 1.5 afterward. Both on the backside of the limb, the sun is becoming a little more active, but will we see another shut down or ramp up?
