Europe is taking a stand against torture. When will the United States act to indict politicians, legal and medical advisers who advocate and do torture? 

Torture is not an American value. It is a war crime.

17 December 2014 – The ECCHR has today lodged criminal complaints against former CIA head George Tenet, former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and other members of the administration of former US President George W. Bush. The ECCHR is accusing Tenet, Rumsfeld and a series of other persons of the war crime of torture under paragraph 8 section 1(3) of the German Code of Crimes against International Law (Völkerstrafgesetzbuch). The constituent elements of the crime of torture were most recently established in the case by the US Senate in its report on CIA interrogation methods. “The architects of the torture system - politicians, officials, secret service agents, lawyers and senior army officials – should be brought before the courts,” says ECCHR General Secretary Wolfgang Kaleck, who is appearing today in connection with the issue in front of the German Parliamentary Committee on legal affairs. “By investigating members of the Bush administration, Germany can help to ensure that those responsible for abduction, abuse and illegal detention do not go unpunished.”

The US Senate report devotes one section explicitly to the case of German citizen Khaled El Masri, who was abducted by CIA agents in 2004 due to a case of mistaken identity and was tortured in a secret detention center in Afghanistan. The criminal complaint details the US Senate report’s finding that once the unlawful error was discovered, the former CIA director refused to take further steps against those responsible...

Sulawesi Cave Confirmed: Oldest Art in Human History Thus Far

In humans, when did creativity begin? Was it solely Europeans as has the evidence has suggested these many years? Or, is creativity simply a human trait for which we have yet to discover the remnants in other ancient civilizations? 

Enter the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. Human history will never be the same again. 

“The minimum age for (the outline of the hand) is 39,900 years old, which makes it the oldest hand stencil in the world,” said Dr Aubert.

“Next to it is a pig that has a minimum age of 35,400 years old, and this is one of the oldest figurative depictions in the world, if not the oldest one,” he told BBC News.

This also indicates a relatively stable human civilization region as the cave paintings were drawn over an 13,000 year time period.

Compare the painting above from Bone with the one immediately below, which is from El Castillo cave in northern Spain, and dated to be 37,300 years old by researchers at Bristol University.

What does this mean for human history? That art did not begin in Europe. This dating of the Indonesian cave art shows that art traveled with humans across history. The realization that art and creativity may have followed along to Europe from Africa itself.

Human art could go back as far as 60,000 years.

GAO Federal Reserve $16 Trillion Emergency Bailout Loans Audit Report

The banker bailout from the 2008 economic crash was not just for American banks but also to bailout troubled banks across Europe. 

The initial cost estimate of $3 Trillion exploded into over five times that amount. With teeth pulling, Congress finally got an audit of the Federal Reserve's loans at taxpayers' expense.

On numerous occasions in 2008 and 2009, the Federal Reserve Board invoked emergency authority under the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 to authorize new broad-based programs and financial assistance to individual institutions to stabilize financial markets.

Society jokes about people acting like Neanderthals. The funny thing is the punchline are Homo Sapiens, who are non-Africians, appear to be directly related to Neanderthals. Upto 4% of a person's genetic code may be from a completely different species. 

Neanderthal PEOPLE are Genetically NON-AFRICAN

The first opportunity for interbreeding probably occurred about 60,000 years ago in Middle Eastern regions adjacent to Africa, where archaeological evidence shows the two species overlapped for a time, the team says.

So the next time you act like a Neanderthal and someone calls you out on it, you can now simply agree.
