only black on black violence with ZERO ability to blame a white person.
And you cannot collect if you have ever been in the military or law enforcement. Gang members and drug addicts welcome.

Just to underscore the point: George Floyd's family received $10 million in donations for his funeral expenses, reported by the NY Post.
Then compare that to this young man's death by a black cop and see how much public support and media attention he received in 2014. The answer is very few.
Statistically speaking, whites are killed more often by police than blacks.
