The upcoming July 8-9 NATO summit in Warsaw, Poland, is another step in the escalation toward military confrontation with Russia and China. As the desperate trans-Atlantic forces deploy missile installments on Russia's border, and denounce China's policy of "win-win" cooperation, Russia and China, along with their partners, continue to move ahead with a human policy: unprecedented initiatives for large scale economic development projects across Eurasia—led by China's One Belt One Road initiative. The recent agreement to build the Port of Chabahar by Iran, India, and Afghanistan and the renewed calls for construction of the Kra Canal in Thailand typify a continuing advance towards the LaRouche's Eurasian Land-Bridge policy.
