The last half of 2016 has paid off for illegal aliens. The City of Phoenix after raising taxes on its overtaxed residents has decided not to support services vital to residents, but to make Phoenix a Sanctuary City for illegal aliens.
According to reports, the City of Phoenix does not want local churches or community groups to feed the homeless because if you feed them then they will not go to services where the homeless can receive help off the streets.
If the homeless will be directed to services via food and will be assessed for assistance, why are city identification cards even necessary then? What city services could be that vitally important for anyone to have this taxpayer funded city services card?
Enter the immigration debate: the cards are not for U.S. citizens' needs but for the illegal foreign nationals to be subsidized once again by the American taxpayer. Shouldn't Arizonans be applying the same methodology as the City of Phoenix has applied toward the homeless: just stop funding the illegal foreign nationals?
That money could be used, instead of granting illegal foreign nationals taxpayer funded subsidies for access to bank accounts, rental housing, which is what an ID does, and use of our public schools without paying out of district fees like Americans have to do, to give the homeless a permanent place to live.
Or, fund the testing of Rape Kits.
That's right. If you have been processed after a sexual assault by the police, you have probably been waiting a long time, even years, to find out if your courageous act will yield the arrest and conviction of a rapist.
Only after the City of Phoenix received a grant to do so, it is now going to be done.
The U.S. Department of Justice’s Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) through its Sexual Assault Kit Initiative Grant Program, awarded the Phoenix Police Department a $1.5 million grant and the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office a $1.2 million grantfor their ongoing initiatives to test sexual assault kit.
Illegal immigration promotes rape culture with the rape trees full of women's underwear in our deserts. Don't believe so. 80% Of Central American Women, Girls Are Raped Crossing Into The U.S. Or how about the fact that illegal immigration kills people?
Illegal immigration makes Arizona and Arizonans unsafe. Or haven't you seen where drug cartels and coyotes have the deserts south of the valley dangerous enough to have warning signs posted? GOVERNMENT WARNING Do Not Travel Highway 8 in AZ TOO DANGEROUS.
As Americans, we should be discouraging illegal immigration.
Yet the City of Phoenix promotes illegal immigration and the comfort of Illegal Foreign Nationals at the cost of not only our homeless but our women's safety as well.
When will Phoenix residents begin holding council members and the mayor accountable for making Arizonans, especially women and the defenseless of our society, second class citizens in their own home?
Sanctuary Cities and Sanctuary City IDs have no place in Arizona.
