Movie Week: Symbols of an Alien Sky

Staff Writer, DB Holmes
Electric Universe / Mythology
______________________________

So ends our Movie Week. We hope you enjoyed our selections. Here is the last for this special engagement:

Looking for a fast track to comprehensive education on the Electric Universe? Those most eager to learn are invited to the EU Workshop, November 14-16, 2014 at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. This event will be led by Wal Thornhill and Dave Talbott, who are preparing full summaries of their life's work, something that has never been presented publicly. Wal's talks will be complemented by additional material from electrical theorist Dr. Donald Scott, and Dave's presentations will be reinforced by Ev Cochrane, author of several essential books on the ancient sky. Seating will be limited. Check out: https://www.thunderbolts.info/wp/2014...

Here we offer David Talbott's first glimpses of celestial dramas in ancient times. Just a few thousand years ago a gathering of planets hung as towering forms in the ancient sky close to the earth, provoking spectacular electric discharge formations above our forebears.

Donald Scott: A New Model of Magnetic Structure in Space | EU2014

Staff Writer, Nathaniel Diaz
Electric Universe / Astrophysics

Dr. Donald Scott described his investigation of the inherent properties of Birkeland currents and subsequent discovery that they produce unexpectedly far-reaching magnetic fields in cosmic space. These fields collect matter and compress it into concentric hollow cylinders. They also produce a long-range attractive force on other such currents. Without involving mathematics, Scott describes the results of his analysis of the magnetic structures that are produced by, and that surround, Birkeland Currents. This work and its results gives new insight into the understanding of the electrical properties of space.

Dr. Scott earned his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Electrical Engineering at the University of Connecticut. He earned a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, and was a member of the faculty of the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts/Amherst from 1959 until his retirement in 1998. During that time he was the recipient of several good-teaching awards and authored numerous scientific papers and chapters. In 1987, the McGraw-Hill Book Company published his 730-page textbook, An Introduction To Circuit Analysis -- A Systems Approach. In addition, Dr. Scott published the classic, Electric Sky (2006), 256 pages of compelling material on the Electric Universe and plasma cosmology.

Exposing the Myths of Settled Science; The Birth of the Electric Universe

Staff Writer, DL Mullan
Electric Universe / Cosmology

As a prelude to tonight's Movie Night: Thunderbolts of the Gods | Official Movie, the information in the above lecture and in the links below will give the background theory and research into the scientific paradigm shift known as the electric universe.
Is it possible that the foundational assumptions of the theoretical sciences all express a common misunderstanding? From cosmology, the "queen of the sciences," a core dogma of the 20th century filtered down through every discipline, constraining our ideas about galaxy and star formation and ultimately (from the same underlying assumptions) all of the space sciences, infecting our views of earth history and even our sense of what it means to be human. The core dogma was the idea that gravity alone, seen through the lens of general relativity, rules the cosmos. Dispelling this most common misconception has become the essential requirement for scientific progress, since all of the new evidence makes clear that we live in an Electric Universe.

David Talbott presented this talk at the annual meeting of the Natural Philosophy Alliance, University of Maryland, July 10-13, 2013. Part Two of the talk will be given at the upcoming The Thunderbolts Project(TM) conference (Electric Universe 2014: All About Evidence) March 20-24, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. See www.thunderbolts.info for announcement in September 2013.

Other Electric Universe presentations at the NPA20 conference included Wallace Thornhill's talk "The Interdisciplinary Story of the Electric Universe" at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xxaP9...

Also posted from the NPA20 conference is the talk of Dr. Gerald Pollack, "The Fourth Phase of Water" at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q33Ky...
