Lincoln’s Army took exclusive possession of all public money (in the U.S. Treasury), seized the Title to all public movable property, and set apart in a common Trust all the revenues of the real property of State governments, for the Army’s benefit and the benefit of the United States. The Titles to such real property have remained in suspension, during the military occupation of the United States, and remain so today until peace is declared.

And to the property owners who did not flee the State, the commanding officer gave “receipts” toinsure that the plundered owners would be indemnified.

“Private property, unless forfeited by crimes or by offenses of the owner, can be seized only by way of military necessity, for the support or other benefit of the Army or of the United States.” — Part 38, of the Lieber Code.

 Isn't nice when governments make you feel like you have contributed to your community? 

That is what Sustainability meetings, committees, and plans are all about: making residents and voters feel accomplished, but in reality the plans were already set. A facilitator is there to steer you into a predetermined outcome. 

Goodyear's Proposition 486, 2025 General Plan and Tolleson's Question 1, 2024 General Plan are what people end up fighting against in the end. Once implemented, residents and voters soon discover what they have is the United Nations' Agenda 21 taking over their lives, their streets, and their businesses. 

Nothing it sacred. Nothing is safe. It is a debt machine.
